I have been coming here for years for manicures, pedicures & even waxing. They have a very clean & modern facility. The staff is very friendly too. I highly recommend it, great for a girls day. There is hardly any wait compared to other nail salons in the area. They have like 10 workers or more, especially on weekends. So due to that perk, you can walk in & get attended immediately. I have never made appointments and I get seated once I walk in. Even though I have come here for years I noticed I haven't written a review. I took a photo today & the lovely nail tech that attended me is Mindy. She is very sweet & gentle when it comes to handling feet. She is not rough. Highly recommend this place

I just paid $90 and my nails and toes look terrible. I went in for a basic pedicure and gel manicure. As I was doing my manicure the manicurist was filing my nails to remove the gel and it hurt, plus they were tearing/pieces of my nails popping off. My nails are thin, but she was also rough! She then suggested that I do dip to make them stronger and so my nails would be even...I explained I keep my nails short in general out of preferences and the gym. She insisted if I add a little tip they would just be more even and still look natural. Since I haven't gone in awhile I decided to go for it. After all of that...I still end up with nails that are UNEVEN, as short as my natural nails I came in with, and the polish is uneven and full of bubbles. She also did not shape them as the picture "square oval" looked that she showed me. My nails look round and even look clubbed. As for my toes, she didn't even ask me before she started applying the gel base and by the time I was finished trying to communicate/watch my nails it was too late. I just hope they do a better job for the next person, because $90 is a lot to spend for a low quality job...And it sucks because I was recommended here by a friend in hopes this would be a new spot we could even go together at.

Been coming here for a few months now, moved around the area. This spot is is my new nail salon! I like to make an appointment so I don't have to wait, but even as a walk in they take care of you. So in love with my Valentine's nails I got a pedi as well and loved how they cleaned my nails. Prices are fair, like most nail salons now all prices have gone up for gel as well. But worth it!

NEVER COME HERE!!!This is the worst place I have ever received a pedicure at. The lady who did my toes completely butchered my left big toe. She clipped my skin on both sides of the nail and now my toe is swollen. I went in yesterday around 3/3:30 and I seriously wish I didn't. I work a job where I'm on my feet at all times and this mistake made it super difficult for me to walk at work!! When this happened all the other ladies who were doing pedicures next to me were laughing at her mistake and kept giggling so I'm not sure what was funny about my toe being this cut up?? They also still charged me for a full pedicure after this mess up. To top it off the gel is super bumpy!! Didn't know I paid to have my feet get torn up. 0/5 stars.

Not all a little tech are the same.. Lee puts acrylic on nail cuticle which became crazy painful by the next day. [sidenote: I didn't even notice until I got home that the acrylic was all on my cuticles] I went back and tried to explain, they acted like they knew what I was talking about but I don't think they did. They gave me the same nail tech to fix it which I don't understand. She didn't do it correctly the first time, what makes you sure she could a second time. Which she didn't... the owner came and explained to her what I wanted. She tried to apply what she knew but I can tell she felt her work was fine. Overall, she literally started filing my cuticle with a drill.. that's how close the acrylic was too my skin. I couldn't bare the pain anymore so I said I was satisfied just to leave but honestly I am not for $78 My pedicure was good.. Laura did a nice job. I think a little more communication with your customers than amongst themselves would be more useful.

$76 dollars for a horrible cheap job. I came here today. My two nail places were full, and I have natural long nails. I really wanted them done. So I came here for the first and last time. I paid $76 with a tip. Yes I still tipped because I'm a classy and well mannered person. Julie was sweet and polite. But her work is in need of practice. For this salon to charge me so much money for a gel manicure and pedicure, please train your techs to the level of work. I'm upset because my nails are bumpy, uneven, she added globs of gel and there is a puddle at the bottom of my nails she cured that way. I told her not to file the top of my nails as this is how I'm able to keep them strong and beautifully long. She files, files some more, and kept filing. I got the manager and she told her in her language not to do it. She continued to do it while saying "I'm not damaging only a little buff". Under my nails was not cleaned. The lady that did my toes, did thee fastest job I've ever had done .they are ugly and uneven. She barely even scrubbed my feet. I didn't see her do my cuticles. She was done in less than 15 min. On top of this it was painful the way I have heard from other people. I'm sad because I wish I had the balls to be rude and say it's ugly. But I was in a hurry and I really didn't want them to do them over and damage my natural nails even more. I left with much shorter nails. It's okay they will grow back. I'll never come here again.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I have been coming here for a few years now. Everyone does a really good job, always pleased with my nails Cassidy did this set ! I highly recommended coming here for fast and friendly service. They always make sure I love my nails and if i don't they have no problem fixing them. Do NOT go here for anything other than Gel! They will say they know how to do it but, they don't. I wanted to scream after my nail disaster... Expect, to be nickel and dimed here, they charge for everything, removal, color, cut down...everything. My 4 year old daughter's pedicure was $17... ummm she's 4 she just wants them painted and trimmed! I came in for SNS dip, I called first (as I always do) to make sure they knew how to do SNS as well as remove it. They assured me they knew how, so I came in. First I had to tell them (as I have for most places I've tried in this area) how to remove SNS because everyone thinks it's gel... it is not... I told her over and over I don't like Gel I don't want Gel she kept trying to convince me that was how it has to be done... finally I just said "No! just do the SNS, do NOT put Gel on my nails" she agreed. She had no idea what she was doing, it was frustrating to watch, but I didn't want to have to tell her how to do each step, I didn't want to be that girl, so I just had to accept they were going to be badly done and get over it. 2.5 hours later she's trying to put the clear coat on, obviously she doesn't have the correct products, so she puts the flipping Gel top coat...I couldn't believe she had the audacity to do that...so now it's not drying, obviously, but she didn't want me to know it was Gel by using the ultraviolet light, so it's just becoming a sticky mess. She had to redo it 3 times. I was so over it now, I just wanted to leave and since I had my 4 year old daughter with me who had lost her patience too, I just said I was done and left. As expected, that top coat changed colors exactly like I said it would. Now it's been a week and I have 2 chipped nails and a muddy top coat I just can't believe I paid for this. Please, please do not say you know how to do something if you don't... it's a waste of both of our time.

Been coming here for about a year now every 3 weeks or so and have NEVER had a issue or came out with my nails looking ugly. Everyone is super nice and attentive. Never in my life have I had a nail fungus, until now!! I got a full set and the nails looked great but when I took them off I got a horrible suprise... I am so very disappointed and disgusted by this.. it has been a month now and the fungus is still not gone after trying several different methods to rid of it... :( NEVER will I go back to this place! I want to put negative stars!! But it forces me to put a star rating. read more

I went to Nails Art yesterday (the day before the 4th of July) for the first time. I expected it to be very busy for the holiday and it was! I was greeted at the door immediately by the male owner who spoke perfect English and got me seated right away in a pedicure chair. He warned me there was a wait (I had no appointment, just walked in) since it was a holiday weekend and apologized many times. He offered me a bottle of water and gossip magazines. Since I was wearing a skirt, he provided me with a lap towel and a little pillow. I was able to soak my feet in warm water while I waited, and the wait was about 20 minutes (not bad on a holiday with no appointment). I believe my technician's name was Amy (she didn't have name tag). She was very sweet and I ordered the Gold Pedicure at $35. This includes callus removal (much needed), foot scrub, sea salt with oil, mask, cooling gel (felt amazing!), and 10 minute massage (the winner!). She set an actual timer for 10 minutes so that you know that you are getting the full 10 minutes - brilliant idea so that no customer feels cheated. The whole pedicure experience felt amazing. My poor tired feet and toes felt amazing afterwards and my bright blue toenails are perfect for this holiday. The customer service is beyond amazing from the minute you step foot in the door. The male owner does a great job checking on every client, updating everyone on the wait times, apologizing for the wait, and handing out bottled water for both clients and their guests (there were some men waiting for their women to finish, and the men got offered water too!). read more

I ask for a manicure every time and they never cut the cuticles. This time they left bits of my old polish (dark brown). The polish is very lumpy and not finished around the edges/on the sides. read more

The more I look at my nails the more I don't like them. They're nothing like the picture I showed them and for the price I paid they should be looking good but to me they're ehhh :/ Also they charged me $6 for my 4 year old to have her nails painted and it didn't even last 24hrs because as soon as we got home one of her nails already had the nail polish off! Well there goes 53 plus tip I will never have back read more

I've been coming here for probably about 6 years and the service here is always so swift and amazing. I am Always greeted at the door and taken care of immediately. This salon just opened back up and the precautions they're taking is amazing. You have to sign in (covid release form) upon arrival and then they ask you to sanitize your hands upon entering the salon. They will not service you unless you have a face mask. Right now they are unable to do mani/pedi's at the same time due to social distancing but it's a bit nicer because you don't feel so crowded around the massage chair. There are now partitions in between each pedi chair and a acrylic divider between the chair and the person doing pedicures. There also are dividers on the tables where you get your mani's done. The owner does such a great job at checking in with customers and making everyone feel comfortable. Right now appointments are recommended just in case, they take priority over walk ins (nothing new). read more

First time and walk in. Got seated and a nail artist got sent to where I was sitting. The lady who did my nails is May/Mai (June). [[ Sorry If I butchered your name!!! ]] She is veryyyyyyy meticulous. I can see that she is a perfectionist! Love that! She took time in shaping each of the nails although some aren't identical in width I can bypass that. Might I add she put 4 coats of gel. Not thick at all, and I don't see unevenness in the light!!! I have to say though, the clear coat seemed to have been lightly brushed because some nails seem dull. I am pretty OCD, and I just need to deal with it (the little things that bother me) or do my nails by myself. She is so sweet, and everyone is sweet in general. I was greeted with smiles by everyone! The price is good. Overall time is good. Parking is abundant. Don't mind coming back at all! Thank you for the nice nails!!! read more

I have gotten my nails done here countless times but the last few times, the ladies are constantly talking (and pointing at me while talking) in Vietnamese so I can't understand. It's annoying but I didn't really care about that. Today I went to get my nails done and same thing. The lady doing my nails was very rude and hurt me a bunch of times. I asked for a sparkly mint color and she gave me bright turquoise with sparkles. NOT what I wanted. Then I get in my car and I see glue all over my hands. And my nails look like balls. NOT happy. I came to this location Bc my friend comes here often and she got me a gift certificate for my birthday. I called ahead of time to make sure I didn't have to wait too long and the gentleman on the phone was nice to advice it was busy but will make sure to accommodate me as soon as possible. Came in and same man on the phone advised to pick a color and has a table available for me. Didn't realize how big the salon was. A lot of pedicure spa chairs and manicure tables, all filled with a technician/client. I loved the lady I got! Her name is Kim, not sure how many Kim's work there, she is a bit older lady. I requested a full set with coffin shape (shapes are always extra charge* don't be surprised) and I wanted my cuticles trimmed (extra $5) . I also requested a "manicure" meaning I wanted a massage but I guess they didn't understand or maybe I used the wrong terminology lol. Anyways why I like Kim Bc she did not hurt me at all. I have tiny fingernails and sometimes the technician hurt me and leave me cuts from filing so carelessly. I'm definitely coming back for her only! =] please check photo of her work. read more

I have been going to Nails Art for the last 2 years or so. I must say its always a great experience. Janet is my regular girl and she does amazing work. In her absence I have had another girl who also did a great job. It is clean. The service is good. The owner and her husband who is there helping from time to time are both very gracious. I have came here a couple times to get gel Pedicure and it's been awesome! But I just had my toes done, I asked for a gel pedicure with acrylic toe nails. Instead I was given a basic pedicure with no gel or acrylic nails, the lady who did it seemed to be in a rush. Hopefully next time they will listen read more

They do a good set of nails but be prepared to have imaginary services tacked on to your total guaranteed. Pay attention, ask for pricing in advance or just don't come here. Today I was charged 40$ for a full set with regular polish. Full set is 23$ I did get matte which is usually 3$ today it was 5$ asked for square nails tried to charge me 5$ for coffin. Coffin where? Save yourself a headache go somewhere else. read more

This place is getting 2 stars for the manager and that's it. He was impressive as hell running from customer to customer to make sure we were all happy and taken care of. My nail tech on the other hand gets half a star at best. She was on her phone THE ENTIRE time I was there, which made the process twice as long. She messed up a few toes I.e. she scraped the polish off my baby toe, when I asked her to fix it she painted over the other layer so of course it's all messed up and lumpy. She cut my toenail crooked, at an extreme angle. She scratched the polish off my big toe and didn't even bother to fix it. I'll probably never come back here again. Good prices but terrible, terrible service. I could've done a better job on my own and saved the $ read more

Rude! Discriminating! Horrible owners. I never write a review but in this situation I have to. I used to love this place I have been going here for over a decade!! I used to come here when it was just their tiny shop before they expanded. So today I come in for a pedicure, one of the ladies tell me to sit down and pick a color but I had to use the restroom so I go and use facilities. When I come out the owner asks me what I want and I said pedicure but she told me oh no we don't have time, she said I don't think u want to wait over an hour. I was confused cuz I saw many open chairs and ladies who could do my nails plus the other lady told me to have a seat. So I decided to leave because I didn't have time to wait over an hour. When I left I decided to call just to call and ask to see if they had time for a pedicure. Of course the manager does not know my number and she answers the phone and I ask if if they have a long wait time I would like to have a pedicure. She replies oh no! Come on in we are not busy come right now I see you (Asian accent) then I bust out and tell that bitch off. I told her, you just told me you had over an hour wait! You lied and turned me as a customer away. What a horrible business owner ! But wait!!! There's more as to why she has done this to me and this is the second time she has done this but now I know for sure after calling that she turned me away on purpose ! I came here after getting my nails done at another place which is way better for acrylic nails designs (lavo nails amazing!) so when I came here she noticed I got my nails done elsewhere and she was mad at me for this! I can't believe this after going here so many years. What horrible business people so rude and discriminating!!!! read more

Well for starters I'm kind of mad that I'm still sitting here proceeding to get my nails done. I called in advance to see how much a fill with gel would be and they said 20$!! Sooo of course I'm gunna rush on over there to get it and I asked how much more it would be for a design and they said the total was damn near $40... so I was like uhh never mind I'll stick with the $20 fill and they're like uhhh no it's $28 for a fill with your nails.... I continue to say well I just called and someone told me 20$ they started calling me crazy and saying I never called them and they never said that.... so here I am wasting my money to get a 28$ fill at a plave where they call customers crazy and are super rude. The place seems big but you are super crammed and I'm getting my pedicure which will probably be $50 just for that and there is someone getting their fingers done and she's practically sitting on top of me... so safe to say I won't be coming back here and paying the ladies to call me crazy and lie to customers. To top it all off the lady was being so rude and intentionally hurting me and my feet when I said ouch she would look at me and keep doing it. My big toe nails are cut deep on the sides and are now uneven because she was bugging and hurting me. They were talking crap about me the whole time looking at me and laughing at me. Was about to cry because she was hurting me so much. The pedi was supposed to be $17 for regular and then she charged me $22 for the more expensive time read more

I have frequented this place many times in the past as well as other salons. Being that this one is right around the corner, I usually come here when I'm short on time. Had a gel manicure done and the women who did them didn't bring the gel close to my cuticle. I pointed it out to her and she said it needed to be that far so it didn't peel. I've had gel many times before and enough to know it didn't need to be that far. I tried to go back the following day, and the salon owner wasn't really interested in fixing the issue. Needless to say, I'll be sucking it up and going to regular salon moving forward :-/ read more

Took my husband here to see if a staff can help with an ingrown nail that he had. The staffs are super nice and friendly, but I will not be coming back ever again. I don't think their tools are fully sterile because a couple days later my husband got an infection on his toe. I was so disappointed because my husband never got a pedicure before and I was super excited that he wanted to try it out with me. He for sure had a bad experience. read more

Worse customer service ever for my first time coming in I was rushed out. All I wanted was a manicure and pedicure and the convinced me to get a callus remover my feet are very soft but I said what the heck why not I'm pregnant and wanted to feel good well honestly I can give myself a better pedicure and manicure definitely a waste of money I feel ripped off!!!! read more

Loved my full set and pedicure from these ladies. Have now been twice and will continue to go because the price is great and they pay attention and are very detailed. Only thing I was bummed about was the corners of the acrylics were sharp and I had to fix the edges when I got home. I asked a couple times to have them fixed, but was told it's ok each time. I'm bummed to write this updated review, but I was extremely disappointed with the service today. I may not come back to this place after today. I had my acrylics removed and normally it doesn't hurt at all for me. Today it was painful because the lady was ripping them off!! To the point where it ripped a chunk of my real nail off of my thumb and I was bleeding and she was just going to continue working through the blood. This could have been completely avoided if she just went a little slower and cut that piece off instead of try and rip it off like she did. After we cleaned up some of the blood she was filing my nails and when I asked if she could cut them she just kept asking why? Uhm it doesn't matter why. After she cut them a tiny bit she started filing them more and bending my nails backwards... OUCH! After all was said and done the owner asked how everything was and asked for constructive criticism so I gave some and his response was oh well it happens and she'll do better next time. No there most likely won't be a next time! P.S As I write this review 20 min after my service my thumb is still bleeding. read more

I was looking for a new nail salon to go to since I recently moved in this neighborhood in November 1st. I was so excited to see their star on yelp, so I decided to try this nail salon and get my gel manicure done after work. I came in at 6:10pm, I know its a little late and almost time for closing so I asked first if they were still taking people in cause they close in an hour. They took me in and I was happy. Told me to sit on one station. I asked them where their OPI gel colors are, they gave me a lot to choose from. I chose a color, then as soon as they got the actual polish, it wasnt OPI, they said it's a good brand. But I specifically asked for OPI so I had asked again which colors are OPI gel. They gave me the color pallette again, I chose a color, asked to confirm if it's OPI. It was already 6:25pm when the nail lady started, she did the cotton balls with acetone wrapped with foil since I previously had gel on my nails. She didnt get the cuticles out of my nails, I asked nicely if she could get the cuticles out. She did, but not all of them. She seemed like she was in a hurry. So I just let her finish coloring and after that, I paid even though I didnt like the job she has done. I will never come back to this salon, id rather drive back to where I use to get my nails done than throw my money away for some half-ass job. read more

PRICE 6/10 Basic pedicure with callus treatment OR exfoliating scrub starts at $28. They have several options above that, I opted for the $32 option that included both callus treatment and the scrub. As scrub was 1-2 min and the massage was 4 min, I definitely would recommend the $28 pedicure with the callus treatment instead. The $32 pedicure option wasn't worth it to me at all. Adding gel is $10 and they charge $3 for gel removal, EVEN if you're getting gel again which most places don't charge for. Chrome is $15 extra (wow). I opted instead for an iridescent gel polish, which was $2 extra. My total was $47 for a gel pedicure with the iridescent polish. They seem to have a vast polish collection to choose from, however they notably have several polishes that are an extra charge. SERVICE/NAILS 6/10 There were 6 workers when I arrived, which was great so customers were quickly and efficiently serviced. The 4 min massage was nice, but underwhelming in time and no timer was set. After picking out the iridescent gel polish I paid extra for, I noticed she used it as only 1 of 3 different coats of 3 different polishes. It looked good, but not as iridescent or exactly like what I had selected. The polish application was good, a couple spots were missed with some cuticle gaps (see photo). I paid with a credit card and was rung up for the service total with an inability to tip on card. I apologized that I didn't have cash and asked if I could put a tip on the card but was told it was "too late." I feel terrible for not leaving a tip but you have to allow customers to either tip on card or have an ATM available to them. AMBIANCE 10/10 Parking is free and easy in the lot right out front, conveniently located to 3 adjacent shopping centers with Target, TONS of food and drink options, etc. The salon is clean, spacious, and decorated nicely with music playing and 2 TVs with subtitles and the news. They have 6 manicure stations and 8 pedicure chairs.

1st and last visit to this incredibly dirty unsanitary nail salon. The female owner who sat with their feet all propt up and eating while talking loudly in her language, being rude about customers and their needs for better service was absolutely horrifying. The lady that did my nails goes by the name of Annie she was timid shy. I asked for a neutral color the owner threw at me the only neutral color they had as she yelled at me. The young lady Annie who was assisting me was horrified and spoke quietly to me and said she was sorry for that outburst and that she would take care of me. She began with my pedicure my feet have rough edges all over them. She did cut my toes nicely. However, the water was freezing cold. I was not given an option in a chair to have the vibration or any kind of relaxation on it. I was not relaxed. I had shorts on and was not given a towel to cover myself. I felt exposed and uncomfortable. I can only tell you that I have had a much better Manni and Pedi's at other locations for a better value and last more than a day. The total cost $53. Unacceptable, especially since since my nails are pelling and chipping. Non of the clippers etc. were clean from a sanitized container. There was no autoclave in sight for the utensils and it was definitely unsanitary. The air conditioner was not on it was warm and sticky. There were flies and bugs all over, plus cigarette smoke. Absolutely disgusting! I was stuck at this location, as I was dropped off by a friend who said she had a decent experience. Friend had to run an errand and thought I might like to have my nails done. I wish I had never gone there it was not the standard I'm used to. My manicure was done with cold water and no massage, no cleaning of cuticles. When my nails were done I was not allowed to sit inside and wait in the chair the owner told me to go outside and wait there... Unprofessional!!! By the way the location has about 14 spa chairs and 6 tables. 3 people were in the location..Empty, now i know why. As always this is my opinion. I'm sticking to it!! Today I went to nail art (which I've been too twice before and never had a problem before today) when I went in I had shown a picture of nails similar to these, however after they were done they looked like this which wasn't the lady who did my nails fault and I explained to them that I was very sorry but needed them fixed, we agreed that I could come back the following day to get them fixed. Then when the lady rang me up she told me it was $45, for a FILL. I've gotten full sets from them for $30.. also two weeks prior to this incident I got a full set, a spa pedicure, and my eyebrows waxed for only $65. I know that they didn't have to agree to fix my nails but they also didn't have to charge me double just for a fill, it's just good customer service to NOT charge double just because they were asked to fix a mistake. I will never be going back to nail art after they fix my nails due to them double charging me and being INSANELY rude after I pointed out that they only did a fill and a full set would have costed less. Still extremely disappointed by this. read more

I'm a guy with preconceived notions about having a mani-pedi. I thought it was sissy at first. Not for men but women only. Then my sister gifted me a mani-pedi at Nails Art. That was maybe 15 years ago, or more. Yes, I felt the feminine eyes staring at me: "What are you doing here?" Yes, it was uncomfortable for me, as a male, at first, but then I discovered the wonderful hands-arms and feet-legs massage, not just trimming of nails. A very pleasurable experience. Okay. I went here at Nail Art today for my first time. If there was a 6-star rating I would give that to them! Nancy did my toes (white color with red chevron print on big toe). She did just a meticulous, fantastic job & took her time. She even asked what I was doing for the upcoming holiday! 10 minute massage was fantastic.
