Been going here for years. Asked for callous for my feet as usual only to have them use a fingernail file on my heels. When I inquired about this I was made to feel stupid being told that the zebra file meant for acrylic nails was better than the gel used to remove callous . Every nail salon uses the gel callus remover and they've used it in the past so I don't know if they were just trying to save a few bucks? They didn't even follow up with making it right. Billy just argued with me. Trying to make his point and was very aggressive. Made me feel horrible as a customer. I paid and left . Never to go back. So sad and disappointed. read more

If you are looking for a Nail shop with nail techs that know what they're doing you need to come to K4 Nail Spa although this is a new location the nail techs are very experience with years of experience and know how to care for your hands and feet and i'm pretty sure any other service that you are looking for. I rarely treat myself to manicures however my mom goes to Billy every two weeks and he has always done a great job on her nails so when I decided to get my nails done I just showed him a picture of what I wanted he was so fast and handle my hands with care and being gentle which sometimes is hard to come by. Great service but I was disappointed. My nail technician hit the plastic screen forward (accidentally of course) which caused my cell phone to fall upon the tile floor. The back of my phone shattered as a result. I was given nothing more than an "I am sorry", no offer to help fix it or even discount my manicure at this point. It is frustrating because I am not a confrontational person but now I must foot the hefty repair bill. read more

I never leave yelp reviews but this place and KYLIE is amazing. She was so gentle, and being on the autism spectrum getting my nails done is usually undoable sensory wise. I was comfortable the entire time and she was incredibly patient and sweet. She used a drill for maybe 10 seconds and the rest was all by hand! All the gems are put in with gel, and she BUILT the bow into my nail with acrylic. The acrylic flowers and french tips were all done free hand and are all so even!! Whole set from start was approximately an hour and was only $95 for this set. The picture they take at the end are so sweet to keep for prom photos. I got the $28 pedicure package and only got the grainy scrub, the softener, no 5 minute massage with lotion and instead of a hot towel and I got a cold wet towel. My sister & I came to try K4 Nail Spa & left satisfied with our service. They were able to take us in before they closed, which we greatly appreciated! We were both told about their special offers but were never asked which package we would like by our pedicurists during the service. Had I been asked- I would have loved the upgraded service. At the end, we were surprised by the total having not known what exactly we were really paying for. My pedicurist told me my toe nails were too long...which I don't feel is very professional. By the looks that she was sharing with my sister's pedicurist and the way they were both looking at my toes, I could tell they had been discussing my toe nail length. I guess they've never seen someone with talons for toes but I mean hey when you work 2 full time jobs and are a full time grad student- it's hard to find time to treat yourself. The manager also made a comment about my nails after I had done them myself. If I want to do my nails myself at home & not have comments made about them, is that too much to ask? My toes were then cut down WAY short- shorter and more crooked than I came in with. I feel like most places usually ask what length you're comfortable with. My sisters toes still had polish on the sides of her toes and didn't look like her pedicurist cared to clean up around the edges. Our services were definitely rushed, which we understand because they took us before closing, but I also feel like I could have done this same job at home. For our first time here- we left unimpressed but fine with the outcome. As a PR Professional in the hospitality field, I understand the struggle it has been for businesses to come up and running again. With a few minor communication tweaks per their service menu & interpersonal communication with their customers, these few changes might really help! I wish this location the best of luck! read more
