The second time around i got her, no problem there. My experience quickly escalated into something of poor service when i got a older man with a versace watch on and a gold wedding band. His service was extremely rude and he would throw my hand back at me when he was done painting. Im not usually a customer who complains but his overall customer service is rude and disrespectful and quickly turned my experience negative!

After the lady removed my polish and cut my already short toe nails. Does not once touch my cuticles. She then proceeds to get a very very rough scrubber and put very little oil on it so it rubbed me raw. She then goes in and puts antibacterial soap on a cuticle brush and brushes the tops of my feet then goes back in with that very rough purple scrubber. After that she puts a hot towel on for maybe 2 seconds and then polishes my toes. This pedicure may have lasted 30 minutes and that's being generous. I will never go back to this place.

Luckily they weren't busy, and to me their prices were very reasonable for all that is included in the service. The whole time they had classical music playing, the massage chair had so many options, and the lady that serviced me made me feel so right with how she treated me. I have to say that I'm most unsatisfied, in the end I decided I didn't want the gel polish because I knew I was now going to have to fix them up myself. What's worse is I'm from overseas and have to buy the necessary products. Or I have to go somewhere else and pay again. I asked for coffin shape and got square, there is acrylic still on my skin and the sides are uneven and jagged. There is no apex for strength and my thumbs feel like they're going to pop off. She attempted to fix the unevenness without success. Unfortunately this lady did not have an eye for detail. Not one of the tools she used was sterile and the sanding bands and files were reused from previous clients.
