I went to this place for convenience as it was just up the road from my work. That's a mistake I will never make again. There are several options on pedicures but I am only offered the gel one. I had to soak in cold water, chair didn't work and the balls or whatever they are were stuck right in the middle of my back. After the lady removed my polish and cut my already short toe nails. Does not once touch my cuticles. She then proceeds to get a very very rough scrubber and put very little oil on it so it rubbed me raw. She then goes in and puts antibacterial soap on a cuticle brush and brushes the tops of my feet then goes back in with that very rough purple scrubber. After that she puts a hot towel on for maybe 2 seconds and then polishes my toes. This pedicure may have lasted 30 minutes and that's being generous. I will never go back to this place. read more

the man did not properly remove the pedicure I had when I came in, he made the French tips look horrible and sloppy. for the price I just paid, it is not worth it. incredibly disappointed. read more

I wouldn't go here. I selected a light pink dip nail manicure. He worked on me for over 2 hours. No massage. No offer for water or beverage. He filed my nails down till he couldn't anymore and ended up with white as white bubbles for nails. Terrible job. read more

If I could give less than a star I would. This was a terrible experience. I went in for a gel manicure, and they starting the soaking off process--but, then my nail tech got up and started a pedicure for a new client. 30 minutes later I finally had to ask if someone was going to help me. Then, I was told I'd have to wait until another tech was available. The acetone burned my cuticles and my nails. When I finally got the manicure, it was terrible, with sharp edges and bumps all over the place. And they still charged me full price. Will not be returning. read more

I had a wonderful experience here getting a pedicure and foot massage, well worth the $32. Highly recommended.

Sitting in the Starbucks drive thru and watched one of the workers from this salon throw a still lit cigarette butt into the bushes. Didn't try to put it out or anything. Disgusting, and entirely unsafe. I half expected the bushes to start smoldering. I think this salon needs to take a lesson from Smokey the Bear. While I had considered visiting this salon, if their workers feel this way about littering and potential fires, I can't imagine how poor their interior hygiene practices must be. read more

I went to this nail salon 4 times. On my fourth visit it wasn't as pleasant. This salon is very money hungry, and don't value customer service or good work. The gentleman that was painting my toenails was triple coding my toenail color it look like crap. I told him I don't like it. I could have done a better job they seem careless. read more

I went there to get my nails done I got what I wanted but the guy was so rough with the buffer and file the skin on my fingers were scabbed up and hurt after 2 days I realized they had bubbles in the paint and the nail polish was lifting up I had to repaint them all it was ridiculous I never had this bad of an experience and won't go back again read more

I have been going to her since I was a junior in high school and now I'm a sophomore in college and I still will travel 2 hours just to get my eyebrows done by her! Conveniently located near where we are staying. Unfortunately the most painful pedicure experience I have had. Feet look good. Buried myself in my phone to try and dull the pain from scraping around my toes. I like it when the salon puts the cuticle oil on before they try to cut the cuticles down. There's nothing I hate more than being duped. I picked out a $40 pedicure. They did not tell me nor is it posted on the sign that gel is $20 more. I've never been upcharged that much for a gel pedicure. Second, they do a full pedicure for children. There should be an option a trim and polish. I would not have paid $20 for her had I known I was going to be ripped off for mine. $80 for 1 adult and 1 child is outrageous! I will never go back nor will I ever recommend. And they were completely unapologetic and rude about the whole thing as well. read more

This used to be my go-to salon however I won't be going back. My mom and I went in for mani and pedis... we both upgraded from the "basic" option to the "pamper" one. Both of our people did the bare, bare baaaaare minimum. They barely scrubbed our calluses. We both had to ask them to continue cause I kid you not they did it for maybe 5 seconds. My feet are still rough... They did not scrub with the exfoliator very well - again maybe 5-10 seconds. The guy I had did not even give me a massage!!!! When I asked he claimed he already did, my mom and I were both like ummmmm no you didn't. He really was not a pleasant guy and anytime I said something he acted as if it was a huge inconvenience to him. THEN when my mom got her eyebrows done, she said the lady only did the bottom and unibrow part.. she didn't even clean up the top part or tweeze them!! Not worth the money at all. Overall it was beyond disappointing and we will not be returning. read more
