Disappointed with John, who when I told him I was a nurse told me,"nurses should not have polish on their nails because it is very dirty. My sister is a nurse in California & if they come to work with nail polish they are sent home & suspended from work!" Then he told me that the hospital I work for had been bought out by another company, which is not true. I went here for six months for gel nails and pedicures. I also tipped extremely well. I found David to be a decent nail tech. I have been wearing artificial nails for 40 years and never break a nail between fills. All season I consistently had a nail crack in the middle of the nail between fills. Last Friday I had David take all my nails off and put all new on prior to my going back to Colorado for the summer. Saturday morning two corners chipped off on two separate fingers. I went in on Monday and asked to have them fixed. David barely acknowledged I was there and asked that I come back in an hour....after I sat there then finally asked how long it would be. I will NOT ever go into this salon again nor will I recommend them. I felt COMPLETELY UNAPPRECIATED as a customer. read more

I have been going to the salon for three years after finding it as a recommendation on the next-door neighbor app. I could not be happier. Tiffany is great, she does a wonderful manicure and pedicure. She also is very accommodating. The salon tries to provide safety not only for the clients but also for themselves, coworkers and their families. If you want an excellent manicure/pedicure in a safe environment this is definitely the place to go! Walked in, there were 2 people getting pedicures. Not one other customer in the place. The girl doing the pedicures said can I help you I said I would just like a manicure. She turned to a man coming out of the back who I assume is David and said "she wants a pedicure" to which he replied, (with out even looking my way) "we don't have time" and walked away. Just wow. I have been here before and have been pleased. However, today's experience with John was very unpleasant. It started with him insulting me - "Why you let them put a tip on just one nail"? I explained that I broken that nail to the point where it was much shorter then the rest of my nails. He responded "That stupid". Then he was extremely rough with the drill - he seemed upset that the gel polish was taking time to remove. He cut more then one of my cuticles and because he was so rough with the drill, it hurt my nail beds. Then he grabbed my hands very hard and slapped my hand saying very angrily " You need to relax, and you're trying to kill me", while jerking my hand. It was extremely embarrassing in front of the other customers. Also, it is abusive for a man to hit a woman, tell her she is stupid, and intentionally grab and twist her wrist. This behavior is highly unprofessional and will cost you to lose customers. I walked out before the job was completed. read more

I have been to this establishment before and was very happy with Tiffany doing my pedicure. Today I called to get an appointment for a manicure and pedicure and told to come right down. When I got there, I found out that it was my technicians first day. My idea of someone's first day at a new place and someone who isn't qualified is two different things. During my pedicure my technician never spoke a word to me. Later I found out she didn't speak any English. That is not a problem unless they clearly aren't doing what I asked for. During my pedicure, Tiffany told my technician numerous times that she was doing things wrong and it got worse from there. My manicure was done without soaking my nails and my nails were sharp and not filed properly. I told Tiffany that I was not happy. She had my technician soak my nails AFTER they were done and had cream on them. That was clearly backward. Then she told her to wait to apply cuticle oil after my nails were dry and the technician did when my nails were wet, so my nails did not dry properly. Tiffany knew I was not happy, since I told her that a couple of times, but I got nothing but an apology and paid $60 for a sub par manicure and pedicure. Needless to say, I will not be going back. I am all for giving someone a job, but someone who isn't qualified and paying full price for them to learn on me is not acceptable. In saying that, the salon is very clean and if you can get a technician that knows what they are doing, it's a great place. Unfortunately, I spent two hours there and left with a poor manicure and pedicure, so I will be looking for another place to go next time. They clearly knew I wasn't happy and did nothing to make things right. read more

They were very tentative to us and asked us exactly how we wanted them shaped, if the color was correct, and what needed to be changed. Our nails look fabulous!! We will be going back for sure. I second all the other reviews about John being rude and unpleasant. I don't think he meant to insult people every few minutes, but he just does. See when girls go out to get their nails done all they want is to relax and chat among themselves, and the last thing they are looking for is some guy constantly interjecting himself into conversations, change the topic to talking/bragging about himself, talk down to every woman that works at the place, and then talk down to you the customer.
