My daughter loves designs and nails alone $85 a pop with tip. Which I don't mind. However they have a women who sits up front and answers the phone...maybe a manager or something. Whenever we are there and one of the technicians asks her something she is snotty, rude, rolling her eyes (because she does not want to take them off the phone:/) I was trying to pay for my daughter and I. Since my daughter's nails were not finished yet this apparently was a big deal...lots of eye rolling, sighs, and blah blah blah.. This is not the first or second time I have seen her be rude and snotty to others while I was there. Today will be the last time. It is too bad. They have great nail techs. However, there little gatekeeper needs a major attitude adjustment. 5 stars for nails ------neg----stars for atmosphere. It cost nothing to be kind respectful to others. It does start to cost when you do not.

"He" (can't remember his name) cut my toe and pretended nothing happened! I had to tell him it hurt & show him to get him to acknowledge. When he was done I was dumbfounded and told him "no, not acceptable"... he said 0k, he would fix. Still unacceptable as you will see in my first picture. Third attempt to "fix" and the polish was all over my nail beds!!! I was shocked, I even said "are you kidding me"! I stayed I wanted to go home and started to get up, when finally an associate came over and started the pedi over, all the while he watched and she talked. A man working asked if I had an appointment (which I did not) and said they were full with appointments until late in the afternoon. He was kind enough to squeeze me in for a dip polish change and I was ecstatic! My nails look fabulous and I was super grateful that they were able to take my walk-in even though they were busy. The lady who did my nails fixed one of my broken thumbs (crisis diverted) and the total for the dip polish pre-tip was $41. I'm pleased with the results and highly recommend to locals that live in Canton/Plymouth/Livonia area!

I'm a licensed cosmetologist so I can say without hesitation, I am very picky. The whole staff does a great job. Anyone else that has done my pedicures, they've always done a great job. I will have to say that when I did my manicure the woman made my bed of my nails visibly bleed. This was really concerning to me bc she was using the nail drill and she grabbed a paper towel and started wiping my blood off my nails and then the nail drill. My immediate thought was what if this happened to someone else and they had a bloodborne disease- it's just unsanitary and it's good to maybe use a lower setting or be careful with these tools. Of course this wasn't intentional and she apologized and I'm assuming they knew to fully clean the drill after they were done with me. But I did like the end result of my nails but just this bleeding scenario really freaked me out . The man got an attitude and became rude. I paid the money. He put the nail polish on and put a fan on my nails and walked away and never came back went to speaking in his language very angrily. I would never go to this place again and advise any black person never to we are treated different in this nail salon. He did not do a good job on my nails either.
