Customer service was very he had attitude because I think they woke him up to do my nails. He started my nails when I went to wash my hands and sit back down. He told me I had to pay first, but I noticed the three other customers that came in they didn't tell them to pay first. I'm black they were whit. When I ask why I had to pay first it was only $23. The man got an attitude and became rude. I paid the money. He put the nail polish on and put a fan on my nails and walked away and never came back went to speaking in his language very angrily. I would never go to this place again and advise any black person never to we are treated different in this nail salon. He did not do a good job on my nails either. I could see if they had said before he started pay first but to do have and then say pay. read more

Manicure and pedicure in February they did an awesome job. My manicure after 3 weeks started chipping and peeling off my nails but my pedicure was still going strong. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is very relaxed. I went back in March for just a pedicure before my trip to Mexico did shellac/gel. I did them the day before I left 3 days later while in Mexico 2 of my toes on one foot the whole nail polish gone and 5 days after getting them done two more on the other foot came off too. read more

I had a very bad experience with my full set. The technician took less then 30 minutes to complete and during the experience I mentioned 6 times that my nails were not even and they were crooked. During which I was gas lit and told that "that was how my nails naturally are". I emphasized to her that I am getting my nails done for my upcoming engagement and there was no consideration in the matter. Paid 75 for a full set and manicure. The manicure consisted of a dirty cuticle cutter and only included cutting my cuticle. I have never once had a salon remove my nails off before. They did refund only a portion of my money stating the manicure price of 15 dollars was non refundable. This salon has lost me as a customer. I will say I have gonna both shellac manicure and a pedicure done in the past and it was excellent work. Probably because she wasn't the one doing it. However their full set technician is rude ineffective and works too fast that she makes mistakes. read more

Make sure to confirm the cost of the services you will be getting. I was told one price that included designs, but then I didn't get the design and was told I had to pay the same price anyway. This was not right and a bad way to do business. My nails were uneven, bumpy, and not polished correctly. It was just ok. However, the person who did my nails was different from who usually does my nails there. I will not let HER do my nails again. This business needs to train the Owner how to give quailty service and be honest with the cost. It could be viewed as taking advantage of the customers. read more

The employee had difficulty waxing my eyebrows and her hand was brushing against my mouth often . I will not return for any waxing here . Received a manicure and ONE day later, the polish came off of each ten nails at the very top. I have been to the salon before and the manicures have never lasted more than 4 or 5 days but it's a new business and I thought I had established a relationship with the owner. I went back to the salon today (one day later) and was told that regular polish doesn't last - I should get shellac if I want the polish to last. They would redo the manicure 'this one time' but they don't provide 'warranties'. I quickly realized this was not a place I wanted to do business with anymore. Color me 'done'! read more

The girl who works there carried on to tell me that she can honor this and that and told me a price of what I would pay. I get there and not only can they not do anything I asked. The price magically changed then was saying I HAD to get tips to do acrylic because they don't do overlay. Well, it's my fuckin nails and if I don't want a tip then I'm not getting one. Sad to say nothing is being cleaned in between clients. *Not even the top of the station. Plexiglass is not between the employee and the customer getting their nails done. **I saw one piece of plexiglass on a remote table set aside. Temperature checks and hand sanitizer is not used. If we were not in a pandemic, these things would not bother me. However, they are not following the current safety requirements. read more
