This is the worst place in the Area. I paid $85 for a Delux pedicure and manicure. She scrubbed my foot with salt scrub and rubbed a rock on my leg. I still had dirt on the bottom of my feet when I left. Tons of dead skin and calluses. They charged me $28 to put clear nail polish on my fingers but didn't shape them, make them the same size or get the dirt out from under them from working in the garden. My family and I have been coming here to QQ for years. It is a family owned business with good-hearted, hard-working individuals working here. I personally go to Chi, as does my mom and sister. We all love her. She is incredibly fast (I am usually so impatient and don't particularly enjoy getting my nails done) but that doesn't compromise her quality and artistry. I usually simply show her a pic from Pinterest or Instagram for what I'm looking for and she replicates it perfectly. I'm always a little hesitant to tell her if I don't like a color (which rarely happens for me), but she kindly repivots to ensure I leave the salon loving my nails (and I always do). Most others would get frustrated at that, but not Chi. I don't think she has a frustrated bone in her body! It's really hard to find a nail salon that has the top 2 things we all look for. 1) [most important] Tools that are opened from a medical package because they were sanitized. 2) Nice and accommodating staff. I really enjoy coming here compared to other places in the area. I get the shellac Signature pedicure and i don't like the cooling gel included so they always do a little extra massage or different mask to replace it rather than just cutting me off from that part of the service. Yes i have gotten a pedicure with multiple staff, some not as good as others but it will not shy me away of coming here you never know if they're new or just having a bad day. It's not hard to say you want your nails shorter without being rude! I see a lot of girls come here with their moms and for prom/homecoming dances. I just enjoy this place when i can afford it! They don't have an ATM and only accept cash Tips so please bring them cash! :) read more

I just left there a couple hours ago and the tech tried to fix the polish on my big toe after she wiped it before it cured enough. It is a shellac polish. Another lady came to try to fix it and she decided this was acceptable and told me "all done" I paid $55 plus tip and I didn't realize the smudge was so bad until I got home. I was not impressed at all. The team didn't look very professional at first but I went along with it to be fair with them. I got a full set with shellac as well as a pedicure and it felt like I was being rushed for both. What bothered me the most is that my nails already started chipping it has not been 4 days yet. I've had mixed results here, but after trying for years to find a decent salon, I've kind of settled here. I've had some great gel manicures but also some clunkers. Polish that did not match the sample chip. Feeling rushed. Many times, one person will start your mani or pedi, then disappear and have someone else sit down and finish it. Some of the nail techs are friendly but some are just surly. Won't even speak the whole time you're sitting in front of them. I know many salons have these same issues, so I've kind of gotten used to it. Not really acceptable but it seems to be the norm. I wonder if they do read their Yelp reviews and try to change the way they do business to satisfy their customers. It wouldn't take much and it could only be a good thing for them. read more

Amazing! I have been going to another local place but their quality has really gone down and their place smells like Fritos which is a sign of it not being clean enough. I'm watching a house in the area so I decided to give this place a shot. The girl that started my nails was very young and seemed like she had just recently started. I had tips added to my nails for the dip and some of the nails were different lengths. After letting her know, she tried to lengthen the nail by adding more dip and inserting an essentially floating tip until I asked her to stop and just redo the nail. Then another lady came over to release her and by the look on her face she knew she had to put in a great deal of work to fix what her coworker started. Long story short, I left with glue all over my skin and paid full price for a half ass job. There are many things the general public has come to accept about nail salons, which I'm refusing to ignore any longer. Why don't nail salons have a dedicated receptionist and spa assistant? I find it so disruptive to have my service start and stop like a car in traffic! Never-mind that the person who was doing my pedicure switched mid service with no warning. The details on the pedi: the water was extremely hot and I waited for more water to be added, no big deal. However, my feet weren't in the water for more than two minutes and they started cutting the cuticles. I went with my mother-in-law and I felt bad our services didn't start and end together. Overall, my feet looked and felt better but I think i could have had better results with a longer soak. The massage chairs are pretty awesome here, I'd get an okay pedi again just to sit in it. The details on the mani: I asked for a simple cuticle trim and nail shaping which must equal, "Do a rush job and make it look like you shaped my nails in the dark." This isn't the first time I've had this experience with the same service in another salon so I'm ambivalent about the results. I guess I've perpetuated the mediocrity of nail salons too. I went in for my usual shellac fill. When I had gotten home after only an hour of being there I had realized that there was black polish all over my fingers because he had not let my left hand sit under the uv light long enough. My nails were leaking black polish. I had called to see if I could get a refund and the guy who did my nails decided that it was okay to raise his voice at me and tell me that there's no way black polish was leaking out. He has no room to raise his voice at me (with me being the customer) and to tell me that I was delusional because no black polish had leaked. Will not be going back. I used to like this place, but after seeing how they treated me, and how horribly they were done I will not be going back. I'm very upset that I had spent 50$ for my time and money to be wasted. 10/10 do not recommend. read more

I've been here twice now for a pedicure, the first time I had the younger guy, the second time I had the older guy. Both did a great job! I made appointments both times and did not have to wait at all. They put me right into a chair to soak, and asked me about preferences for shaping my toenails. Avoid this place at all cost. I visited my family in town and came in for a quick pedi. They got me a guy and he did not speak any English. I told him I want a classic pedi and he ended up did a more expensive pedi for me. I tried to communicate with him but he did not response and the pedi he did for me was so rough, he cut my cuticles and it was bleeding on a couple of the toes, he used the pumice to rub my feet and it was so hard to the point I was bleeding on the side of my feet, then I told him to stop and he just smiled at me (really). It was a terrible experience for me!!! If you want your business running, better get someone who can communicate a bit better read more

I don't really leave a lot of reviews but I have given this salon so many chances and they continue to be the worst! Most recently I went in for a fill. Firstly, the nail tech moved way too fast and kept running the drill into my nail to remove the shellac. Secondly, she cut down my nails too short without even asking and told me "to be careful of the length". Not to mention my left hand is longer then my right so they don't even match. I asked for an opaque shimmer white over a regular white to allow the color to shine through. I wanted to two coats of the white and one of the opaque. Long story short, she didn't do as I asked. Lastly, one of my nails was broken so we had to add a new tip. Let me just say this tip is fatter than all the rest! Horrible customer service and just flat out bad with acrylics and shellac. read more

I've been to this place on 2 occasions, one time in April and one time this month since it's a convenient location to me. Both times I went there, I got the same girl - she is the youngest of them all and probably the least experienced. She did a pedicure and manicure in less than one hour! Both times she didn't take the time to be thorough. She put my feet in water for not even 2 minutes and already started cutting my cuticles. Talk about doing a half a** job when painting my nails. I mentioned to her there were parts of my nails not covered and she pretended she didn't listen. I could do my nails myself as I do them pretty well, but I am always tired and want to be pampered and relaxed. That's the whole point of why I take the time to go to a nail salon. Also, if I'm paying someone to do something, I want it well done. I had to get home and fix my nails myself ‍ I hate to say this but the majority of these Asian salons feel like you are part of an assembly line. I don't think I will go back there and definitely don't think I can recommend this place based on my experience. read more

The owners go out of their way to assure every customer is handled effectively and with kindness. My nails have done correctly every time and look wonderful and last. No chipping, no breakage and cost-effective. Their pedicures are relaxing and they now have a new pedicure that is the best I have experienced! Various scents, massage and lotion. Really struggled with this place. The first time I made a reservation for a basic manicure. I checked in under my reservation. While getting the manicure, I asked a few times to clarify that it was a basic and not shellac, with the tech telling me yes both times. Having not had shellac before, I thought it was just how this place did things. In the end, it was in fact shellac. I was charged more for their mistake and the owner explained that the tech didn't understand what I requested... but I still had to pay. She also told me that I would be able to remove the shellac with basic nail polish remover (false). Gave them one more chance and the nail tech made my nail beds bleed. Too bad. read more

I made an appointment ahead of time so I could get in and out but when I got there nobody greeted me there was no "sign in". I told one of the staff members I had an appointment but nobody seemed to care. I waited another 15 to 20 minutes still nobody said anything and I walked out. This is a terrible place if you want to make an appointment they don't honor appointments, they are walk in-based and if it's busy you'll just have to wait. So disappointed! He was at another salon closer to my home but I did not like the salon. The salon is worth the drive. I had my nails done by Quinn when Steve was on vacation and she was great also. I would put zero stars for this place if I could it wouldn't let me do it! I had an issue the guy smudged my toe nail when he ripped the separator off my foot. I had to go back and I never saw such rude nasty customer service. They tried to blame me. I asked who the manager was the girl said she was which was a lie. I hate to say this but it was literally the worst experience I've had at a nail salon. The end result of my nails weren't bad, pretty average but it was more of the entire experience that left a really bad taste in my mouth. I had one of the older ladies who did my nails. For some reason, she just kept trying to sway me away from the color I chose - maybe they were running low so she insisted on something "very similar". Once she painted them, the color was not what I wanted at all since it was very transparent. I asked her very politely if she can do one more layer so the color is more opaque - closer to the original color I chose. She made it very apparent that she was not happy about that request and her attitude was shown all over her face. Not only that, she started speaking Vietnamese to the technician next to her, and it was pretty obvious she was complaining about me which made me extremely uncomfortable. Finally, when I went to pay, she literally swiped my card and just walked away without saying "bye" while mouthing more Vietnamese that sounded like complains. I was really shocked honestly with the lack of professionalism ...it's very unfortunate since the location is perfect for me and they do a decent job with nails but I'm afraid to go now to be honest. read more
