Nail techs were very rude talking to each other I. Vietnamese. They did not listen to what I wanted. I got gel polish which all fell off my right hand within a week. Not chipped, simply whole polish disappeared off my fingers. I will say the pedicure was good. read more

This place is trash. I asked for dip, instead the guy told me to pick from the acrylic powders they have because it lasts "longer". I'm pretty easy going so just went along with it. His work station was so dirty.. powder and dirt everywhere. I chose a light pink and for some reason my nails ended up with glitter on them (again Bc his work station is so dirty). You would think that they clean in between clients but it doesn't seem that way. So finally done, my nails looked fine, but I go up to pay and my total is $48.50. WTH! What did I pay for? He said it was Bc he cleaned up my cuticles and gave me a manicure which he definitely did not. This place is a joke and I'm surprised it's open. Would not recommend. read more

I was a walk-in, on a Sunday and they were able to accept me, as it was an hour until closing. No real complaints, other than the tech cut my skin under the mail with the drill. It happens but it was a tender one for three days. Healed now. The gal was quick, I'll giver her that. They turned out nice as far as I'm concerned, thin, not thick on the acrylic and gel coating but I asked for extremely short and I did not get that. Im not sure what was to be included in the service but there was no hand massage just a quick pass with cuticle oil. Fast fill I've ever had experienced. There was still time left before closing so I asked about a pedicure and the answer was no, come back tomorrow, however we are from out of town and leaving. Probably a good thing as the fill alone was 53.95 and then 10 for tip. I assume the odd charge was for use of a debit card? All owners seem to pass on their cost of business to the customer and seriously, they make that and then some on a bottle of paint! Oh well. What to do other than stop going? Easy access and use safety precautions for human contact. Lady who gave pedicure spoke no English. They did not have a price book for pedicures and tried constantly to up sell creams and the things that are normally part of a pedicure. Cost was $43.13 for their Deluxe Pedicure, no hot rock or paraffin bag. Just some cream and a lady massaging my calves and feet for 25 mins. Not worth the value. The male nail tech never does my nails even when he has an open spot. I've requested him before and he still refuses to do my nails for whatever reason I am not aware of. I don't know if he's homophobic or if it's something personal, but it's disrespectful and inconvenient. I do not recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy. I was the only girl of color in the nail salon and got treated horribly, meanwhile the other white ladies got treated with care and respect. When I went home to see my mom this summer, I wanted to take her to get her nails done. The place we normally go was busy two days in a row so we went to this place. Let me start by saying it is completely filthy. It look like they hadn't cleaned in years. When we did finally getHelps, it was literally the slowest and worst customer service I've ever received. Additionally, I asked for a dip manicure. Well the guy who did my nails use the dip powder, he put it on with a brush the way you would have acrylic nails done. And then he used a gel topcoat. When I came home to get my nails done by my usual salon, it took more than an hour to get It off my nails. I would never ever go here again. Avoid this place like the plague! read more

I would give this business a zero star or a minus 100 star, if I could! A friend of mine received unbelievably horrible service from this filthy nail salon. The woman who helped her was pretty much next to retarded as far as customer service. When asked if the utensils they use are clean, the woman from Top Nails replied that they are clean but if she wanted to be sure, she should go and do her own nails at home! In addition, the same trashy Top Nails employee commented on a customer's feet and said that her toes are deformed! Also, all the pedicure massage stations were all broken, and the salon itself overall was filthy, including the rude female employee! The service here is horrible! The photo seen above with the black red nails are my nails and not posted by me. My nails look good but the service was horrible. I've gone a couple times and the last few time have been horrible. I went with my sister and the lady was so rude when she asked if her nails would be filed down because they were so thick, automatically she started to be rude. So we left. This is the second time I've had a bad experience here. By the way if you keep seeing Tiffany N posting good reviews that is the lady that was rude in the nail salon. She works there. read more
