I have had the GelX and the builder gel, and my toes done. Cindy did my builder gel and I tell you i even got compliments on face time. lol. I absolutely love them because they look so natural and they are my natural nails! My nails are so thin and when she removed my GelX she was very gentle with the drilling and filing and was very patient and quick. 10/10! Cindy also gave me a small hand massage and put lotion on me after service. My only issue was with my pedicure when he rushed a bit and didn't remove all of my previous gel polish and that big toe is already slightly larger than my left so it's something I've noticed but others haven't. When I go back for a color change I'll make sure all the gel is removed and the toe nails are even. Service was still a 10/10 and he asked me multiple times if I liked it and I said yes! It's not that noticeable until you're like me and like to look at your feet in heels and sandals. Oh and they take walk ins, last minute appointments and try to have you sit with your party. Also wine and beverages were offered. I highly recommend them!

However the quality has gone town terribly. They now rush through and ensure customers only get 30-mins for service. So if the nail tech isn't skilled they will cut corners to get you out in 30-mins. So the entire time I was being nicked because the nail tech was rushing through with no regard to quality. It was much appreciated! However, that's where the positive experience ended. My technician accidentally cut my cuticle to the point of bleeding and didn't say anything, and the hand massage was downright painful. It felt very much like a rushed job, even though the salon was nearly empty. I think when it comes to sensitive areas such as your hands, extra care really matters.

I asked for Amber colored cat eye and they said that was fine. When I got there, they did not have that color and the cat eye was not impressive but overall my nails look fine. However, the main issue is that they did three layers of dip and it destroyed my nails once I removed the polish two weeks later. I'm not sure if this is expected, but I've never had this issue before. I will not be returning.
