I visited for a gel manicure after finding the salon on Yelp. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations. The nail technician (male) who worked on my naturally healthy nails did a poor job. The process took much longer than necessary, and without my request, he applied gel builder, which I didn't want or need. Typically, my gel manicures last at least three weeks without any issues at all, but this one barely made it a week before breaking and chipping. The finish was also noticeably bumpy, far from the smooth, polished look I expect from a professional manicure. I've attached photos to show the subpar results. While the ambiance and staff friendliness were highlights, the quality of the gel manicure itself was a huge letdown. read more

I went in there for a dip powder manicure and the guy doing it seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. It was all sloppy and even when he filed the nails they looked bad! I had to ask them to leave it like that without the final step because I came back home to file down my nails and shape them and add gel and everything. I went there because I wasn't going to have time to do them on my own because of travel. It was horrible and then on top of that he cut my real nail off after I told him they were mine and then I had to ask for him to add a tip nail to it because he was going to leave it like that when he messed up. Everything goes well until I get up to the register and see that on top of the nail cost there was a $20 removal fee and then an extra $20 fee for new tips that I SPECIFICALLY SAID NO TO. so now I'm out $110 and tip (I'm not an a-hole) The very next day I'm typing away at my computer and my middle finger nail tip completely falls off. f my chungus life and these terrible nails. i'm not able to go back till today where they have no idea where that color is and use a different type of chrome and a different type of tip, it's not a perfect match, but it's close enough. I've been looking for a new nail home for quite a minute and decided to make a last minute appointment here as my last set was on its last leg. When I arrived the shop wasnt busy and I was greeted warmly and ushered to the back to start my service. Once seated and water temperature was to my liking, I was handed a menu of different pedicure options and I went with the hot stone massage pedicure, which was such a treat! It was so relaxing and she was so very thorough, I felt like I was floating! Next up were my nails which were an absolute mess. Amazing experience with Jadore! My tech Chantel was sweet and made sure that I was happy. I asked for the same nails I had before. For reference, I added a photo. The only issues I had was the drill burning me a few times and the pink not being a natural color for my skin tone. The neutral color from before has a less pink look, more of a brownish pink. The fill is thick. The rose gold lines are crooked. He didn't finish my thumb or my pinky (I was sleepy so my eyes were closed and I didn't notice until now). The pedicure is lumpy. If the review is too long to read, just look at the photos: I never write reviews, much less negative ones, but this is by far the biggest scam of a manicure I've ever experienced. I came in asking if they could do gel chrome on my real nails- maybe $45-60 max. They charged me $85, no Gel X, no removals, nothing besides gel paint on my real nails and the chrome finish. The nail lady picked my nail beds until my fingers wouldn't stop bleeding, she sprayed isopropyl alcohol on my hands and then wrapped them in towels, which stung so bad, and even hid my bleeding hands in the UV Gel light machine before there was any polish on them to hide the bleeds from her boss. She was rushed the entire time, even the customer next to me noticed that something seemed off because she was rushing the entire appointment and grabbing my hands aggressively. She then painted my nails silver and then showed me the final product, and I explained that it didn't look like the photo I referenced, which she didn't take kindly to. I am not a confrontational person by any means, it's very anxiety inducing for me, so for me to speak up about the nails not looking right to then be met with rudeness from her about me being a difficult customer was the final nail in the coffin. 4 people then came over and explained that she had to put a chrome finish on top, which then made it a chrome finish. The chrome finish still shows individual glitter/residue that doesn't leave a chrome look at all- it looks like I put eyeshadow and then a clear top coat. The manicure itself looks embarrassingly bad, there's globs of glitter and uneven bumps all over my nails and she didn't paint my entire nail bed so there's spots that look uneven and dent-like. Leaving the salon, my nails were still bleeding and stinging so bad- my hands were even sensitive when I showered with hot water later that night. I will never be going back, I spent double what the price should have been, and am left with a horrible manicure. When I went to pay, the machine had you tip by default either 20%, 25%, or 40%, so I ended up tipping $14 for the worst manicure I've ever had. I think I could write a whole essay about how great my experience was here with Cindy. I got a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. I have terrible ingrown toe nails that are such a hassle and painful for me to deal with. A lot of nail salons just rip half of it out which is not fun but Cindy went the extra mile. She was so careful and got all of it out and it feels soooo much better. I got the dip manicure and it looks amazing and not too thick which is perfect. I came in last Friday and got a gel manicure. After only TWO DAYS of having my nails done, a huge piece chipped off one nail. Now it's been just over a week and half my nails are chipped or the polish is coming up on the sides. I called them to request a refund or redo and they said they don't do refunds and you have to call within three days in order to get them redone. Even though I had picture proof my nails were chipped within 2 days, she said there's nothing she could do. During the appointment, I had to ask the lady to do another coat because it was patchy and not opaque, and even then my nails had some imperfections but weren't bad. I asked her to file down my natural nails, but after I noticed they were not the same length and she didn't put top coat on all of them. I asked for a simple heart design and she couldn't do it. I had to ask her to redo it twice because it was uneven and badly done until a guy came over to do the design for her. I went with a friend and her nails weren't done great either but they're not chipping, so I think it depends on the person who you get. My friend's nails were bumpy and her artist also couldn't do the design she asked for. I wish I knew the girl who did my nails' name because she was really bad. read more

Because I am able to do a decent job doing my own gels, I can tell you the quality of what I have at home and theirs was completely different. The nail techs here were very rough on her nails so much so that she ended up getting a mild infection (which led her to need antibiotics and to get her wound drained at urgent care). I agree with other reviewers - the positive reviews are mainly due to one-to-two talented employees. Unfortunately, I just accepted whoever was available. My experience is purely based on the gel pedicure service: - Towels were very dirty and ragged - Products used are low end - Foot soak is just plain water. They don't add anything to the foot soak - The water for my foot soak was extremely hot, hot enough to make my skin pink. - Foot scrub did not focus on callouses. Oddly scrubbed the side of my foot and the tops of my toes, which was uncomfortable. - My technician had long nails, which he pressed into my toes to hold my toe in place. Very uncomfortable and frankly kind of gross. - Very slow. Took 45 minutes to just paint my toes (not including the massage). I skipped the massage because the service was taking so long. We were able to fit in a last minute mani & pedi on a Sunday and this spa is so nice! I'm only in town for a little bit and definitely glad we chose this one. Tony and Chanel both worked on my manicure together and were both very sweet. You can tell they care a lot about their art and attention to detail. Tony is so funny and we had a good time talking about the football game haha. I chose an ombré French tip and I think it came out amazing. Not a lot of salons can get a good coffin shape on natural nails, but man, they definitely know what they're doing here. I got dip powder on my nails and I asked what the price was going to be before they were done, and I was quoted a pretty reasonable price. Then, I got the pedicure and manicure and the pedicure was extremely uncomfortable and hurt. I even had to tell the lady to skip the step she was doing (which, she did not. She instead went harder) because it was hurting me. I then got my nails done which took like 3 hours, and my nails aren't chrome like I asked. Additionally, they are super thick on my nail and look awful. At the end, I was charged so much more than I anticipated. I asked why it was so high, (at this point I just wanted to leave because I had been there for so long and wasn't super happy with my nails) and the lady tried to explain but then (who I am guessing is her superior) said something to her, and she started apologizing and couldn't explain anymore why the price was so high. It's unfortunate because she was incredibly sweet and kind, but I will never be returning to this salon ever in life. Overcharged me with surprise fees that they didn't tell me when I was getting it done, and hurt during my pedicure. I absolutely do not recommend anyone to go here. read more
