About two minutes later, a woman walks in and thanks her for squeezing in an appointment. Wow. She tells me to go speak to the manager. He asks can I wait because there are three other people ahead of me, I said no I really couldn't and that's why I made an appointment. Very, very disappointing experience. Why let me check in for my appointment but then don't service me? Why was another woman with an appointment serviced before me? Why was there no real solution offered except wait for an undisclosed amount of time? I thought people were friendlier down south but clearly the businesses are not. 0/10.

It's unfortunate because this is for a special event with photos, and I would have kept trying to find a different place if I knew. I booked weeks out. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back to this salon.

We waited less than five minutes for set up, got seated and my tech started on me right away (We also were offered beverages while our stations were being prepared). My girlfriend sat for a little under 10 minutes to wait for the other tech, and then she got started. Overall, we were pleased with the service we received. Very professional and reasonably priced. The only thing that we didn't like was that there weren't any liners in the pedicure tubs. Other than that, they wore masks, and require you to wear one as well. Check it out, I recommend!

Before Eden, I went to a different salon that gave me a botched, painful manicure, but I was able to schedule an appointment with Eden for the next morning. They removed the gel tips, were really gentle with my nails, and fitted the new ones with care. I was nervous because I'd never had gel tips before, but I love my nails now. It's been two weeks and they still look perfect. They're comfortable, pretty, and feel good on my fingers. If you're going to get your nails done, get them done here. A simple "sorry that happened" would have totally saved this fiasco. Even for private business, customer service requires the skills to be gracious, and that was sadly lacking. I am an ally of the clear community and prefer to patronize small women or businesses, but this one for sure is crossed off my list.

This was my…read morefirst time getting acrylic nails, so I asked around for places and a friend of a friend told me this salon could do ombré nails, which was exactly what I was looking for. It was a bit hard to find at first because the sign is on the side of the main building, so make sure you go up the ramp. I called ahead and made an appointment, but waited about 20 minutes because the nail tech (Coral) was finishing with a client. Coral was really nice--quiet for the most part, but she made sure I was satisfied since it was my first time getting acrylics. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she constantly checked in throughout the process to make sure everything looked to my liking. She cut a couple of my fingers a few times while buffing the nails, but she had a healing cream ready to go. Once she finished (it took about 2 hours), everything looked perfect. My nails looked exactly like the picture I showed her, and I didn't need a fill-in for about 3 weeks.
