Crissy does not miss! First the experience starts with the customer service. They communicate effectively and you are able to work closely with them on scheduling and rescheduling if needed. Her nail salon is located in the heart of downtown and directly across from one of the parking decks the city gives two free hours for. So it always works out perfectly. Her salon is clean and intimate. You are in there just the two of you for privacy and peace. I bring my work laptop and she allows WiFi connection so I can work during my service. She is truly an ARTIST. So your nails will be a work of art! Every time I go I get something completely different. But most importantly she cares about the HEALTH of your nails. I am fortunate to have long natural nails and she has a service that helps me maintain the length and strength of my natural nails. She cares deeply about her craft and the products she uses she vets extensively. She is constantly learning and bringing what she learns to her business. I will continue to be a loyal customer. The complements on my nails are endless. read more

I visited Crissy back in June for a hard gel overlay and my appointment was what I expected and more! She was very kind, loved the conversation, and educated me on every step of the process. She also provided some great tips for nail care. Her work is A++ as she is extremely talented! I was lucky to be able to get an appointment from her waitlist. So if you're looking for a great nail appointment I'd suggest getting on her waitlist! read more

Crissy is absolutely meticulous! She does not rush through the mani and pedi! I wish I lived closer! I'd be in every single week! She is a champion for healthy nails and does NOT use anything unsafe. In other nail salons I've worried about sterility and if they're using the wrong chemicals (like MMA). I've never had to worry about this with Crissy. I'm never going anywhere else but to her. I HIGHLY recommend her services! read more

I would hesitate to call Crystal a nail technician. Nail artist is more accurate. She doesn't do tips she does sculptured nails and they are awesome. She really does beautiful work. Her shop is cozy and she is very professional. She can do some really amazing nail art. I would recommend her to anyone. read more

I think next time I'd skip the detox and do more of the reflexology, and maybe add a pedicure! I wasn't sure what to expect but this was a really nice experience. I think it was great value for money too.

Why let me check in for my appointment but then don't service me? Why was another woman with an appointment serviced before me? Why was there no real solution offered except wait for an undisclosed amount of time? I thought people were friendlier down south but clearly the businesses are not. 0/10.

A simple "sorry that happened" would have totally saved this fiasco. Even for private business, customer service requires the skills to be gracious, and that was sadly lacking. I am an ally of the clear community and prefer to patronize small women or businesses, but this one for sure is crossed off my list.

I have been going to Crissy for 4 years and she has taken very good care of nails !!! I never had any growth until I started going to her , she's very professional , knowledgeable and creative !!! She's not a nail technician she's an nail artist her work is EXCEPTIONAL doing free style designs that you would think are stickers that is just how GREAT her work is !!! Her salon is neat , clean and welcoming she takes all the steps required to keep her customers safe !!!
