She told me the curved French tip would be $10, but when I said I didn't like the curve, she said "that's the best I can do" and she'd just charge me $7 for a regular one instead. At checkout, she still charged me the full $10 anyway and said she did the curve disregarding what she said before. It's not even about the $3--it's the fact that she said one thing and did another. She also continuously tried to argue with me about it after the fact I paid. That kind of service just doesn't sit right with me. I wouldn't go back.

I used to only do pedicures, which always lasted forever with zero chipping, but over the last few months I've started doing a Gel-X + dip combo with cat eye and I'm obsessed. I have never had a successful gel manicure that didn't lift within a week... until Vee. Whatever her technique is, these nails are staying on unless you literally break one. Vee is super friendly and chatty, and personally I love that. I genuinely enjoy our time every visit and it never feels rushed or awkward. The studio is in her home, but it's completely separate and downstairs -- just the garage and her nail space. It's all pink, pretty, private, and zen, and she always plays great music. It truly does not feel like you're in someone's house at all. One thing to note: this is a one-person business, so timing matters. If you want a longer pedicure with extra massage, just let her know ahead of time so she can plan properly. I love Vee and I love my nails every single time. Highly recommend.

The individual wanted their nails done too so instead of waiting the staff got next to me to do her nails. ( usually fine. I don't care) but where it got me highly upset and not okay is when the staff dusted herself off from filing the nails and all the skin particles and nail particles from filing all fell on me and in my face / mouth. My phone, my clothes, my face everything was covered in the customers dead skin and fingernail dust. On top of that, I did not get a good scrubbing on my heels or bottom feet. So it feels like I never got a pedicure. Disgusted and upset.
