She told me the curved French tip would be $10, but when I said I didn't like the curve, she said "that's the best I can do" and she'd just charge me $7 for a regular one instead. At checkout, she still charged me the full $10 anyway and said she did the curve disregarding what she said before. It's not even about the $3--it's the fact that she said one thing and did another. She also continuously tried to argue with me about it after the fact I paid. That kind of service just doesn't sit right with me. I wouldn't go back.

I was greeted with a smile and within minutes I received a consultation from Latoya. I explained the current condition of my curly hair told her I would like a more youthful style. Latoya listened and was knowledgeable about curly hair. I immediately booked an appointment for treatment and style. When you arrive, you're greeted with something to drink which I have never received at a salon and I was very impressed. The pampering continued with the shampooing, conditioning and treatment. Latoya did an AMAZING job with my cut and explained thoroughly during the process. Her recommendations for the hair care products were perfect for my hair texture. Also the color that she used for my hair, which is less than 2 1/2 3 inches long she charged me 1.5 ounces of color in an additional .5 ounces of color, but my hair did not get all the way colored. I had to actually return a couple days later for it to be completely covered. She charges everything à la cart and didn't explain any of her services. When I came back and questioned it, she had a very unfortunate attitude. I win one never recommend this Hair Dresser nor what I ever go back to her. I will say she has one star in her shop, and that would be her mom and that was just out of respect. this was my worst experience ever.
