I'll attach pictures but my nails turned out so bad that I had to fix them at home. While fixing them, I noticed that she barely filled anything. What was I charged for then exactly? Pricing here is a little wonky. I was charged 55 for a full set, 52 for a fill my first time (I did have a shape change) then this time it was 50 for the fill.. This lady Was super rough with the brush after she drilled and hit me pretty hard with the metal part. Then I asked if there was a darker red, she got up and told me to go look at the front with attitude. I was still nice and asked to do a second swatch maybe it will look darker. For the facial, she just rubbed the excess stuff from the sheet mask package on my face and then put the sheet mask on. I was expecting a different type of mask for some reason. She also never put on the hair treatment serum. She blow dried my hair after but that was it. Also, I tried to put my phone number before I paid so I could get points and she wouldn't let me. She had another girl come over and just kept asking if I had points and I tried to explain I wanted to put my number in. I eventually gave in and just paid and left. I'm not sure id I'd come back but if I did, it wouldn't be for the platinum. You're better off booking the cheaper one and doing your own sheet mask at home and saving $30.00. I waited to see if there was going to be clean up of the white annnnd NOPE.... the gel finish started going on. ‍ I couldn't believe it. I'm not one to be rude so I simply asked for the paint to be taken off and I'd just pay for the pedi alone. The tech next to us was going to stop the client she had to finish mine. Which is not right. And I still got asked twice if I wanted my hands done. Um, no thank you. Went to pay and was told $35 in which I responded "$35 for what?" He said "oops, $25".
