Came here on a Sunday with my dad to get pedicures - they accept walk ins (I called ahead to make sure because I know there can be wait times) and they were very kind and said yes come on in I was hesitant to get my toe nails done bc I have had bad experience with another shop before but I'm so glad I tried this place out. Jackie does a wonderful job cleaning cuticles (something I struggle with getting done bc I just don't like it lol but I know it's a must to have pretty nails). I like that Jackie was gentle with everything she did. Overall, super happy with Jackie's amazing service and I love my gel toe nails! Dont waste your money. Rude, unprofessional with long wait times. Honestly I wouldn't mind waiting if they did a good job. After they finished and I asked to fix my nails because they were messed up they said no and insulted me. The under side of your nails should look finished and painted. This looked a mess. read more

I went in for a pedicure. The pedicures are $20 and the manicures are $15. There were quite a few customers in there at 3pm. They went ahead and started the water and let me sit in the massage chair for 10 minutes before someone was available. It was a standard pedicure, nothing special. They cleaned up my nails nicely and they massaged my legs and feet for a total of 6 minutes, which is more than some places. However, they wore latex gloves during the massage. I don't care too much for a gloved massage because it doesn't feel as good. The pedicure was about 30 minutes long. For $20 bucks though, I would go back. P.s. BRING CASH $$ read more

This establishment has made cleanliness a priority. Everything is clean and sanitized before it touches your hand/foot. However, they tend to be quite rough when cleaning your nails. The manicurist stopped half way through my manicure to do someone else's pedicure. She cut the cuticles on one hand only and the gel was very poorly done (bumps and bubbles on almost every nail). Overall, the service was terrible. Save your money and go somewhere else. Anywhere else. read more

I really wanted to like this place, but they let me down. The pedicure and manicure consisted of soaking and painting the gel. They did not clean my cuticles well, did not provide anything close to a massage, and did not even scrub my feet. I have had at least 50 pedicures in my life and can say this was the absolute worst service I have ever recieved. The paper describing the service says "10 minute massage". She spent less than 2 minutes (I watched my phone clock) putting lotion on my feet and legs and preping the nails to paint. She was slow and the painting looks good, but I didn't pay $85 for someone to paint my nails. I paid for a pedicure and manicure that I did not recieve. I doubt the gel will last like it should since the nails were not properly prepped. read more

I can't believe I have to give an updated review 5 years later with an even lower rating. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. As posted in previous review 5 years ago, they messed up my cuticles and I stopped coming in. On a whim, I was in a rush to get a pedicure and this was the closest shop to me and wanted to give them another chance. When I walked in on a Wednesday afternoon there were only two pedicure stations open, yet I sat for 25 minutes before even being greeted. Although the service from the older male was good, I LEFT WITH AN INFECTED BIG TOE. My cuticles on my left big toe were cut into SO deep, 6 hours later I was left with open sores and a toe that turned completely pink. I was left with a foot that I could barely walk on because of how much pain my toe was in. I had to hydrogen peroxide and bandage it for days while it oozed and drained. Now my cuticle has to re-grow and I am NEVERRRRR coming back here. read more

Well, I walked into the Nail Salon where they cleaned my cuticle ( and let me just say it wasn't a manicure ) I started to tell them how my skin has been peeling underneath my finger nails and they all just looked at me as if I was crazy. I pointed to the one who did it ( and she never spoke a word, nor did she speak a word the day she did my nails) the other lady was laughing ( as if my concern wasn't relevant) the man and other lady were speaking in their native language ( as they always do when someone walks in or when they first take a look at your feet god only know what they really are say about you. I usually don't write bad reviews but after two bad experiences here it's now time. This place is awful. The first time I went was just for a nail polish change. The person doing my nails kept stopping to help walk in clients. It took an hour and cost 25.00. The second time I went in for a manicure. It literally was cutting cuticles and nail polish. My cuticle was cut and I bled through the whole process. No lotion. No massage . No nothing. This cost 30.00. I asked about lotion and massage and was told that was extra. Went in for a fill, ended up paying for a full set because the previous place I went to did a pretty bad job. So they had to correct it. Pro's... They do a good job on shaping the acrylic and painting nails. Cons...they charge $5 for design each nail. They need to update their sign with the prices because on there it says something different. The only reason I gave them a star at all was because i had to in order to leave feedback. This was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had. The girl (Hannah) rushed through my pedicure and manicure to the point of it being ridiculous. I had to ask her to please file my nails. She had left them uneven and jagged. The massage she gave lasted about 2 minutes. She didn't say anything to me at all the entire time except answering a couple of questions. My polish is coming off on the edge of my thumb after only 2 hours. Save yourself some frustration and go elsewhere. read more

As a trained professional, I was incredibly nervous walking in here. I've had such horrible luck at nail salons especially around Visalia. However, on a busy Saturday morning, I didn't have a long wait, every single employee that walked past me greeted me with a smile. Michelle did an amazing job on my pedicure and gel manicure. My sister and I received $75 gift certificates to Nice Nails. Today when we went to get gel fills the owner was beyond rude and wanted me to tie my service dog up outside. He absolutely would not stop complaining and stated that if we came back we would have to tie him up or stick him in a corner. He would not refund the gift certificates so we ended up paying $150 for our fills. He stated it was his shop so he didn't have to have a dog in it and refused to acknowledge the Federal and State laws. My service dog has gone everywhere with me and I have never been treated so poorly and ignorantly before. read more

This nail salon has shown many defects in my books along with family members who went to this place. I went a total of 2 times, willing to give them a chance to see if it was just that one time of going where they didn't do that great of a job. I thought wrong. I went there the second time and they did a poor job on my nails. I noticed that my nails were cut crooked and i mentioned it to them but they ignored what i said by saying they are "not done yet" They didn't even fix it. They also do not handle your hands with care, while they were sanding down my nails, they had the machine slip cutting some skin around my finger nail. I flinched in pain, all that person did was grab my hand back and got back to sanding. The finished product wasn't so great. They left dried acrylic residue under my finger nails, and my nails were not cut straight when i told them they were crooked. Wait there is more, i went with my mother who recently had surgery and when she went to pay the manager told her if she can go to an ATM to get money out because when she uses a debit card they charge her store. If they do that way wont they put a "Cash only" sign? Why was it that the women who went before us were able to pay with a debit card? It makes no sense, which leads to my poor review. I should have listened to my aunt when she said not to go here. Customers who go here expect good customer skills. Nothing about rough handling with the hands or being made to walk to the nearest bank just so that the company wont be charged for using a credit card when there is no "cash only" sign. read more

I had a good experience at this place. I enjoyed my manicure and pedicure. They did a very nice job. It felt wonderful. I don't like the fact that I felt I could not explain what I wanted because they were in such a rush to get me started. Also their credit card machine is still not working. Since it has been broken for so very long and all they want is cash it leads me to believe that there is some shady tax issues going on there. I had brought cash anyway, I don't like to use credit anywhere. All in all a pleasant experience. I would recommend going to this place. read more

Went in for a manicure about 45 minutes before they closed. She did a great job. I asked for the French manicure gel on my nails, which was a first for me. I always paint my own nails, but since I didn't have a lot of time to do a French manicure myself, I decided to get them done.
