I have been a consistent and compliant Walgreens patient for over a year, managing my prescriptions through your system without issue. I have maintained an ongoing relationship with my prescribing physician, followed all prescribed directions, and have never requested early refills or engaged in any inappropriate behavior. During my recent call to the Champions Gate pharmacy, I contacted your staff in good faith to request assistance with a refill. I clearly expressed my willingness to follow proper procedures and specifically asked that the pharmacy contact my physician if verification or clarification was needed. I also ensured my doctor had submitted the necessary information. Despite this, I was spoken to in a dismissive and unprofessional manner and was ultimately informed that my prescription would not be filled and that I was "banned." This statement was made without any clear explanation, documentation, or due process. As a patient, I understand that pharmacists have a responsibility to ensure prescriptions are appropriate and compliant. However, patients also have rights, including: * The right to be treated with professionalism, dignity, and respect * The right to clear communication regarding any refusal to fill a prescription * The right to have legitimate prescriptions evaluated in coordination with the prescribing physician * The right to not be arbitrarily denied service without explanation or proper documentation At no point was I aggressive, disrespectful, or noncompliant. My sole objective was to resolve the matter appropriately through your staff and my physician. Given the seriousness of being told I am "banned" and having a prescribed medication refused without explanation, I am formally requesting the following: * A written explanation detailing the reason for the refusal to fill my prescription * Clarification regarding the basis and authority for any claim that I have been "banned" * Confirmation of whether this action was documented in accordance with Walgreens policy * A review of the pharmacist's conduct during this interaction * Guidance on how I may obtain my prescribed medication without further disruption If this matter cannot be resolved promptly, I am prepared to escalate this concern to Walgreens corporate leadership and, if necessary, to the appropriate state regulatory bodies that oversee pharmacy practice and patient rights. My intent is not to create conflict, but to ensure that I am treated fairly, respectfully, and in accordance with established standards of care.

The store is well stocked but don't trust the little price tags on the shelves; things seem to ring up incorrectly (I purchased six items and five were the wrong price and I had to dispute it with the cashier). I really hate when that happens! Make sure you get a free Walgreens card to get any discounts available. This store is part of an apartment complex so parking is a nightmare. It's difficult to find a spot, even late at night. A good place to stop when you are on vacation and forgot a toothbrush.

I don't recommend using this one for regular shopping or convenience shopping since the prices are higher. On the upside - if you're a tourist, they have lots of "cheaper" than the park items you can get for souvenirs or fun impulse type purchases without breaking the bank. I definitely recommend picking up one of those water mist fan things here....they are like $5 and in the park you'll pay easily triple that amount. The pharmacy is par for the course and usually not too busy, so that's a win. Overall: B- Tourist location, so not really recommended for locals to do their regular convenience type shopping.

Walgreens was the only local place that had it available for the Pfizer shot. I went online and made the appointment the day before. I filled out all their paperwork online and set the appointment. I arrived almost 10 minutes late but they were able to accommodate me with only minor issues. They couldn't find me in their system and the pharmacist had to assist to get me all set. They gave me a copy of paperwork to fall out and once I handed it in it didn't take very long till the pharmacist called me to receive the vaccine. It all went fairly easily from start to finish even though I was there for a full half hour. Everyone was friendly and did their best to get everything together and keep me comfortable. I never shop in their stores anymore as they tend to be too expensive based on every other place that is available plus they are further for my house than three or four other places I can shop.

Finally she comes out and says she has to cancel the order and I have to redo the order because i am making a change and they dont have it in stock which the website should have mentioned that and by this time i was done waiting - this was suppose to be an easy transaction - i order and pick up and done - Margie needs to pay attention and be in the store front and not hiding in the back doing god knows what!!!

There was a little difficulty with my insurance and getting everything situated; the ladies behind the counter were very awesome, patient and nice people. I was disconnected 2x's and placed on hold for a total of 1HOUR and 47 MINUTES TOTAL. I had my daughter & a friend call one from a land line and one from their mobile & they too were on hold for over 45 minutes and over an hour then hung up. All of us got a recording saying there was ONE caller ahead of us. That is impossible with 3 of us on the line. I started with 5 ahead of me and got to one where I sat for 44 minutes. When I finally got to speak to someone she wanted me to call back to make the necessary changes or recall my doctor to start the procedure all over again. IF ANYONE IS THINKING OF USING THIS PHARMACY, I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU THINK TWICE.

I visit this Walgreens quite often, and every trip is always such a positive experience. From the…read moremoment you walk in, you're greeted warmly, and every employee goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed. It's the little things--like a friendly "hello" or offering to help you find something--that really stand out here. Today, I came in to get passport photos for both of my kids, and the staff exceeded expectations once again. The lady helping us was so patient, especially with kids who don't always sit still for photos! I genuinely appreciated her calm demeanor and professionalism--it made what could have been a stressful errand an absolute breeze. Thank you, Walgreens, for setting the bar high for what a great drugstore experience should be. This location has my loyalty!
