I recently moved to the area and was driving 30 minutes to get my nails done before finding this place and realizing it was only a seven minute drive away the service is phenomenal. Everyone is so friendly and fun and always cracking jokes when I'm getting my nails done the vibe is great and the nails always look perfect when I'm done. The owner "Howie" thought it was appropriate to call my daughter a "Stupid A**hole" and a "B!TcH" because she refused to tap her card twice! She showed him the transaction already went through her bank account and on her Apple wallet and he told her if she didn't tap it again (and possibly be charged again) she would have to sit there until 7pm until his system updates. Are YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!! As she was leaving, he aggressively chased her out the door screaming and cursing at her, so my husband and I went up there with the cops. Of course he denied everything. He told the police he was calling the machine stupid Ridiculous! I was just there 2 days ago and was charged a surcharge fee for using my debit card, on top of the astronomical prices they already charge. $170 for 2 pedicures and eyebrows is absurd. am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I have been a loyal customer for over two years, coming faithfully every two weeks, and this is how I was treated. Howy, the manager, was completely unprofessional. He has touched me without my permission, which makes me very uncomfortable multiple times. When I calmly asked for the owners' contact information, he refused to provide it. He then shouted at me and told me to never come back to the salon, as if he personally has the authority to dismiss long-standing clients. I am sure the owners would be very upset to know their business is being handled this way. I went in simply to fix a chipped nail that was done only three days prior. I was told it would be a five-minute wait, which turned into 45 minutes. The service was disorganized, disrespectful, and extremely overpriced for the level of professionalism displayed. After years of loyalty, this experience was unacceptable. I would not recommend this salon based on how customers are treated. read more

When I arrived at the salon, I immediately felt unwelcome and was rushed to sign in. Tina was in the middle of doing a pedicure and started arguing with Howie. Shortly after, he approached me and asked, "Would you like another person to do your pedicure?" At that point, I simply grabbed my purse and left. To the owner and staff of this salon: please remember there are many nail salons in St. Cloud, Kissimmee, and Orlando. Newly opened, bright, clean, and modern decor. The staff are friendly and my technician gave a wonderful foot massage with my pedi. Prices are the going rate. I'm officially a new fan favorite of Lee Nails & Day Spa; home of the 3,000 gel and dip powders. The first thing I noticed was the marble floors, and the open space. I love how you are able too see the whole place from just the entrance of the facility. Immediately upon arrive we were greeted by the manager Lee , who seems too be someone fun, spunky and full of energy. He welcomed us into the facility and made sure we put our number in so that we'd be able too receive points with each visit. Following that me and my mother received both pedicures in a quick and timely manner. Holly did my mothers pedicure and my mother was raving about how great the pedicure and massage was. The lady who did my pedicure was Whitney she was quick, friendly and gave a great massage. Because the quality of service was interactive, enjoyable, playful and friendly I will definitely be back. First time here Came without appointment on a weekend and took us in right away. I got a pedicure and it was absolutely wonderful. Good chairs, nice massage, salon is bright and clean. Would give 5 stars on 2 conditions 1 the music had a poor connection and the sound of static was getting to me 2 please only ask me once if I want an upgrade or gel polish. I went to Lee Nails for a gel pedicure and was nicely surprised about this new? addition to St. Cloud. I have looked for a good reliable nail salon since living in this area, and it has been difficult to find. I made an appointment for the service so I don't know if they do walk-ins and had Queen as my nail technician. Just an aside, why don't nail salons that have many employees have their techs wear name tags or introduce themselves? It would make it easier to request them, but I digress. I was seated right away in a pedicure massage chair (that felt a little invasive which you will understand if you set it on the default setting) and had a great pedicure. There were a lot of choices for colors, the salon was clean, and I was happy overall. I will definitely be back and will take a picture next time. read more
