I also had an existing nail set that needed to be removed. They told me removal would cost $20, even though their system lists it as $12. Their explanation was that they were charging more because I decided not to get a new nail set afterward. To make matters worse, the removal process was not professional. Instead of properly removing the nails, they were lifting and pulling them off while other nail material was still glued underneath, which was uncomfortable and could have damaged my natural nails. In the end, I paid $93 just for my toes with a solid color. When I arrived, the salon was completely empty, and now I understand why. Be careful and always ask for a detailed price breakdown before receiving services. In my experience, they overcharge for very basic services.
