Poor customer service and professionalism. It was my first time visiting here. Came right in and began my pedicure. The lady hurt my cuticle. I told her it hurt, and she said a little more. That should have been my first clue. I chose the Firewalk pedicure. The highest one. About 3/4th of the way through the service, she wraps my legs with towels and proceeds to go service another client. I have seen this in a hair salon, but not a nail salon. No one else wa able to help me. Finally I took the towels off because I needed to go pick up my daughter. So I left not receiving the full service and unpainted toes. They said I could come back I told them. I said no. I came without my daughter for a reason and have a full day the next day. The gentleman who checked me out expected me to pay full price. I have no problem paying for the part of the service I received. To insist on full price was ridiculous. I paid for pay of the service and left. I left with a hurt toe, unpainted, unshaped toenails and $30 less. read more

I came here more so In a last minute rush as I had a long list of things to do and desperately needed a massage! It was right around the corner from my home and was in a rush! I always seen high traffic In and out so I was somewhat at a surprise that I didn't see any reviews! I'm extremely particular about my nails and needless to say! You get what you pay for! Cleanliness is not a priority at this place but they do use the bags to cover the pedicure tub! (As to why I gave two stars) Simple request like " please push my cuticles back" or "pls clean my nail before you polish my finger nail" is non existent here! Tissue paper was used to separate my toe nails! I simply opted not to get a gel pedicure bc I knew the ending result would be a disaster! Got my nails done and during the process, I got my cuticle cut REAL bad, acrylic on top of my cuticle, they couldn't do what I asked for (which is okay) but didn't listen when I told her not do it, the nail was bad over all. It lifted literally 3 days after and I paid $55 FOR SHORT NAILS. It was simple no gems literally only color and french tips. I was not satisfied with the end product. I asked the lady to fix it and she told me "no" and the store itself is quite messy. I don't think they use good products either, the nail tips go down, and they don't prime your nails at all. The monomer they use is not good. It damages your nail + if you go to the store to get your nails off, they will get a nail tip and rip it off. Thats not safe at all. Overall this salon is just horrible. The people there are rude too. 1/10 (p.s i did end up cutting my nails short and filing them to smooth out but pls see the cuticles its horrendous and hurts when I write). read more

The menu has pedicure for 18 but they showed me a menu with three options and the cheapest was $28... They did my nails and feet at the same time and the guy rushed my nails, didn't have me wash my hands after he was done shaping and filing. He painted OVER THE DUST. I thought I was doing myself a favor by going some place closer, but I will be going to Smyrna to Nail stop the prices are upfront and lower and the service is INCREDIBLE. The atmosphere is clean and bright. Getting your nails done are supposed to be a relaxing experience. It was rushed and I didn't feel like they wanted to take care of me because I had my own polish, and my nails were short so they arnt getting a whole lot of money out of me. I've been going to sally for years, when she was on six flags drive. She always do a great job on my nails. You tell them what you want and you will get just that. I let other nail tech in her salon do my nails as well and they a good job as well. The wait time is what you expect when you come to someone that's been doing people nails for years. I would rate 0 stars if I could. They don't close at 8, they close at "7" or really whenever they get tired of doing their JOB. The first dude in the front to the left when you walk in and the last girl in the back to the left attitudes are just as bad as their work. Sally rubs me the wrong way every time I come in there and she is the owner. The wait times are always 45 minutes to a hour. They talk bad about people all the time in their language not knowing Siri can translate now. Just go somewhere else if you can. read more

Got my nails done here about two weeks ago. I got my acrylic nails filled, and one repair. They did an excellent job! My nails haven't fallen off or lifted at all since I've gotten them filled. When a business in our community and they do not provide good customer service or good service in general let's not keep going there and making these people rich off our hard earned dollars. These people in this nail salon are rude and the service is awful. If they were in a different area I promise you they would not treat their customers the way they do. They always have terrible service. They'll have you sit in the place for awhile and no one will acknowledge you. They don't take appointments apparently but they'll put someone who comes after you in their chair and not even tell you why. Color choices are not diverse at all. Over all, don't come here. read more
