Endless Nail Salon &Spa is my wife's go to stop in our neighborhood. She has a favorite and a back up person that does her hands and feet. Tony, owner of the family business is straight up about running the business. I remember when we met I brought him a 6-Pack of beer from his native land. He appreciated the gesture. My wife has used him before, he does a gOOd job. I really like they way her hands and feet looks once completed. Everyone in the shop is well trained and professional. I happen to connect with Lee who is the one I have chosen for my pedicures. She is strong and her massages are thorough. I tell her when she is done, that my feet look "brand new!" It makes her laugh and she takes her time when her work is recognized. We communicate with an understanding although her English is not the first language. I was one in the past to always pass on taking and moment to having my feet massages, nails clipped and feet scrubbed. But as my wife has said in the shop, "he puts holes in the sheets with those sharp toenails!!" LMAO - let's be honest, we all have been there but in this case, we as men have to step up to the plate and spend time grooming our bodies to lower the cost on sheet replacement (hah). Lee, my go to person takes her time and gives me the attention that is necessary to get the job done. If it goes after then what I anticipate, then I will let her know. it's that simple. The vibe is cool for the most part, I've learned the best time to go is in the morning. But that is of course, based on what my wife books and if I am available. I am heavy into music so I bring my headphones into the shop and tune out for those 60 seconds of feet pampering. They shop normally has a food show playing in the background like elevator music but it a lot of repeat of the same thing, so I zone into my deeper self. One Exception, businesses who give exceptional service and have 5 stars are growing at a fast rate towards perfection, it does not mean they are perfect. If you have a favorite technician working on your soles and things take a turn towards your tolerance level - remind them that you are not in a rush and prefer to move at a slower pace. Came here on a Monday with no appointment and got taken in right away for my pedicure. I told the lady that the massage portion is the most important aspect of the pedicure for me, she smiled and nodded her understanding. She was very fast and efficient. My pedicure took less than 30 min but with less than 1 min of massage :( The result was decent but again, I want a spa like experience, not a marathon. read more

Seems like this place is a toss up. The person who did my pedicure was great. My manicure on the other hand is the worst I've ever received. Filed my nails so short and uneven and there are fuzzies and dust in the polish, as well as a dot of red polish that I have no idea where it came from. read more

First I have to say everyone was nice, but my overall experience will not lead me back to Endless Nail & Spa. First I was greeted with a stench that was barely tolerable. I don't know what it was, but it was foul. I asked for a very simple (hard to mess up) service- regular pedicure. The young man was very nice, but the polish on my big toes had a line near the cuticle. When I asked for him to fix, he graciously repainted and told me I needed to keep my toes flat because the way I was holding them made the polish settle with a line. After he repainted and (I held my toes flat) I left the shop it happened again. It seems as if he didn't prep my nail well. my polish job looks similar to something my 8 year old grand daughter can do. Not a great experience and a compete waste of my money. read more

The lady insisted I get a new set of acrylics. She brutalized my fingers by using the tool that resembles and maybe the same as a cuticle trimmer. She pulled this out of the drawer, unsterilized next to a dirty tube of antibiotic and pulled the old acrylic off in such a way that she took off all the layers of my natural nails and managed to pull two hang nails to the quick in the process. This doesn't make for adding a new set unless you want your fingers to burn and throb for days afterwards. Not to mention the opportunity for infection.. I've been frequenting this place for over 20 years, throughout different owners. What happened to sterilized bags of tools? That's the way it used to be there. What's the point of the spa's being lined with plastic if they're using tools from one customer to the next? Super disappointed. I will not return. read more

Decided to try this spot based on reviews. They have a parking lot with decent parking. It's in a strip mall so if you can't find a spot there is likely someone that is about to leave so you won't be waiting long. We had a noon appointment and arrived at 11:50. It was packed. They told us they weren't ready for us and asked us to wait another 30 minutes or come back. That's pretty disappointing, like why make an appt if I still have to wait. So annoying. We left and came back and they still weren't quite ready for us. We waited maybe 15 more minutes then they sent us to the pedicure chair. They put water in my bowl at 1pm. They didn't start servicing me until 1:09pm. Idk feels unacceptable when you take the time to make an appt. Like I didn't plan to spend my entire Saturday here. Everyone was very pleasant though. Didn't seem annoyed or anything because they were busy so once we actually got servicedIt was fine. One thing of note, typically they ask if you want gel or regular polish. They didn't ask and gave me regular but I would have wanted gel. They were done before I realized I give them 3 stars because they seem to do good work, but they need to work on time management. read more

Got my nails done here today and had a great experience! I did a gel deluxe pedicure and an SNS manicure. The color is a really bright and springy pink. They did the thing where they do the manicure and pedicure at the same time while you're in the pedicure chair which isn't always my favorite but it is good if you're short on time. My techs were really thorough and friendly and I'm very happy with how everything turned out! read more

No wait time. Went in the morning as soon as they opened so no one was there. But, I can't confirmed the wait time during busy hours. Toe nails were okay. Majority of my calluses were removed but not all of them. Husband said he can still feel my feet rough (very embarrassing) btw I payed for the sports pedi. Lady was amazing though, the massage was good. Now, for the manicure. Nope. The man was upset because I didn't want to leave my natural nails long. I told him I wanted acrylic with tip because my real nails were not long enough. This guy glued the tip and didn't even ask me how long I wanted the nails. He just cut the tip to the size he wanted and it was too short. I didn't say anything because I noticed too late and at this point, it was pointless. There were a lot of mistakes, no cuticles were trimmed. Acrylic got onto the sides of my fingers during the application and was not cleaned afterwards. There are hairs and dust stuck on my nails because he was not careful to check if nails were clean before applying the base coat. When I got home I cleaned the sides of my fingers and fix the cuticles. That was extra work for me. Ended up paying $123 (135 with tip) for mani and pedi (French acrylic set). Wont be going back. Update: toe gel is coming off. It has been 4 days. read more

It used to be SO CALM & QUIET & RELAXING inside, but lately it seems like all they do is loudly talk shit about people in their language (this has been confirmed). Nevertheless, this is the best nail salon near my neighborhood so far, with respect to the quality of work they do. They are all perfectionists and are thorough. One Exception: DO NOT go to the heavy set lady with tattoos on her legs (she rushes and does a sloppy job). read more

I love this nail salon! I've been getting my nails done with them for over 6 years and I'm not planning to go anywhere else. I always make my appointments with Lina. She is amazing! Always takes her time to make my nails perfect. Her SNS looks so natural and well made!. Her manicures are the best! The salon is always clean, the staff is super friendly and every customer is treated with special care. Tony, the owner does a a great job with staff and customers. I've been looking for a great nail spa in my neighborhood and I think that I found it. I read the reviews and decided to try this spa because of the highly rated reviews they've received recently. It did not disappoint. Upon arrival they greeted me very nicely, asked me to pick my color and got me seated in a chair. I received a manicure and deluxe pedicure and both were fabulous. This place is horrible, I don't what the reviews are talking about but this is the worst mail salon I ever been too. The guy could not shape my nails correctly or do the style I wanted even after I asked if it was possible. Then he proceeded to mess up countless time and a style that should've taken 1-2 hours took 3 hours and 30min. Then he kept dropping things and pulling my hand. This is the worst salon experience I ever had. Super Nails on Cobb pwky is WAY BETTER they never disappoint . Pictured: This is so embarrassing to even look at. I have had the best experience here twice now. I was referred by a friend to book an appointment with Delicia and I am blown away. She just recently did my Valentine's Day nails and they are a dream. Endless nails is also taking COVID precautions by requiring masks, you must wash your hands immediately when you enter, and they have plexiglass separating the pedicure chairs and in between you and the nail techs when getting manicures. Never again. I was actually going to leave a ravingggg review because Tina truly took her time but it was in vain. This my toe THE NEXT DAY!!! I don't believe in having to get stuff fixed bc it should be done properly the first time! It's too time consuming for someone like myself and for someone who expects quality work on the first round. Not even a week later I have another toe gone. I. Am. Pissed. First and last time never ever ever. I went on a Saturday afternoon, the salon was a little busy, but I didn't have to wait at all. As soon as I was done picking the color I was seated. The nail tech was super gentle around my cuticles and painting. I am usually pretty critical of my nails, but these were really good! She really took her time doing about 4-5 coats because the nail polish wasn't super opaque. Everyone is really nice at the salon and they offer a good price range too. read more

Recently, after moving to Vinings, I'm having to find new spots for my pampering services. I turned to yelp and listened to what people of the Vinings area had to say of their local nail salons. I found this nail spa to have decent reviews and took a chance this afternoon. I went in as a walk-in and was seated for my gel pedicure and manicure service within 10 minutes. The spa looked very welcoming and clean. The gentleman greeted me promptly upon walking in the door and estimated a short wait time. Mimi completed my gel pedicure and gel manicure service promptly And with excellent care! She showed great detail to ensure she painted even the corners and sides of my nails. I am generally a very picky person when it comes to getting my nails done! She even took the time to get the sock jam from under my toenails. Thanks Mimi! The spa was packed and had many appointments and walk-ins during my service time. I can tell they are loved and the clients near me being serviced all looked very pleased! I upgraded to the deluxe pedicure hoping for a great long massage. It was nice, i do feel it could have been longer for $40. The prices were a bit higher than I had been used to in kennesaw. Overall, for a gel deluxe pedi and gel manicure I paid $90 +tip. I definitely plan to make this my regular spot. read more

Had to give an update for you guys! Everyone here does an amazing job! I never leave disappointed. Loc is my go-to manicurist. He does the best work! Takes his time and its perfection! They are always pretty busy so I recommend scheduling an appointment if your on a time crunch. Appointments are always appreciated, but they still accept walk-ins and do a great job of making sure everyone is taken care of. Another plus is they are open 7 days a week! Instruments are steralized and new upon each use. Dilcia is also amazing, seriously, they all are! Best people. Best work. Best prices. read more

Came in from out of town and picked this place due to the good reviews for last minute nails before a wedding. Requested she add a tip on one nail to match the others and instead she cut off all of my nails against request. Decided to stick it out. Got a soft white color and as it went on, noticed there were specks of hot pink. The brush used to wipe off the SNS was covered in hot pink and was staining the nails. Keep an look out for transaction updates on your card purchases with them! Someone helped themselves to a tip after I had already tipped in cash. I did call, they apologized and offered the money back. Still should've never happened.. I'm giving 4 stars still because this is my go to pedicure shop & I love Lee so much! There is a full bar set up which was really nice so if they were to ever do you know a little mocktails or cocktail that would be even better but you know the overall aesthetic of it was really really nice very classy not overwhelming at all not giving like a club vibe. I was handed the pedicure menu and I decided on their spring offering which was a mint CBD pedicure and it was exactly what I needed. My muscles have been so so sore from working out and this pedicure was exactly what I needed. I'm leaving feeling so much better than when I came in. And the massage that she gave OMG I almost fell asleep. The pedicure starting out is $65 and it is for 55 minutes but it felt a little longer but that's just because it was so good. Of course I had extra add-ons the gel polish and acrylic two toes so my service came out to $98 and I will say it was $98 well spent the atmosphere was quiet very little noise. It was early. I came in at 11 AM but overall even with people moving around, it was still very minimal noise and a relaxing experience. I think her name tag said Nina if I can remember correctly but she let me know they've been open for 8 months. I definitely plan on coming back because 10 out of 10 I will recommend. I also plan to get my nails done in the future. My nails were already done. I just came for the pedicure, but if their service for Nails is anything like the pedicure, they will have a forever client in me.

The manicurists were fun, honest and hilarious, my nails are short but they're frail so needed to get them cut. Loved the color options they had, and the way they paired the gel and regular nail colors together. If you're looking for some self care and a good time, this is the place to go. Katie is the owner's wife and even though her nail designs can be good, she rushes and is sloppy with her work. Generally, within days I find cracks in the nails. If you make an appointment she is always late. When you arrive at the shop staff will either text her or call her to let her know you are there, with the same excuse...she is either on her way, having car issues or her baby sitter did not show. Always asks you if you want any other services or to look around the mall. Really? The shop is older and not very well kept. I found a new and modern salon that cares for their customers. SNS is 45 and express mani is an extra 10, but it turns out that the only thing the express mani entails is placing your hands in warm water for 3 minutes and clipping away your cuticles. Really?? They didn't slap on any cuticle oil, no lotion at the end, nothing! Not to mention the lady cutting far too much of two of my cuticles. When I told her they were burning after painting whatever base coats and bonding liquid on my nail, she didn't do or say anything in response. And she bumped into my cuticles with that extra sharp drill about 5 times! Never a 'sorry' or anything, just jerking my finger back towards her when I jumped after getting knicked with it. I picked a glittery dip with no color but she insisted that I needed to have a soft white underneath in order for the glitter pieces to stick. I found out that this wasn't true because my mom came with me and got a diff shade of glitter, same kind as me , and her tech did not do the bottom layer of color. I'm not a fan of how it looks with the white - it was just a preference of hers that she told me she HAD to do. Clearly it wasn't necessary. **I brought this up after paying and they DID offer a free redo appointment since I didn't like it, but in order for it to be free, it has to be done by the same nail tech as before. My cuticles that she cut a lot of are still sore and burn when I wash my hands, and she wasn't careful with the sharp drill so I am choosing to take the L because I don't want her working on my hands again. I didn't realize the polish change for my toes was 15 dollars but whatever. I got French tips which is an extra 10. So 25 dollars for y'all to paint a small white strip over the tips of my toenails?? Girl. Never again.

I thought the lady doing his feet was going to do mine but a young man came up and said he was there to "get me started" he took off my polish then another customer came in and he told me he had to take her because she had an appointment??? I had one too! I had TWO appointments my husbands pedi was completed and I'm still sitting there now just soaking in water. I was told my tech had to get medicine and would be there in 5 mins after 15 min Joy took over and did my toes. She knicked my toe and that is always a fear for me when in a nail salon I am a pro cosmetologist and sterilizing is so important. Luckily it was minor. I really expected some sort of compensation for my inconvenience (I wasn't started on for over an hour after my appointment time). Even a small offer of 5% off next time etc but I only got multiple apologies and my pedi came to a whopping $48 because I got gel polish. Maybe if they wouldn't have charged me for the gel I would've been happy but again full price I paid plus a tip so we have decided to go elsewhere and I am sad about it because I carefully chose this place based on other reviews and they were friendly with decent pedicures so I am once again looking for an ideal nail salon and unfortunately because of my experience I could not recommend this nail salon

They do their work fastidiously and apologize quickly for even the slightest thing, like when there were only two of them working and their main line rang. The ahjumma taking care of me glanced up at me worriedly and held out her hands. "So sorry," she said, while rushing to get the phone. And then apologized again when she returned. It took no longer than a few moments, and it didn't hurt my experience at all. But it was earnest - like she knew this wasn't the fanciest shop you could come to, but she wants to make sure you have as good a time as you can. And speaking of a good time, if you end up getting a pedicure, get the Callus Eliminator. I know. The name of this pedicure menu item sounds more like a 90s Arnold Swartei...Swarthf...you know who. It sounds like one of his films instead of a nice spa experience. But after walking about all summer in sandals, my feet take a pretty brutal beating. And after these women are done, these tootsies get as soft as babies. And the exfoliant leg and feet massage? Brings ASMR shivers for me every dang time. They're incredibly detail oriented, and I've never had a bad nail job, even with colors that don't take kindly to weird brush swoops. But these women lean closely over my feet and you can tell how hard they're working to make it look just right. I've never had a bad job. But if I did, I'm sure they'd do a fine job apologizing.

The rep I had did not cut my cuticles right leaving left overs, rubbed each leg 3 times, not massaged at all with the scrub and lotion, put a too hot towel on my leg (I told her it was too hot to which she ignored), then went to polish. (7 mins at this point) I stopped her to ask her could she cut the rest of my cuticles and her reply was, "Wait I will get to it after." (As she bilegins to polish.) I asked why do I need to wait. She continued answering in a rude disrespectful tone. I decided that since this representative was having a hard time prpviding me the service I deserved she could stop. I told her I did not want a rushed pedicure. She interrupted me while I spoke to her to tell her my requests so I paid and left. I will NOT bring my friends back or recommend a place that should be peaceful, that will not provide the best service. Especially if we paid our hard earned money. I really like my other experiences but just because you have things on your mind or having a bad day does not mean bad service is acceptable. Its not! I dont want it.
