No electric tools were used. All nails were shaped perfectly and the polish application was on point. My only gripe would be it takes a little longer than I'm used to. But with that being said I will take that due to the quality. Price wise about $20 more than my other establishment. I got a gel manicure. We made an appointment for three people, but they had clearly overcommitted…read morethemselves because they didn't have enough staff for all of us and the walk ins. Therefore we ended up waiting around for almost an hour. When it came time for me, the lady rushed and nicked my finger with the drill bit. (You can reference the photo below.) She then proceeded to use paint my nails and use the tools with my finger actively bleeding. The tools were NOT clean so I had to ask her to stop and find an alcohol wipe to clean it off and wait for the bleeding to stop. She then proceeded to use the same tools on the next customer without sterilizing them or switching them out, etc. she was nice and apologized for accidentally nicking me. But the overall lack of cleanliness is not acceptable.

The room is co-ed. We had a Himalayan stone massage and the Black Sand scrub with Vichy shower. The massage was very relaxing, and the stones felt smooth like hot liquid. The Vichy shower was new to me, it alternates between hot and cold water. It's supposed to help with circulation and detox. If the cold is too much they can switch it to all warm. It was fun. Like taking a shower laying down! Overall wonderful experience if you are looking for a very relaxing, quiet and special treat for yourself.
