I asked if that would help, and the response was basically, "I don't know." But then I was told hard gel would help. If you're recommending an additional service, I would expect an actual explanation of why it would help rather than feeling like I'm just being sold another service. Overall, I'm frustrated because I shouldn't have to wait 30-40 minutes after making an appointment, especially twice.
