They gave me a robe and while I received my facial I was able to put my robe in a warmer so when my facial was over I had a warm comfy robe to put back on. When I first arrived, everyone seemed very friendly, including the owner, her husband, their two children, another employee, and the young woman named Sabrina who performed my pedicure. During my pedicure, Sabrina accidentally cut my skin and removed a piece of it, causing it to bleed. She also cut my left big toenail much shorter than my right, and it continued to bleed after I left. Since my appointment, the area has become infected. As someone with diabetes, this is especially concerning and has caused me a lot of worry. I was also told that Sabrina is 18 years old and about to start her senior year of high school and is not licensed to perform nail services. If that is true, it raises serious concerns about customer safety. The owner did my eyebrow waxing, and I was very disappointed with the results. My eyebrows are uneven and do not match. She didn't trim them with scissors or clean them up afterward, leaving them looking unfinished. I don't even know how to fix them now. I spent a lot of money expecting professional services, but instead I left with an injury, an infection, and eyebrows that need to be corrected elsewhere. Very Very poor Customer service I arrived at ~11:00 with my elderly friend. It's now 1:10 when I stepped outside to take in what was really occurring. My feet are done but the girl Taylor, refused to do my nails. She bounced, hobbled around, and had to fuel the beast by eating while a client sat quietly with 1/2 the service asked for. All while I was there, she took another walk in while I was already there and still waiting for my services to be completed. She continues to bounce around the shop while I needed my nails started.
