The place is a bit dingy on the inside, and since I opted for clear, I didn't really peruse their color options. The woman next to me was getting a very fancy design on her nails, so they definitely have at least one technician who can do nail art. I do wish they used sterilized equipment; the woman I had just pulled her tools from her desk drawer and didn't even spray the equipment with alcohol. All in all I'm happy with how my nails came out, and I think $18 was reasonable for a basic manicure.

They are small and while they do take walkins, when possible, they never compromise repeat clients schedules. They also manage to fit customers in for a broken nail repair, if it might happen when possible. The bottom line, they respect my time as a client and I respect theirs and their other clients time also. They ALWAYS do the best they can to fit me in with those unplanned emergencies or when I forget to book an appointment, including great pedicures. They gave me a robe and while I received my facial I was able to put my robe in a warmer so when my facial was over I had a warm comfy robe to put back on. Very Very poor Customer service I arrived at ~11:00 with my elderly friend. It's now 1:10 when I stepped outside to take in what was really occurring. My feet are done but the girl Taylor, refused to do my nails. She bounced, hobbled around, and had to fuel the beast by eating while a client sat quietly with 1/2 the service asked for. All while I was there, she took another walk in while I was already there and still waiting for my services to be completed. She continues to bounce around the shop while I needed my nails started. She hobbled around like I was not there. At 1:14 I asked her if she was doing them. She stated,"No", after I was told she would. She stated she has a 2:00. Manager said he did not know she had an appointment. It was a big disappointment. Very Poor Management and Customer Service. Never again. "No stars!" but had to choose one to post.
