The deep burgundy shade paired with the glitter accents came out flawless,rich, glossy, and perfectly shaped. I had a great experience, they just aren't as capable of the nails service options as they claim. I request deep french full set, when each nail starts to look different I had to correct him, which is what he got frustrated with. I specified to put my charms on with acrylic, especially once I noticed they use old product. I got my nails done Friday, and every charm has come off by Monday.

Nicole is a nail wizard! She can literally do anything. I bring her pics from Instagram regularly and she never disappoints me. Unsure why this place doesn't have more stars. Nice people and respectful. The vibe and atmosphere was good. However I've had much better work done for less money. The services I requested, took a lot longer than it should have. (Reg. gel pedi and reg. Mani). I feel like the person they assigned to do my services was really not an expert. Needless to say, although I appreciate good customer service, I do not appreciate the quality of work that was done. I won't be returning. read more

I am a regular for over a year now, and although Ann is my go to because she is just amazing, I see the professionalism, the quality of care, and how well all of the employees treat their clients and get along themselves. The salon is clean, fresh, well appointed and open and it's always a pleasure going in. Best bet is to make an appointment but I've seen them go above and beyond accommodating walk-ins as well. I have been going here for years and love love love it here. I pass by at least 5-6 salons but I drive over to this one because of the service and quality of the nails I get. Very beautiful job! I got a manicure with a dip set of nails and my daughter got a manicure. They were both so polite, professional and good with kids. They have the cutest poodle "Pooh" that is so friendly and played with my daughter. They took their time on our nails and it looked beautiful when it was done. Definitely going back. read more

I am very disappointed with my last experience. I had dip done on my fingers. 12 days later I texted the salon bc 4 of nails had chipped. I clarified that it should last more than 12 days (usually I can go 4-6 weeks before the polish chips) they said they "guarantee" it for 2 weeks and would fix them. Well, when I texted to set up a time to come in, they then said they would just give me 20% off. I have been going there over a year now. I won't be going back. read more

This is a nice salon. For the most part the staff is very friendly and efficient. I've been here multiple times and they seem to try to get you in and out quickly. 8 times out of 10 I enjoyed the service here. This salon is my go to place for a pedicure for sure. Wish I could give this place a better review --- especially since I enjoyed the company of my Yelp friend so very much --- but did not like the service I received here at all. Purchased the Honey and Milk pedicure. My polish began flaking off within 48 hours and the nail tech cut my nails way too short. I was appalled that the nail tech actually accused my friend of letting the water overflow in her foot tub. Hello? The customer cannot even reach the knobs to turn the water "on and off". Have to say that the paraffin was nice, but other than the wonderful company --- that was all that was good about my experience here. Will not be back. read more

I wish I could remember the lady's name that did my eyebrows. She was a miracle worker. And no judgement as well. Ya see it had been the longest I've ever gone without eyebrow care. I'm embarrassed to say three months. I had tried to work on them myself. Needless to say oh they were a disaster. This lady clean them up in no time. She was great. She always tried to build me up whenever I talked how bad I messed up. God bless her. The ones that met me at the front were extremely nice and attentive as well. Not good at all. I took my daughter and her best friend there, and what an awful experience. Both girls wanted a basic design on each hand. We even showed the picture to both nail techs. Both techs seemed aggravated, continued to laugh and talk in there own language and made both girls uncomfortable including myself. They wanted there team number on each nail. Very simple #9, Instead one girl got a letter P on there nail. Seriously ??? I kept apologizing that my girls asked for a design hoping that they would see that they were making us uncomfortable and stop being so rude, but they never stopped. When we left both girls were so upset and never want to go back. These are 8 year olds! How can you be so rude, to paying customers ???? read more

Very happy!! I made an appointment about a week in advance. When I arrived, I was immediately checked in. There was a slight delay, but I didn't mind because it was brief. The first time I came for a gel mani & pedi, it was $165 including tip. I did get the removal of previous gel, upgraded pedi, and designs on two toes and two fingers. One of the men assisted me on my first visit. He was very nice, and spent a good amount of time on the massage portion; however was not very good with the cutting and cleaning part. Also, a different woman assisted with the design parts. The design didn't turn out too great, I wanted gold specks sprinkled around and it looked like large gold polka dots instead. Nonetheless, it was fine and my nails lasted about three weeks. I recently went back on Thursday evening for only a manicure that was $58, including tip. This time the woman, who helped with the design in the last appt, assisted me. When removing the old gel, she was aggressive but nonetheless, got the job done. She did a great job with cleaning my nails though. Sadly, same as my first visit, I wasn't satisfied with the design. ....24hrs later, one of the gold ribbons came off. Now, I've gotten nail designs with ribbon, jewels, etc in the past and this is the very first time it has ever fallen off in 24hrs. Maybe one week, but never one day. I went back to the salon today to have it fixed, and was asked to wait a few minutes. While waiting, the woman who did my manicure stated, "this design doesn't last long". Which was surprising for me to hear. 15mins later I was still waiting. I asked for an ETA, and was told a few more mins. After another 10mins, I decided it was no longer worth my time. 2 stars for cleanliness and the employees are very nice. However I cannot justify paying the higher price range for nails that last 24hrs.
