What was most shocking was seeing an employee follow the customer outside and continue the confrontation rather than attempting to de-escalate it. No customer should feel intimidated, threatened, or unsafe while visiting a business. Professionalism, respect, and customer service were completely lacking. Regardless of what may have led to the disagreement, following someone to continue an argument is unacceptable behavior and reflects very poorly on the salon. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this salon. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and should never have to worry about being harassed or confronted by staff.

My issue was I had an overlay on my real nails and on my other hand I have 2 nails that had broken. I told her I wanted my natural nails trimmed down and the other hand to put tips on the short ones. A different lady came over there and cut down all of my nails super short! I'm not a fan of short nails, I like long nails, and I have been growing out my nails for over a year. I couldn't get the shape of design I wanted bc of how short she cut them and I'm not a fan of tips. She put tips on the super short ones to make them all the same length which was fine. As she's drilling she's burning me! At the end of the day the nails look fine they just aren't what I wanted. Today is my birthday and these are my birthday nails. Cost me $41 without tip and I tipped $6 which is about 15% There was also no hand soap in the restroom and the paper towel dispenser wasn't working.

Initially, a party of 4 came in for pedicures. 3 adults and 1 child. I clearly stated for the classic pedicure several times even after they kept asking me. They did a great job up until I got the receipt where I was charged extra for gel! My toes looked pretty and she did a great job, but that's not what I asked for and the price was a $10 difference. This is not where my rating came from... I asked for dipped nails. The guy reassured me of the new gel X that appears to be super popular now and apparently healthier for your nails. Nothing is healthier for your nails when glue or shaving the bed of your nails is involved.. He even said he would do it perfectly for me. Pretty convincing so I let him. All went well, til about within 30 minute after leaving and almost home... my nails started falling off! Like wtfffudge. This has never happened before... I called them right away to tell them of this crazy experience. I was clearly upset since I was on my way out of town... they told me to return if possible to fix it. I couldn't return same day nor turn around. By the hour, all my nails were falling out like an avalanche!! I just paid for a full set! This was the most absurd experience! This is pretty laughable for anyone who hears this and having to redo the nails at a different salon.. I think I got people laughing and wondering which nail shop did this! We find out by the owner asking the nail tech that he mislabeled his jars. Instead of glue he put oils on my nails and used the blue light. ***Speechless*** The owner / manager had the nerve to make excuses for the technician without owning the careless mistake! They did the right thing by giving me a full refund and compensating another visit. However, this doesn't take away the inconvenience, disappointment, and the time I had to take to return physically for the refund. I don't think I'll give them another chance. I'll gift it to someone else the service. They are one month new and do great work ... but own your carelessness. Make sure you are charged correctly. Maybe it's language barrier, but don't pay til your bill matches what you asked for. Nonetheless.. it's a new shop. Nice comfortable massage chairs, complementary drinks and snacks. The rates for nail service is a little less than other places.

The manicurist was fast, neat, and gentle as well. The atmosphere was quite and calming. I recommend taking your headphones and a relaxing playlist while you sit in the massage chairs.
