After my experience here, I genuinely feel like I found the right place. From the moment I called to ask about pricing, Vivian made such a great first impression. Since they don't list their prices online, I had quite a few questions about full sets, pedicures, and add-ons. She was incredibly patient, answered every question thoroughly, and even told me to ask for her when I arrived. When I got there, Vivian immediately remembered our phone conversation and greeted me warmly. I only waited about 10 minutes before one of the gentlemen invited me to sit in a massage chair and soak my feet while they prepared a technician since they were busy. He also offered me a complimentary drink they have mimosas, wine, Coke, Diet Coke, and water which was such a nice touch. When I showed Vivian the exact nail color I wanted, she didn't try to convince me to choose something else or tell me it wasn't possible. She knew exactly what I was looking for and got right to work. Tracy later helped finish my nails, and together they did an amazing job. I left with exactly what I had envisioned. My nails came out beautiful, the service was friendly and attentive from beginning to end, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work I received. Trying to give them the benefit of doubt that maybe some of the staff is maybe new to nail design, I have been here a couple times to get a pedicure and my nails done. The pedicures come out okay, I typically go for gel on my nails which they have an okay amount of colors to choose from but they never do a good job cleaning up the sides or top after applying the gel coat which leaves me to have to take the parts they dont clean up because gel is hard and is uncomfortable when its poking your skin. I am also someone who is really looking for reshaping and getting in there during a pedicure and it is hit or miss depending on the staff member you get here. As for the finger nails, if you take in a design, chances are they will struggle to recreate it. First time I tried getting a little ghost on some of my nails for Halloween. The design I wanted was not complicated but the nail tech struggled and then tried to just use stickers. The stickers kept pulling up and she tried to just add more top coat to fix it. I told her I just wanted a solid color because they just kept getting worse and worse. Then this week I came in wanted almond shape with a brown French tip. We went back and forth on the shape of my nails a lot. They are not horrible but many are filed more on one side so they look a little crooked. The brown French tip looks different on many of them and even the amount of polish in the tip is different with some being darker than others. As mentioned the staff is very kind but I feel like it is best for people who just want plain polish or men's mani/pedicure.

People were nice and attentive. They didn't play food videos in another language. The music was gentle. One television played videos of people having massages done. Another video showed Christmas cupcakes while playing easy music. It is a full-service salon: nails, massage, hair and next door to a related beauty school. They also provide 2 nice non-alcoholic drinks or wine for paying customers. Very nice touch!! I was attended by Sara for my deluxe manicure (which includes shellac) and Nancy for my shellac pedicure. The shellac is $15 more on the feet. I had a flower print on my hands and feet. Wish I had seen their website, and I might have went nuts on having all fingers and toes done. These ladies had a soft touch if you like stroking rather than a firmer massage, but it isn't a problem to ask them to massage more firmly/stronger. A different lady came over there and cut down all of my nails super short! I'm not a fan of short nails, I like long nails, and I have been growing out my nails for over a year. I couldn't get the shape of design I wanted bc of how short she cut them and I'm not a fan of tips. She put tips on the super short ones to make them all the same length which was fine. As she's drilling she's burning me! At the end of the day the nails look fine they just aren't what I wanted. Today is my birthday and these are my birthday nails. Cost me $41 without tip and I tipped $6 which is about 15% There was also no hand soap in the restroom and the paper towel dispenser wasn't working.
