I showed Natalie my nail inspo, and she did a really great job bringing it to life. I can understand why some people may not like their policies, but I also think they're fair for both the salon and the customers. The salon is small, neat, and only had three staff members working on the weekday I visited, so there may be a bit of a wait. They also ask you to pay before the service, which makes the pricing clear upfront and probably helps avoid awkward situations iykyk. The vibe isn't overly sweet or super welcoming compared to some other nail salons, but they clearly know what they're doing and do it well. Personally, I didn't mind at all and actually enjoyed my experience.

There were three people working, yet the customer service was rude, unfriendly, and completely unwelcoming from the beginning. Also YOU MUST PAY BEFORE THEY DO ANYTHING!!! I explained what I wanted for my nails, but they couldn't do them correctly. I was told I could get regular nail polish, only to find out they apparently didn't have any available. Then the one color I requested was out of stock as well. Communication was also extremely difficult. There was a clear language barrier with the person doing my nails, and when I tried to explain that I needed to communicate what I wanted, they became upset with me. Both of the other nail techs had to translate for us, so I'm not sure how I was supposed to communicate my requests without their help. I wasn't being difficult, I simply wanted to be able to explain how I wanted my own nails done. The worst part is that I ended up leaving WITHOUT ANY COLOR on my nails, and I literally had to cut and file my own nail because it still wasn't done correctly. After all of that, they still would not give me my money back. I paid for a service that I did not receive properly and left having to fix my own nail. The entire experience felt disorganized, uncomfortable, and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon and will definitely never return.
