Her technician, Jenny, was incredible. She was patient, kind, and truly professional. She took the time to help my mother-in-law choose the right manicure, nail length, and polish color without ever rushing her. That level of care means so much -- especially for someone her age. Jenny's warm personality and great sense of humor made her feel completely comfortable and relaxed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. I was in the shop around 9ish just the other day. The shop was so dirty, restroom's trash was full to the rim as well as the trash next to the hand washing sink. When I told the tech about it she said there are just busy. To me a dirty shop is a reflection about their sanitation practices. The front desk girl was really nice. I came in for a pedicure, and was convinced to get a manicure as well. I said I didn't want a color so just a clear coat and cutting cuticles. It was going to be $22 which I already thought was much considering I was getting absolutely nothing done. There was clearly some confusion because she says it's $7 extra for shiny. But in my head if I am getting clear coat that is shiny. She ends up buffing my nail (the shiny) and added no clear coat and proceeds to charge me $29... TO CUT MY CUTICLES basically... on top of that she cuts me and I bleed... see pic for the most useless waste of $29. Anyways, pedicure was fine. I got the basic one and it was fine. Nothing special or horrible just mid. This was my first time. The front desk lady was nice and gave me cuticle oil but I was still upset about my nails. She offered to have me get the clear coat still but I was over it especially since she cut me and charged me extra for a freaking buff that should have been included in a basic manicure. 3 stars to represent the average experience of the pedicure, nice front desk lady, and cute vibes. read more

A wonderful walk-in experience for a Gel-X manicure and gel pedicure started with being seated in less than 10 minutes! The salon has a clean and modern--well-organized and bustling, yet the environment remains relaxed, efficient, and welcoming without ever feeling rushed. Justin did my manicure and I was impressed with how fast it was done. The consistent check-ins throughout the process to ensure total satisfaction with the shape, color, and design were greatly appreciated. Afterward, a quick transition to Linda for the pedicure brought that same high level of care and quality. The Option 2 pedicure was excellent, and while the 4-minute timed massage felt incredibly relieving, it went by way too fast simply because it was so good! Came here for the first time because they literally advertise WALK-INS WELCOME! Which on a Saturday evening is usually just a gimmick but nope this place is not lying! Soon as I walked in I was greeted and told to sit in the last chair. Within 5 minutes of walking in I was seated and my pedicure had begun. Let's just say I was very impressed! My pedicure tech wasn't the friendliest but he did a good job. Only downside is he could have done a better foot massage but other then that my feet look great and I'm happy about that. My nail tech wasn't Julie! She did a fantastic job. My poor nails were so uneven and just a hot mess and she fixed me all up. She got my nails even and the shape I wanted them! I appreciate a nail tech who knows what she's doing and she definitely knows her craft! When I'm in town I will definitely come back here! read more

I went here because of the good reviews, it was full when i arrived and thought it was a good place, sadly that was not my case. I went in on friday for a pedicure. I guess she pulled off an ingrown that caused trauma to my toe. My toe started hurting the next day and bleeding. By Sunday it was swollen i could not even walk. I had to take the week off work because of how bad it got and i am currently on antibiotics. Please be more careful when pulling out ingrowns. Sorry for gross picture. read more

Very friendly and they offer a verity of different style workers. Never a long wait.

Their prices are misleading, and unfortunately their customer service is terrible. My elderly mother went in for an acrylic refill and was charged more than what she originally paid for a full set. When she questioned the price, they gave her the runaround instead of clearly explaining the charges. I called to address the situation and was met with a rude argumentative attitude. I understand paying for services rendered, but businesses especially when working with elderly customers should be upfront about pricing before beginning any service. Clear communication and respectful customer service matter. Overall, I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with both the service and the way this situation was handled. read more

Update: I want to provide an update to my previous review. Management reached out to me within an hour of my post and immediately offered to have my nails redone by another technician. I truly appreciate the prompt and professional response. Emily took great care of me--she listened carefully, did everything I requested without hesitation or attitude, and made sure I left satisfied. The entire experience showed A1 customer service, and I was very pleased with how quickly and thoughtfully the situation was resolved. Thank you for making it right. Original Message: I have given this place a few too many second chances . The quality of the nails is mediocre. Today was my last straw...long story short. I got the Gel X nails, and since all they are fancy press ons, I didn't think much of it. Who could get that wrong right? The lady designed them very nice. However, once I got home, I noticed that there was tons of glue underneath the gel nail and the nail was a quarter inch lifted up off my nail. Makes the Gel X nails look like they're lifted up off my finger. $100 of unsatisfaction. read more

My girlfriend wanted to stop by after getting Starbucks next door. Surprisingly for a salon that busy they accepted walk in, I mean the place was packed, business must be good. Really nice spot. It feels like one of those little hole-in-the-wall spots but they do a great job. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Prices aren't too bad. It's nice that they do all the forms of payment. They charge for using a card but sending electronically is free, so we did that. My wife and I got pedicures and they really hooked it up. I have HORRIBLE back pain and I can't bend over to cut my own nails so I get pedis and they really took their time and made sure I was comfortable. Would definitely come back again. read more

I used to love coming here for both the quality of the nails and the overall experience. However, over time, the service has really gone downhill. I used to get Gel X nails regularly, but on two separate visits, my nails broke in half and fell off shortly after. When I came back in to fix them--almost every other day--there was never an apology or even an offer to make it right. The pedicure service has also declined. They don't properly trim or clean the nails anymore, and it honestly feels like they're just going through the motions. They barely touch the cuticles and make it seem like a full service when it's not (pay attention when they are doing your pedi). Massage chair did not work at all! My toes used to come out looking beautiful, but now I leave feeling disappointed. At this point, it feels like they care more about the money than customer satisfaction. There's another nail salon nearby that has previously helped fix a damaged nail I got here, so I'll be going there instead moving forward. read more

I had a really disappointing experience at Jess Nail Salon. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how dirty the place looked. The air vents were extremely dusty, and behind the pedicure chairs there was visible buildup of dust and debris. As someone who pays attention to sanitation, it honestly did not look like the salon follows proper cleaning or weekly sanitation practices. It definitely did not feel up to State Board standards. The service was also very unprofessional. The employees were rude and unfriendly. The woman sitting next to me asked to have her ingrown nails removed, and the nail tech seemed visibly annoyed by the request, which was surprising since that is a very normal part of pedicure services. The nail tech who worked on me barely communicated. She would grab or move my hands abruptly without saying anything, which felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. There was no guidance, no friendliness, and no basic customer service. Another thing that concerned me was the sanitation of the tools and equipment. While getting my pedicure, my toes started feeling itchy, which immediately made me question whether the tools or tubs were properly cleaned between clients. To make matters worse, the total came out to $156, which is extremely expensive for a salon that does not appear clean or professional. Overall, I would not recommend this salon. Cleanliness and sanitation are extremely important in nail services, and this place did not make me feel safe or comfortable. Save your money and go somewhere that values hygiene and customer service. Honestly wish I took pictures but didn't get a chance -0/10 I would like to add on that I seen a comment on here from the owner that a cleaning lady goes every morning?? A lie it looks like it hasn't been cleaned since it opened! read more

I went in the evening on a Wednesday and while it was a bit busy they easily got me in! I assume it is definitely better to make an appointment but I just did a walk-in! My nail technician was great and did a fantastic job! I had some bad experiences in the past and she did literally exactly what I wanted. I got medium length chrome gel-x nails and it was about $65. I got my gel x done with RIRI & I've been going back every 3-4 weeks since despite it being 30 min away, she's the best. Good communication & she's been able to pull off every design I've asked for!
