Ivy (the owner) has been doing my nails for about 10 years now, and her talent is unmatched. She is especially good at maintaining nail health and creating the perfect shape for acrylic, builder gel, dip, etc. I've tried all the different nails, and I usually do a rounder almond shape or narrow square, and she gets it perfect every time. Also, the service at her salon is great. They go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and like your nails. I'll never go to anyone else! Great experience every time! I've been coming to this nail shop since it first opened, and I am definitely a returning customer because they are consistently clean and do a great job. When I arrive, I'm usually greeted and seated without a long wait. The staff is friendly and professional, and they always make the process easy and comfortable. I've never had issues with communication or confusion about services, and they make sure I understand what I'm getting done. Ver poor waiting time. After waiting at the waiting bench which was so uncomfortable, leaning against the wall , the male tech directed me to sit by the manicure area and had me wait again. I said regular nail polish and he pulled out nail gel polish. Hidden cost you might see when done. Decided not to avail of their service, daughter already started. Towels used are worn out, not the white towel that i'm use to see with other salons. They use brown towels, hard to tell whether it's used. Salon was hot inside. AC wasn't working. Kept promising customer waiting time will be at least 20 minutes. Took me longer to sit by the manicure table with no tech. Never again! read more

Today I came in the salon to get a nail removal and Nina the owner complained about my nails being too thick. The owner was laughing at me and being disrespectful about me wanting to get nail removal. This was not the first time, last time she complained about removing my nails stating it was too thick but I got the nails done with her. I'm so, so happy with my nails! This might just be the best. Everyone took care of me and the color selection was great--they had the exact colors I requested (I showed them a photo of what I wanted). The sides of my nails aren't completely filled in, but they don't stick out too much. It's close to my university (UCR), so the whole experience worked out for me. Took my daughter for a pedicure and we walked in to an empty salon! We were greeted right away and seated immediately. This salon is new and on the way home and i sure am glad we took a chance! I will no longer be returning to this salon and I am generally unhappy with my experience. The quality of the materials they use has to be extremely poor because every single set I have gotten since May I have broken a nail and had to get it repaired within a few days of getting a fill. I just had a fill on Sunday and in 5 days another broken nail and a waste of 70 + dollars. I cannot recommend whatsoever. read more

I came to this establishment to get a gel pedicure and manicure. I recently moved to the area and needed a new salon to go to. The color selection is average. I've gone to other salons that have an endless amount of color choices. The technician who did my pedicure ended up cutting me under my big toe during my pedicure. She didn't acknowledge it or even apologize to me. Just continued with the pedicure as if nothing had happened. Not too eager to return to this salon for another chance. I came here to get engagement nails done for both me and my girlfriend and left unsatisfied and unhappy! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NOT WORTH THE MONEY! THEY CHARGE SO MUCH FOR THE WORST SERVICE! honestly, i usually don't write bad reviews if I experience bad service but this has been a recurrent issue hence I'll speak up for this one. Let me start, first of all it's kind of sketchy that this place seems to have ZERO bad reviews on Google like null? that's a bit weird, definitely something suspicious going on as either they've found a way to permanently delete or block people from their page who chose to write upon a bad experience or they've their social media team writing great reviews for them! honestly not sure whats the case but it's definitely suspicious!! Second, this nail salon is really close to my home and had nice reviews (A TRAP) so I decided to always go here since it's 7 minutes away from me. I have always had an average experience here, but my last experience which was today was horrible!! Me and my girlfriend would always come here to get our nails done, and also get pedicures. Today, my girlfriend had her Gel-X set done by an employee named Michael and I believe there was a new girl who helped me named Sophia. I had a basic one colour Gel X set which they charge $60 here for and my girlfriend got french tip nails with chrome on Gel-X which costed her $90, my total with a pedicure and these two sets was around $185 (excluding tip)! That's a lot of money for a trashy service. Sophia took the longest with my nails and I was nice because I knew she was new, however she kept on drilling hard when I repeatedly told her that it's hurting and burning my natural nails. The nail colour also bled on my cuticles making it look messy and she tried fixing it but oh well, you guys can look how it turned out in the image below. My girlfriend got her set done by Michael, he messed up her thumb nails (both of them) by filing them so much, they literally looked so off and weird. The shape was out and the filing was one of the worst attempts I've ever seen. we have another nail technician who literally charged my girlfriend $35 for THE SAME SET! I KID YOU NOT, i'll attach images if i find it. All in all, It was the worst decision ever and I regret coming to this place because it was nearer instead of just going to our other nail technician! my girlfriend literally came home and did a soak off immediately: $90 went to trash! read more

I really wanted to like this place, but the experience just felt messy and unorganized. I walked in after they said they had time, but ended up waiting almost an hour. While I waited, they kept pushing extra services, which felt a bit pushy. When it was finally my turn, I explained the nail design I came in for, but they kept switching me between different techs. No one really communicated, and I assumed they passed along my design request, but they didn't. One tech started doing a basic set without asking, and then passed me off again because she didn't do nail art. The person who finally did the design looked tired and seemed annoyed that I even asked for it. I left with okay nails, but not the experience I hoped for. I was not going to write a review. But I feel the need it it's important to share my experience. My fiancé and I went a got pedicures the other day, and I also got an acrylic nail removal. Everyone spoke to us pleasantly, but you could tell they were annoyed by their demeanor. I also did not appreciate them saying how thick my nails were or bad mouthing other peoples work. I did not come for a new set of acrylics. I have been going to my nail tech for over a year now. I love the nails she does and will continue to go to her. My nail removal experience actually hurt, and I kept letting the woman working on them know the drill was extremely hot. But it felt like every time I would let her know, she was extremely annoyed. And I'm pretty sure she said I was sensitive. But I've given it a couple days, and I believe she drilled way too much it's actually painful to touch my nail. I already have a cracked nail from years ago, have been getting my nails done for years as well. Have always done acrylic and removals. This service is nothing new to me. I also had cuts from my pedicure, that I was able to feel once they put a product on my foot that burned. At this point my nails were in so much pain I did not feel comfortable to even say a word.
