The gentlemen that work in the salon are wonderful. Really kind and professional. The girl that did my manicure/pedicure........she left smudged red polish on my toes. My nails were in bad shape from having my thyroid removed. They tore off. The girls didnt know it was a health problem and were remarking how short my nails were in Vietnamese. She called an older lady over to look and she made faces at the length of my nails. So rude. I will never go back. read more

My worst mani pedi ever. My nails are clipped oddly at angles? My fingernails looks like those peel and stick nails you buy at Walgreens. The polish doesn't go all the way to my cuticles. And the lady cut me not once, not twice, but three times with the cuticle trimmers - twice on my hands and once on my foot. The first time under my thumb nail - what was she doing?? When I said "ouch!", she said "oh it's just that you have dry skin". What????? Worst experience EVER!!!! Can I give zero stars?? read more

This is a review for Kim and the masks they sell at this salon. If you are looking to upgrade your COVID mask, this is the place to get them! Kim was amazing. She not only was super responsive to all of my requests and messages, she was extremely helpful and accommodating . They have many masks to choose from and she can adjust any of the mask ear loops for the perfect fit. Kim allowed me to take my time while looking through the selection as I was searching for masks for my whole family. These masks are very well made, fashionable, affordable, and quite comfortable. The location is super easy to get to and very clean. I was so impressed with my experience that I wanted to share this review and hope you will go there too. read more

Decided to get a pedicure and my friend got a mani/pedi combo. We both recommend this place. They do have walks in but we decided to call to schedule and was able to be seen within 10 minutes. Prices are reasonable. They had a good variety of nail polish colors. Staff was friendly and took their time and we didn't feel rushed even though we stayed 10 minutes after closing time. read more

Kim is seriously one of the best nail dippers I've ever met! That's saying a lot seeing as how I'm in the nail industry and have a picky eye for sloppy lazy nail techs who don't care about attention to detail! She is extremely clean and professional. Nails Euphoria is a great salon! My pedicures are always perfect, and they do a good job on SNS and gel nails. They are friendly as well.

I was very disappointed with this place, especially after the reviews I was reading. The gentleman in the front was very nice, however gave me the wrong prices when I called to make an appointment. When I came in the girl in the very back tried to rip me off ten dollars in the beginning( which is why I called and asked for prices) and then when she asked the owner, and all of a sudden they weren't the prices which was immediately a turn off. she filed down the white tip and ruined it, then another girl sat down to do my nails . She asked what I wanted I said black with clear coat of gel on it... she fills it and just tries to do the clear I said no I wanted black with the gel clear over and then she proceeds to tell me after she filled it oh we can't do that... but why couldn't she tell me that when I asked for it? She did do a good job on my nails however the attitudes and the talking about you is insane. She cut me 3 times with the Dremel filing my nails. Not impressed at all. read more

Kim is really cool and down to earth, I love how she is young enough to know all of the hot nail trends and old enough to know how to execute a perfect nail look with professionalism. The staff are friendly and the place is really clean. In addition, there are a variety of refreshments and drink options including mimosas! Unfortunately sometimes I have to bring my 6 year old son with me but unlike other shops with no kid policies kim and the staff are really friendly and accommodating to him and in return, he is so well behaved and quiet playing his iPod or reading a magazine that it's like he isn't there lol. Both my scheduled appointments I had to wait 45 minutes. Neither the owner Kim or nail tech Melissa from St. Louis apologized for my wait. The Nail tech Melissa was very rushy. Twice she nicked me which cause that area to bleed. When I asked if she could please slow down because she's making me nervous she replied that she needs to hurry up to pickup her daughter. That took me by surprise as I waited 45 minutes from my scheduled appointment. I was comfortable being seen by Melissa And when I brought to her attention that my nail was slanted Melissa response was "that's your nail girl". CLASSIC Times like these are to be comfortable, especially on a Wednesday/Tuesday. Away from home/kids/husband. When I first went to this neighborhood nail shop I truly thought it was peaceful and professional. Definitely thought they take appointments seriously and appreciate them. The times I've been there were not comfortable. They speak so loudly in the language that I have to place earphones on to drain them out. They All speak perfect English. Not sure if they know how rude it is when they have clients/customers in their shop and how long the carry their conversation Anyways, my recommendation is to stay away from Melissa from St. Louis. This is my second time back at nails euphoria and they are by far the BEST nail salon I have ever been to. From their polite and smiling employees to their extremely clean equipment and environment. Although they service nails well, I have found that walk-ins are not very welcome, even though their door clearly reads "walk-ins welcome". 4 out of the last 5 times I have been, the store has not been very busy, but when I asked to be serviced I was told they were totally booked and that I needed to make an appointment. For most salons if this is the case they will welcome you and inform their guest that there will be a wait, but in this case they completely turned my business and I away from a fairly empty salon. I didn't foresee this happening considering that I went in the middle of the week at lunch time. To ensure that you will be serviced, call ahead and make an appointment. read more

Last minute trip to get nails done and came across this place in Avery Ranch. They were very friendly and there was not a long wait. I especially liked that they were very sanitary and even used plastic wraps on the foot tub. I got the basic mani and pedicure. Nina did a great job and was very detailed with removing cuticles and painting my nails. I will definitely go back for my next one and highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their nails done. read more

The man who greeted me was very nice and offered a beverage and kept me updated on how much longer before my service started but the woman who came over was much, much less friendly. She barely spoke to me and did an awful job on my nails. I had Dip powder nails (SNS) done which I have had done so many times before. Once I mentioned my nails were not even, she looked so irritated with me and reluctantly corrected the one nail. I didn't want to say anything else to her, she was so rude. She was talking to other nail techs in the salon and I think didn't want to be bothered with me. The dip ended up being very, very thick and the shape wasn't what I said I wanted but as I said before, I didn't want to say anything to her as she seemed put off. She just wanted to do what she wanted and didn't listen to anything I said in the beginning about how I wanted my nails to look. I didn't ask for nail art, just a single SNS color. The pricing was comparable to other salons, just hopeful this place would be good since the location is convenient for me & it had good reviews. However I would rather drive further out and have better service than go back to this salon. I would not recommend. read more
