I arrived on a Monday morning about 10:15. I was immediately taken to a pedicure chair. I didn't recognize the lady that was providing my service. She barely spoke a word to me. No good morning, is your water too hot, would you like a bottle of water, she was on her phone for 95% of my service. The pedicure was good, I only wanted the basic as I was running short on time. After my pedicure she brought over a water bowl for my nails. I'm thinking to myself are we not moving to a nail station??? No! She proceeded to do my manicure at the pedicure chair. I became VERY annoyed and felt it would be better for all if I stayed quiet. This was so uncomfortable as I have back issues and instead of her walking from one side to the other, I'm having to twist. I noticed my polish chipping and flaking off the next day!!! WTH! I don't know if it's the products or what but I have never had that happen before. I may or my not return to this salon, I definitely would not let that particular lady service me again. I should have simply taken my nail polish with me on vacation and did my own nails!

I returned to the salon to address the issue and requested a solution. Instead of taking responsibility, they denied the work was theirs and refused to acknowledge the problem. When I asked them to remove the remaining nails, they tried to charge me an additional fee, which felt unfair given the situation. I have photos documenting the condition of the nails, which I will attach to this review. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place due to the lack of accountability and unprofessional customer service.

The chairs have massagers. So, you can get a massage while you are getting a pedicure. The pedicure bowls have liners that they chande out. That's a plus that I noticed! You can bring your own nail polish or pick one of there's. They have many colors to pick from too. Good price for just the basic pedicure $30 for each of us. It was very close to my folks place too.
