Even though it wasn't included in the package I bought, she gave my feet quite a bit of extra loving to get rid of the rough skin. No one goes above and beyond like that nowadays, I was very impressed and appreciative. Not only is she truly gifted at and passion about what she does, she's a genuinely wonderful human being.
