Jen & her team are absolutely amazing. The building is clean, They are kind, accommodating, and diligent. Very hard workers. Jen recommended I switch to gel X and my nails have never looked better. BE CAREFUL!!!! PAY IS INCONSISTENT!! This was my second time coming here within a 3 week period got same exact thing both times- and they scammed me. First time I went, I got dip removed, and dip put back on with polkadots, $55. Today I went SAME EXACT THING- I got the dip removed and put back on with polkadots. I showed him a pic of what I wanted (inserted here from Pinterest) He did the polkadots too big so I told him I would like them smaller, he did not do that. I asked again, did not do it so this is how they turned out (pic inserted). After he finished, he wrote the price on a piece of paper, handed it to me and I walked up to the counter. I looked at the piece of paper and it said $70 without thinking I paid it and walked out. I got into my car and texted my friend who went there three days ago, got the same thing, I asked what she paid... she paid $53... so I decided to give them a call. I asked if she could explain why it cost $70 and she told me to get dip removed and dip back on it's $53+ $12 if I got a design on every finger. That's $65.... So then she went and talked to my nail tech and came back on the phone and said yeah, so the designs can be $12+ and I said well two minutes ago you told me it was $12... she had no words. Needless to say I will NEVER be coming back here. $70 for DIP with NO TIP PUT ON. Is a SCAM and I was taken advantage of. I have 5-10 friends who come here, called them all to let them know what happened, they will also never be coming back. Very upsetting. read more

My sister and I stumbled on this salon while scrolling online. For SO long we have been settling for salons that aren't awful or less horrifying than another. We haven't had any that we were excited about. Finally! As soon as we walked in, I had that small "kid in a candy store" rush seeing the table with the huge variety of colors and nail art. (For comparison - every other salon has several rings all displaying the same set of basic colors. This salon has several rings showing not just the basic colors but the special collections too. Other salons I've been too likely have the nail art options but if it's advertised, there's one ring I always see too late because it's hidden at the nail techs station. This salon had 4 rings of all different nail art, set out with the color rings. All this in top of the maybe 3 variations or cat eye. The glitters, glow in the dark, chromes, etc. You get it - they are nailing it with the options.) For the sake of not drawing this out too much, I'll be brief by just saying my sister and I (each had a separate nail tech), we're both very impressed with the amount of effort they put in to every step. Applying the acrylic - other places will lay it on and move to the next finger but the tech I had would move the finger around to make sure everything was covered and applied evenly. The filing was also beyond next level. Dang near perfect. Really, they just did such an amazing job start to finish. I watched them be this meticulous with all 3 or so of the customers before us, while we were waiting. I've gone to a place or two that does an amazing job because you tell them this is your first time there (to get you to want to come back) but the service declines each time you go back. So watching the effort they were putting into everyone there I can tell this is not the case. (Also, I was just an onlooker but super cute that a gentlemen was getting treated to a pedi for his birthday when we arrived and the salon really helped make it special by working with the family to dim the lights while the candle-d treat was brought out and played a rendition of "happy birthday" over the stores sound system. I haven't seen a salon do something like this before so it was very sweet of them to help make it special.) read more

The best nail salon ever, I will not go anywhere else! I have been fiercely loyal to Jen for almost 3 years now, and I'm so glad she opened up her dream place. I love the girls that work there. The salon offers such a wide variety of services and they have every color imaginable for your choosing.

I came here for the first time for an early mother's day treat with my MIL and we both got spa pedicures with gel polish and we were very impressed! To start, the location is very clean, the staff was very sweet, and the value we paid was worth what we received. I have been back twice, and drive 30 mins each way to come here. The gel pedi lasts 4+ weeks in mine and my MIL'S experience, hers actually lasting closer to 6+ granted they grew out quite a bit. read more

Always feel very rushed, never on time for scheduled appointments, it's frustrating. My last few mani and pedis have been subpar. Want to love it here, but the customer service is wanting and the price has increased. Sadly not worth it. read more

Pros -tried this place for the first time, appointment was on time, clean, and plenty of nice staff available if you were walk-in. cons- will not return as I was not pleased with my manicure as more attention to detail is needed. Though they have a great selection of colors they are brands I am not familiar with, the nail polish lasted two days on my nails, started weirdly cracking it's possible using a cheaper product. read more
