I understand how some of this may have been on me for not asking the price before which I was able to pay afterwards, but I believe the pricing was definitely a bit fishy. I've certainly gotten more complicated nails at the same place with the same nail tech, and I got relatively more simple nails this time with only a few gems and glue. I went from having a reasonable price of $115 to $130 dollars. On the other hand, my friend whom I went with but for some reason was sat separate from me was given nails that were worth AT MOST $80-90 but was charged $100. In total we paid $230 for a regular service that we usually get because we are regulars.

I think if you have a bad experience and your nails don't come out absolutely perfect it is upsetting because nails aren't cheap anymore so I think complaints are valid. But I encourage you to have your own experience here and take a chance because you could get a bubble on your nail or an accidental knick on your nail from any nail spa. Last time coming here. I recommended my friends to go here…read more because I had a good experience when they first opened. But now that they got more settled, everything just changed. I'm embarrassed and feel bad that my friends had to go through a bad experience. The receptionist has the worst attitude. And I'm sure others can agree because as you wait there, you can see how she greets other people walking in. The receptionist said KIDS polish change was $18.... (Even tho On the website it says $16). It's not even a manicure, there was no cutting of nails or filing and literally just one polish. The nail tech priced it at $15... but that just made it seem so shady. Everyone pricing it differently but I still can't understand how a kids Polish change is that much. The whole total time of the service was 7-8 minutes. Service was the worst here. Y'all save the trouble and go to the nearby salons.
