I wasn't looking for anything special and told her I was looking to relax. And that's exactly what I did. It included a neck and arm massage that was heavenly. I left and my face felt amazing. My child is 10 so this isn't easy Also I had cut the back of my daughters hair and had asked for a shaved under cut for that section. My daughter is devastated and now walking around like this for holidays and I'm pretty disturbed we were charged $150 for a few highlights, this disaster in the back, and a trim that took 10 minutes of actual hair cutting.
