This has been my nail spot for years. Their services are always on point. Over the years, they have updated their pedicure chairs and the quality of the massage chairs, too. They could use some updating to the inside of the place, but it seems they have done the best they can over time. New polishes and services, etc. I have always enjoyed coming here. I highly recommend this nail salon. The cleanliness is great as is the variety of nail services and nail products. The prices are quite fair. They do take walk-ins but are very easy to make appointments with also. I have not ever felt rushed nor have I had a bad experience. The salon is comfortable with a TV and several live plants. I haven't had a pedicure or manicure in over a year so I was excited to go today.... Well I am not happy at all.. I went for a mani & Pedi same lady did both so anyway lady taking care of me finished up with my pedi and then I move over to do my nails, now my nails and toes are supposed to have the same pink I told her that wasn't the same one she used on toes and she raised her voice stating it was!! Clearly she didn't know that I saw the worker behind us grab that pink to do her customers!!! So not professional at all!!! Then to top it off the lady tells me $75 for everything then we go to register and she tells me $95 ! I Will NEVER GO BACK THERE! After I left I called my sons girlfriend to tell her what they did because she is the one who recommended them and sure enough she told me how they ripped her off last week, they charged her $20 extra for the same thing she got 2 weeks prior for $20 less . If you go to Nails Model make sure you have them write down what you're paying BEFORE SO THEY CANT CHANGE IT!! Now I get to walk around with 2 different pinks !!! read more

The last 2 times I have went there I was disappointed with the service and quality. I went for a manicure and a pedicure and the person doing mine was very inexperienced. She did my nails it was ok at first then they started to get busy, she would get up and start on someone else and then came back to me and did not complete the job right. Then rushed me to my pedicure and she rushed through that also. Not good customer service. The second time I went I went for just a gel fill. The reason I get gel is they are dry right away and I have gotten them for years so I know the drill. Again they started to get busy and the person doing my nails was almost done when her boss told her to start someone else. She was about to put the final coat (gel coat) on and her boss said no to her. She told me to put my nails in the dryer. after a few minutes her boss came to check to see if my nails were dry. She said to me few more minutes then you can go. I said no your supposed to put a gel top coat on this the reason I get gel so you do not have to wait for drying!!! Plus gel is more expensive for this reason. I also got overcharged and for this I will never go back. read more

Prices are right, excellent shellac manicure and waxing BUT could be wayyyyy cleaner.

First and last time I will ever go there. I usually get my nails done somewhere else and they were booked so I decided to try here. I walked in around 11am asking if she could do a full set. She was on the phone and said yes and pointed to the colors for me to pick out. I went over to her station and she was still talking on the phone. I showed her the color I wanted, at this point she was motioning for me on what she wanted to do never once speaking to me. I really should have gotten up and left. She never asked me what I wanted whether it be acrylic or gel. She talked in chinese on the phone for almost 20 minutes mean while she is using the dremel tool and took off half of the skin on my finger and barely notices that I am pulling away because she is too busy talking on the phone. She cut my cuticle with a scissor she pulled out of her drawer and put it right back in there. Long story short it was dirty , customer service was beyond terrible, once she got off the phone she was talking with the other salon woman who was cutting her toe nails at the manicure station ( so gross). The owner( i think) came in and did not have a mask on and right on the door says you can not enter without wearing a mask. The last thing is she would not take my Target Masteracard I think she wanted me to pay cash so she didnt have to claim it. DO NOT GO HERE!! read more

I love Nail's Model, they create the best manis and pedis, know you by name by the 2nd time you come in, and are nice. They are honest and will tell you if you have to wait. My mom gets gel nails here and everywhere we go she get complimented! They also do great waxes.. I only get my eye brows done but they shape them perfectly.. Priced are good also.. I just think they need a complete make over inside... This is one of those places you cant judge it by its cover. read more
