This place is interesting. Not exactly sure where to start. I called for an appointment a few days before. Got in about 5 minutes early, but started my services about 30 minutes late. I got a pedicure and a full set. Wasn't sure what to expect. The pedicure was nice and long. All sorts of scrubs, hot stones & warm towels. The gel still looks great a week later. But then it got weird. A lady came to start my full set while I was in the pedicure chair. Hrmm. I just want my 30 minutes of feet relaxation time. She did not do anything to my nails before she got started. Didn't push cuticles back, or work my nails before she started putting the acrylic on. I was kind of annoyed - but again, didn't know what to expect. Once I got done with my pedicure, I was ushered over to her chair to finish the set. THEN a guy came over to work on one hand while she worked on the other. So, obviously, my nails didn't exactly match up because two different people worked on them. I kept asking them to shorten them, but she responded with "Oh no! This length look natural." I asked for a little bit shorter, and she said "Oh no no!! This good length." They demanded that I do a paraffin dip on my hands even tho I didn't really want to. While I was waiting in the burning wax, the lady started giving me a back massage. INSIDE MY SHIRT. And she said "I do this part for free." Then she asked if she could wax my eyebrows and I told her no. At least she listened to that. So, def. an interesting evening for me. I probably wouldn't book here again. Maybe just for toes. The salon is nice and clean and spacious, but had weird PitBull & Shakira music videos on the whole time I was there. read more

Absolute worst pedicure I've ever gotten. First started off with the water being freezing cold (she didn't check nor ask so I had to ask to turn it up a little). Paid extra for a scrub and callus removal that wasn't done and a massage that was less than a minute. When I chose a color she said she couldn't do it so I chose two more which she said they were out of. I asked her to please do two coats and she said she couldn't, not sure why but none the less I didn't say anything else. She started putting a glitter on top so before she put it under the light, I said to not do glitter to just do a top coat and then she lets out a big "ughh!! Oh my god" and throws the polish into her messy cart. To which I said "excuse me that is so rude". Not to mention the unsanitary use of tools... by using a brush on my toes and dipping it back and fourth into a big bottle of acetone, as well as putting all her tools back in her box without cleaning them. They used old nail polish and now my nails are rough. The tools that she use did not come out of auto clay bag. Spent over hundreds. Will never return again. I am a man who has terrible feet. Wife suggested I try pedicure, not sure what to expect on my first ever visit. People were friendly and very helpful. First pedicure was beyond my expectations. Second was even better. My feet are healing from cracked and peeling because of the effort of Sandi the pedicurist. Wow. I wouldn't say bad as I'm angry, but I haven't laughed so hard at such a pedicure fail in my life. It looks like my toddler painted my toes, also like he clipped them. They forgot the lotion at the end of the appt and the menu board said the cost was $30, they charged $35. Never again xx read more

They are so AMAZING here. It's not just a place to get your nails done. They treat you like family ! I got a pedicure with paraffin because my feet were BAD !!! And they have MASSAGE chairs for y'all whilst you wait for your pedicure. They have complimentary drinks for you. They also have all the works in terms of nail art- if you want dip powder or gel or designs or hand drawn designs. They got it. What a sweet community and was so glad I found them for my work trips up to twin falls! Good quality fast professional work. Terrible service. Told me to re-pick my color two times without explanation. Woman doing my nails was distracted and sloppy, watching the tv behind me and took two personal phone calls and stopped to reply to text messages throughout my appointment. I can totally understand lack of experience but I know she's worked there for a while so it was just laziness. She was very rough on my hands and told me she could not do two coats of the color I picked and grabbed another one for me because it would "look better". My cuticles are literally bleeding. I never leave reviews I just have never been so unimpressed with quality of service. They have a great color selection and potential to offer great services but just don't. AND on top of everything, i noticed she was not wearing any shoes while doing my nails??? Just barefoot. read more

Do not ever go here unless you want fungus nails and bad service. I made an appointment with Bill for a fill. when I arrived I was told he was not available so I let someone else do my nails. this was not the first time this has happened. a weak later I noticed dark spots ( fungi) on two nails . I reached out to Bill and he chose a time for me to come in. I arrived at 8:50 for a 9am appointment. the shop was not open. I callEd Bill at 9 and he said he couldn't make it and asked if I wanted to let someone else do it. I said no thank you and went to another salon and had to pay full price again for my nails. lesson learned read more

What a beautiful and clean salon, the people are wonderful, helpful and attentive. They worked 4 of us in on a Sunday! We all had beautiful feet in one hour and forty five minutes. I will go no where else now. Great chairs, a bottle of water soothing music. Just the best ever.!!! read more

I got a full set on Friday, by Tuesday the gel is already chipped and one nail has a tip that lifted and broke off. I didn't get to sit in the complimentary massage chair as advertised. I also paid using venmo and now that I look at the prices online I definitely did not get the 10% discount that was listed on the front counter. Love the color but the acrylic is very sloppy around the cuticle. I probably won't be back. read more

Paid $50 and a tip for an infection. I am a timid person when it comes to questioning a nail tech to be fair. The tools he used on my feet were not sitting in alcohol, and were not from a fresh package. I tried to message them on their website about my infection, and no response from a week or two ago now. Will not be going back. I just wanted to do something nice for myself, since I've been taking care of my twins. I thought I had an ingrown toenail, so I tried to cut out as much as I could. I came in at 9:00 AM and it took her 2 hours to do my nails. i asked for a coffin shape and for it to be slim but that did happen. she did not clean up the edges after the nail polish and added glitter to the flower nail. she spent way more time digging in my cuticles then trying to shape or put the nail polish on properly. she charged me 45 $ for these and i'm very upset. i will have to say that the staff are polite and friendly. my nail polish + the dip powder are very bumpy so it's big in one area. the shape is not at all what i wanted it's uneven. I had a pedicure done and was not impressed with the polish job. It wasn't done to a professional standard. I spoke to them and they said to come back and they will fix it. I went back the next day and Phuong was amazing. She saw that it was done terrible and she gave me a new pedicure. I would 100% recommend coming here. Was in town and needed to waste some fine while getting my car serviced. Got a pedi from Don and he did an excellent job! Was patient and paid attention to detail. He did a wonderful massage and my little piggies are painted perfectly! They were a little on the expensive side, but I did splurge for the parrafin wax and hot stone massage. Worth it! The place was clean and everyone seemed very friendly. I really liked that they had many different scented lotions and scrubs so you can tailor your own pedi to your liking. Everytime I come here for the exact same service I am charged a different price, today I said I was paying cash and asked the price, I was told 36.00, I then gave them a 5.00 off coupon and they told me the price was 35.00 that math just doesn't add up, was told it was because they already gave me a discount, so I asked how much is a basic pedicure again told 35.00, not to mention being forced to have a salt scrub when I specifically told the person I didnt want it, and repeatedly telling him my feet hurt and him insisting they were just ticklish, I have peripheral neuropathy from a spine surgery, I think I know what pain is and should not have to argue about it... someone please recommend a good place to get a pedicure ! read more

Jason does a pretty good job but both times it was over an hour wait after they double booked. The first time they didn't even tell Jason I was there and he almost took a walk in before me. Then he had me pay for the next up pedicure with things I didn't get and it wasn't even the marketed price. Second time they put me in the massage chair after waiting for a little and then I decided to not get anything fancy for my pedicure and he didn't even really get the calluses off and he kept leaving in between my pedicure to do other things (which I understand, but after waiting for an hour) in total it took him about 20 minutes while walking away 3 separate times to do my pedicure. I came back to get an ingrown toe nail out and that also didn't happen. All I wanted was to get rid of my calluses, my ingrown toe nail and some polish. The only thing accomplished between those 3 was some nail polish. read more

Saturday was my second visit at this salon--and my last. The first time I was there I scheduled a manicure, which was okay. I decided to give them a second chance and scheduled a mani-pedi. The manicure was fine--nothing to write home about but acceptable. The pedicure was a different story. I was given to a new tech--her first day on the job. I have no problem receiving services from the "new kid." I understand "on the job training" but there was no training. I requested the most expensive pedicure and was charged for it minus the $5 they took off because I did not receive the sugar scrub that was part of that service. In the 30 years I have been paying for professional pedicures I have never once not received cuticle treatment (cuticle cream or oil followed by an implement to push the cuticle back)--until this time. My feed were not scrubbed and my heels and the ball of my foot are as rough as they were before this pedicure. I paid for a service that was poor done. It was not worth $30, much less he $65 I paid. A new employee needs guidance ad training--not to be turned loose her first day on the job. read more

I planned an event at this nail salon weeks prior to our daughters wedding. I called and requested a day for 15 ladies to get mani and pedis for my daughters wedding. I asked if they can accommodate. The owner said yes we blocked off two hours. When we arrived there was 4 technicians that could do pedis/manis and one technician to do nails. We were there for 4 hours and the owner was rude to say the least. He walked away from a grandmother while doing her nails because she pulled her mask down.(she has a heart condition). He said nothing and did not return. She patiently waited. We asked where he went and ha finally cane back and was beyond rude to our grandmother. I got there and he started to put acrylics on (which is not what I asked for) and when I asked if he was doing a dip he said yes...which he never started. Then the guy who did my nails wouldn't listen when I told him I wanted my nails a little shorter. I just went home and did it myself, which it looks terrible now. He cut two fingers using his drill on my cuticles, which made them bleed and are incredibly sore. It was not worth the money I paid for. read more
