Go anywhere, but here. I have never been given such a horrible manicure. None of my nails were even or shaped the same. He asked me if I wanted to go shorter with my natural nails. Absolutely the worst pedicure I've had in my life. The man was rude, did an awful job, made me cry. I still wish I would have walked out but it was my only day off and was hoping the experience would get better. However it never did. They don't even do your heels unless you pay extra. My majority of my nails started to lift 2 days after I had my fill. Less that 12 hours I had my fill one nail lifted. So I returned the following day and the lady in front fixed my nail and she did a beautiful job. I continued to tell her that the gentleman who did my nail did not clip my old acrylic off all he did was buff it and applied new acrylic on top of my existing set. I told him about it and he continued to tell me it was because my nails were old. Which they were not they were a 2 1/2 week brand new set, which only required a fill. I don't even know why I am giving them 1 star. They were very rude and not welcoming at all. I asked how much more for gel polish for my pedicure I was told $10. I was ok with that, when I was seated I realized the chairs were not the kind that give you a massage which was a disappointment. My pedicure was OK at best. When I went to pay she told me $42. I reminded her she told me $10 more for gel. She decided to argue with me. I finally said fine and just paid it. Then I noticed there was a 3% fee added for using my debit card??!! This will be my last visit to this nail salon. I have been a die hard faithful customer for over a year. I come here to get my nails and feet done every 2 to 3 weeks depending on the service. However today my service was unacceptable. I understand that staffing was short, lots of nail salons are not open on Sundays in Casa Grande, and that having people consistently calling in and walking in can be somewhat nerve wracking. However doing a rush sloppy job, and coming off rude to patrons who are seeking your service is not acceptable. Especially when it is being emphasized to pay in cash because the credit card machine sometimes works and sometimes does not. I wasn't rude, I didn't "snap " or go off, but I am very highly disappointed. Especially after being charged $40 for a rush sloppy job on my nails. My feet were no better, and I paid extra money for gel that's super thick and it dried with indentations in the polish. My opinion may not matter much to this business as I am only one of many patrons that seek out nail services here. Even with this botched job I still tipped cash, and said have a blessed day. Customer service in this industry go hand in hand. Patrons should not have to feel as though they are interrupting a nail technicians day by seeking out services for which they are paying for. Thick nail polish application, missed polish application on the nail bed along with uneven nail lengths is not acceptable. I hope and pray this establishment can do better. read more

They just opened right next to Safeway and are so incredibly eager to please. I love going to businesses that still have the joy left in them. It's easy to get callused (pun intended) by unsavory customers. The couple who run this nail shop are kind and did an amazing job making over this space. Prices are fair, customer service was top notch, and the service provided was perfect. They even offer kid manicures and pedicures. read more

I am appalled at how good this place is! The ambience is great, customer service is amazing and prices are fair! I only got a pedicure but they have a lot of options for colors and for packages. I will be coming here more often! I came with three other people and they are all very happy as well. My only suggestion is make an appointment! They get a lot of walk ins and it feels good to come in priority. All the creams smell great and the chairs are sooo comfortable and neat. You feel very comfortable and treated sitting in here. I'm leaving herevery satisfied. Definitely returning Just went back again and still in love. Nancy treated me so good today. She was very nice and took her time despite me coming in last minute. Terrible experience. The man who did my nails just would not listen to me. I went in for 1st time here, Picked a dip color, he selected the wrong color, said close enough. He did such a terrible job. I've never had such crappy work done before and he just didn't care. In fact, he told me I was taking too long he didn't want to fix his mistakes. I should've walked out. In addition to terrible job and rudeness, his hand were unhygienic and he ignored my request for him to put on gloves. He had yellow cracked skin and nails on his hands. This shop is a very comfortable place to get a good pedicure and manicure. The shop is very sanitary and modern. They have great pedicure chairs and nail stations. My husband and I both went in for a pedicure and were very pleased with the results. I also had a manicure. Went back for a second try Gel mani/ regular pedi, I had Nancy as my tech for both, I really like her. She was very picky about my gel manicure, and did an amazing job. I love their pedicure chairs, they have a special foot lift so you don't have to hold your leg up in the air while they work on your heals, they charge extra for calluses, but my were all gone. I went to Nails Rewards twice in the past few months. The first visit I was greeted upon walking in and asked what service I would like. I just needed a pedicure. I waited about an hour and then it was my turn. The woman sprayed a solution on my feet without saying anything. I am assuming that it was to help with the calluses on my heals. I will admit that it had been quite a long time since I had a pedicure so I am sure my feet were in bad shape. She commented several times for me not to wait too long. My feet and polish was beautiful when I was finished so I tipped her well above the normal 20%. When I got home my feet were so sore I could hardly walk. I was in pain for a week at work due to the spray she used. After about a week my feet healed and my pedicure was still beautiful. As a result, I decided not to wait too long, per her advice, so I went back for a second pedicure. This time I only had to wait about 30 minutes for my turn. I was told by a man to take a seat. He was not clear about the directions so I just sat. He was angry at me because I got onto the chair from the wrong side. I was unaware that there was a specific side to enter on. He made me feel so ashamed for such a simple mistake. He proceeded to make fun of me to the other customers in a joking way and so I just laughed it off but it was certainly uncomfortable. During the pedicure he decided to use a different polish than I had picked out. The color was close but the end result was in less then a day the cheep polish he used began to chip off and I had to repaint own toes numerous times. SO, my advice is not go to to this salon. I would drive to Chandler before going back to this salon for another humiliating experience. read more
