The same tech did all three of my services, which was nice. I'm pretty protective of my nail beds so I only do regular polish ever, but wanted to consider doing a rubber based gel. The staff was very kind in talking me through the options and helping me decide to stick with regular polish. The results was a beautifully shaped manicure, a pedicure to match, and perfectly shaped eyebrows. The interior is nicely decorated, and this is one of those nail shops that serves beverages with a service, so I had a hot ginger tea it was absolutely exactly what I needed and delicious. My only complaint, is that I was not given the advertised Bday discount. The website says there is a 10% birthday discount that never expires. When I asked about a discount at checkout, my nail tech was unaware and very kindly went to inquire. One of her colleagues came over and input a five dollar discount, which was definitely less than 10% of my bill. Overall, the service was great, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the wait was short. No prices listed when you walk in so they basically can charge you what they feel like charging you.
