From out of town. Came here went to Princess Nails with my daughter and 91-year-old mother. The people were nice. I had to pay upfront. Cost was $20/person. I had no cash, I added a $10 tip for three techs each. Total amount that was authorized was $90. The manicure did not last a day for any of us. I had already decided to never come again, however, when I checked my bank account, the amount that was taken from my account was $150.00 which meant they took the cost of the manicure out twice. I am back in North Carolina now, so will see if they credit me the extra $60.00, they took out my account. Again, the nail polish was worn off within a few hours. Not a good experience. read more

I used to like this place for pedicures but they have done a bad job lately. The lady that did my pedicure barely touched my nails to remove anything. I let her know I have in growings and pointed it out. She gave it a light touch to only one foot and didn't do really anything. I paid for deluxe pedicure and my feet don't feel like they got anything done. Just gel polish on it for that money that I paid I could have done this at home myself. Will not be returning. I went in there, they looked irritated. I gave them the benefit of the doubt bc my friend recommended me to them because they do her nails. I went in there to get my nails done and my toes. The lady that did my pedicure was so rude and rough. I pulled my feet back but she had a grip on it. I loveddddd everything about this place! The staff were extremely professional and personable. They joked and laughed with us the entire time. I took my daughter and her friends to get pedicures for her birthday and they made them feel right at home. I was informed after I received my service that the prices have gone up due to the owner's discretion. This is fine but let your customers know what they are paying and what services you are offering at your rate change. She was very rude and showed no empathy whatsoever. This place is trash, they have clients I'm not sure how. I got a full set short and pedicure with gel and well they are both peeling and looking crazy on the sides. I literally got this done last week and spent $95 dollars and well I'm trying to think what was the reason. The lady doing my feet started edging my feet after she painted and dug my toe till it started to bleed, during the process I told her don't do that because it gonna break skin she can stop now. I went in to get a fill-in. Justin, the owner suggested that I get a new full set of nails. Instead of soaking my nails so that the nails can come off effortlessly. He proceeded to take the nails off with fingernail clippers, and his fingers. Justin cracked my pinky finger on the right hand side. The nail was cracked right down the middle of my finger and he made me pay full price. I called the police and was told that he couldn't do anything about it & that I should take him to Civil Court. Young lady came in today in attempt to wax my eyebrows however she did not wash her hands ! I politely asked her to , she ran water over her hands "trying" to be a smart ass. The owners are very rude especially Lila, Justin lies for her each time I request for her to do my service. She will literally have no one she's servicing but Justin will say that she has a customer. Lila holds a grudge from earlier this year when I was dissatisfied with my nails. As a paying customer, I feel that it's a must that I am satisfied with what I'm paying for. This includes a pedicure with hot towel wraps and a nice foot massage. I also have had a basic manicure as well as a new set and fill in. Giving this company one star is too much. I went for just nail polish (white) and the lady doing it just slopped on the polish in four coats. It was in blotches, clumps and all over my fingers. I informed her that I wasn't happy with it and as she was about to remove it 3 other people walked over and began telling me that it looks bad because I needed a manicure (not true) and I should have went with gel. One lady (assuming the owner) was so very rude and disrespectful. On a Sunday, you can come in and be service immediately. Very clean spa, and great atmosphere. There is a large amount of parking as well. For a basic pedicure it costs 21 dollars?! The nail tech didn't ring up the price on the cashier, she just asked for 21 dollars. I paid that amount, but I thought it was a bit high. Typically a regular pedicure costs 18 dollars. My nail tech didn't do much of anything. When she put the lotion on my legs and feet, she barely massaged all the lotion on. I normally wouldn't come to this salon, but the normal one I frequent is closed. So, I guess you pay for the convenience. I probably won't come back but I think they are still a good nail shop. It was our 1st and last Visit. We were referred to Justin and Lilla. We scheduled an appointment and it was not honored. We specially asked for those two. The Older Pedicurist did not know what they were doing but they were so sweet. My friend had to ask several times for Coffin shape, which he did not give. Lilla had to go behind the older women work for both of us. You could see through our polish, the shape was wrong . B/c I didn't do a design Lilla put me off on her brother who cut up my cuticles and the shape was WRONG and the thumb was so mid sharpened he had to make the square-coffin . If I could give negative stars to this Business I would... the supposed "owner/manager" did my sns nails for 1.5 hours and they turned out bumpy. I had my six year old daughter with me. When I went to pay, I told him that I thought I deserved a discount for the awful job he did and for the cut he made in my cuticles. He threatened to call the police if I did not pay. I ended up paying and just leaving because he was yelling at me and made my daughter cry profusely. I will not go back here and I genuinely hope this place gets shut down! What I really like is when u approach the door it clearly says for men and women and being that I am a man it can be uncomfortable going to nail salons to get a pedicure while women are giving u the side eye. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I arrived, was asked to pick a polish color from the wide variety they had and was then quickly seated in a massage recliner for a pedicure. The woman told me I would be serviced in 5 minutes. The water was cold, but no one asked me if it was okay. I sat with my feet in cold water for 30 minutes (yes 30 minutes) before someone even checked in with me and told me they were coming to service me. Interestingly though, they didn't. Instead, they sat a woman, who had just walked in, down in the chair next to me and proceeded to change her toe polish color. It was at that point that I knew I wasn't going to be serviced at all so I just left. The two women that had walked in the door seconds after me were already finishing up their pedicures. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. I will never be back and will be surprised if this salon continues to stat open. Do not come here. read more
