Not only did he do an amazing job, but he also took the time to explain things about nail care that I had never known before. You can truly tell he loves what he does, and it shows in his work and the way he connects with his clients. We laughed the entire appointment and had such a genuine, fun conversation--it made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Anthony, thank you again--you absolutely rock! I usually do my feet between pedicures. I haven't had one in a while but you wouldn't be able to tell. I say this because they automatically pull out the "cheese grater. They don't even access your feet beforehand. I told her I didn't want the grater so she used the pumice stone. The biggest issue is I left out of that place so ashy. She stripped away all of my oil I put on my legs and feet. I shouldn't have to pay extra or get a more expensive pedicure for my legs to be moisturized. Secondly the cost of a regular pedi cur is atrocious. Wow! I didn't look at my feet. I sat under the drier once done I managed to put on my socks and sneakers. I couldn't even feel my feet for smoothness. I had surgery and I can't bend much. I didn't look at them again once polished because I liked how she shaped them beforehand. I have made it home and it is not good. Once I laid in bed I noticed she did polish a toe. How did that happen? I could say but I won't. As for me never again. I wish my old nail tech wasn't so far away from me. This would've never happened.

My nails are thin and evenly shaped just how I like. My feet are soft, toenails cute and the massage given was wonderful! The same tech did all three of my services, which was nice. I'm pretty protective of my nail beds so I only do regular polish ever, but wanted to consider doing a rubber based gel. The staff was very kind in talking me through the options and helping me decide to stick with regular polish. The results was a beautifully shaped manicure, a pedicure to match, and perfectly shaped eyebrows. The interior is nicely decorated, and this is one of those nail shops that serves beverages with a service, so I had a hot ginger tea it was absolutely exactly what I needed and delicious. My only complaint, is that I was not given the advertised Bday discount. The website says there is a 10% birthday discount that never expires. When I asked about a discount at checkout, my nail tech was unaware and very kindly went to inquire. One of her colleagues came over and input a five dollar discount, which was definitely less than 10% of my bill. Overall, the service was great, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the wait was short. The tech did a nice design, touched it and said I was good. When getting it repaired they are going back and forth and I asked if they were talking about me and he said YES. I should have made sure they were dry. He did the repair but it did not match the other nail and wanted to give me attitude. Fast forward to today because this happened yesterday, 12/8 that same nail is doing the same thing but not as bad. The polish was so thick that it did not dry all the way through. When I asked if she could recreate the design, she said she'd try her best, which wasn't reassuring so I politely requested another technician. She got upset, and refused to finish cutting and shaping my nails. The manager told me I need to wait for someone else to become available with no apology or attempt to make the situation right. Thankfully, Kim took over and was kind, professional, and even offered me a complimentary wax for my birthday. She's the only reason I stayed and left a tip. As I was leaving, the first technician and the manager gave me dirty looks. To make matters worse, less than a week later my polish is already peeling. This experience was unacceptable. I paid premium prices for a service that is supposed to last at least two weeks, but my polish started lifting and chipping on day four. For a service that costs this much, I expect quality, but the technician rushed through the process, barely prepped my nails, and the polish was lifting at the edges before the week was even over. By day six, I had to peel the rest of it off because it looked so awful. This was a complete waste of time and money.
