The technicians really pay attention to detail and take pride in their work . They are very customer oriented and ensured I was comfortable throughout my entire visit . However the hairstylist did not once tell me that the hairstyle could not be attained and did this to my hair instead, and I feel like it should have been disclosed BEFORE he started styling my hair. The owner herself did my consult! They went above and beyond! I went in again, and was treated amazing like the first time! The owner came in on her day off to cut my hair. She spent a lot of time on me, letting me know exactly what she was doing and why. She answered all my questions, made me comfortable and was so friendly.
