I have no doubt that if you show her a pic, she will do the best she can to meet your expectations. She has an amazing attention to detail. I booked an appointment through their online booking site and received a confirmation text, only to be told when I showed up for my CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT TIME that they could not see me today. Not a sorry we got really busy or wait just a little bit and we will work you in (which I would have happily done) but just "nope you'll just have to try another day." I really wanted to like this place, I had gotten a Long duck acrylic set, plain color. and it was almost 100 dollars? the next few days over 4 nails cracked straight in the middle, because of improper and thin application. I feel like almost every employee is brand new. I did go back eventually to get my nails fixed, for free. however now, again barely marking 2 weeks with this set, 2 more have broken. Unhygienic!!! Absolutely awful! Went two weeks ago and ended up with the worst acrylic set I have ever seen. Was put with a girl that had no idea how to lay black acrylic, cut me (actively bleeding) on almost every finger, dropped the used file and buffer that she proceeded to use on my actively bleeding hands, who then left once the owner attempted to fix them. Was charged $45 for the first set but was told to come back once my hands healed to get them fixed for free. Showed up on Saturday the 9th and was charged another $45 for a fill that began peeling by Tuesday the 12th. Will not return to this unhygienic chop shop salon. read more

I used to swear by this place but since all the original girls left and everybody is practically new there the establishment has became far from good. I've had to go back multiple times for them to either fix or correct them because they just weren't up to par. The shaping and application is very much so sloppy and for a simple design take forever as well as they used to be $65 for a full set of nails and now it's literally almost $100 for a simple set. read more

Gave me an infection!! I liked going here at first, and I have been a few times. However my last experience will be my last. I went here yesterday and got a pedicure and nails. I left feeling feeling okay about my service. But at night my toe starting hurting very badly, to the point of me waking up at night. I thought I had just stubbed it. When I woke up my toe was red and swollen. The nail artist had cut the area between my toe nail and skin. I remember her doing so because she said she was "cutting out my ingrown toe nails". Whatever the case I remember it hurting but continued my service. However today it is painful to walk or put any pressure on my toe. It is swollen and hurts to the touch. I went back to the salon to get a refund, just for the pedicure. After debating with her they refunded me in cash full for the pedicure, as I stated I would still pay for the nail set. At first she offered me a store credit which I refused, then offered me less than the pedicure amount, which I refused. I insisted 3 times to be paid in full for the pedicure. She then paid me as other customers were listening in and offered no apology. It wasn't the experience I was wanting or really the way I would like to be treated after they cut me causing an infection. I haven't been able to walk today, and they really didn't care. My daughter and a friend called to ask the price for dip nails. They were quoted $45-55. Her friend got a refill with single color for $45, my daughter asked for dip with tips and got acrylic, and was charged $70. When she asked the tech why $70, he said he spent a lot of time on them and because of the almond shape. The tech pushed the shape but did not tell her there would be additional cost. This review is really about poor integrity, the nails were fine. The tech took advantage of a teen. On top of that, they sat my daughter in a station right after another person without cleaning anything, they used the same tools on my daughter without sanitation, and cut her twice. My daughter attempted to talk to a staff member and to the tech, was basically brushed off. Just realized they also did not give either girl the advertised 10% off, after she asked about it. read more

I got a cherry blossom pedicure today. My nail tech was very nice and didn't complain about my short toenails like other places have before. I called in advance to get a price for my nails. During that conversation I was given two prices for the same thing. Upon arrival I was given four prices for the same thing. Everyone says there's confusion - it's the receptionist she doesn't understand or I'm not the receptionist it's not my problem or let me get the manager and then they do not. Be careful on your pricing for your service here it changes from when you get there to when you leave . I left without getting my nails done and without talking to the manager they were no loud voices and there was no service and there's no excuse. This place is gorgeous and excellent customer service! I frequent nail salons and this one is by far the best one in Lubbock!!!

I've only gotten pedicures but they're awesome make sure you get the collagen socks if you have rough feet.

Was disappointed when they decided to charge me $40 my friend beside me got a full set shellac and paid $55. I felt like I was completely overcharged for a nail fill.
