I made an appointment for 3 of us including 2 full sets. When I got there the lady said they didn't have time for 2 full sets just regular manicures. Now I called here only after 3 other places didn't have time for full sets. They strung us along saying they were still figuring it out. Half way through my pedicure (that started 45 minutes after my appointment time) they came and said they couldn't do the full sets. The front desk lady was rude treating my like I was lying and I was in the wrong. She knew exactly who made my appointment and still treated me like I was lying (seemed as though this is a common issue).Note to self! Choose a different place! read more

I have had a couple of favorite nail salons over the years but lately found myself looking for a new place. I decided to try the newest Nails Uncorked - Amazon a try because of convenient location and open on Sunday. I had a full set and signature pedicure, which were both amazing. The salon is clean, the staff courteous and professional. My nail technician was Mimi, and she was wonderful. She was very friendly and took the time to make sure I was happy with her work along the way. She did an ombré nail that looks beautiful. I recommend this salon and if you go, ask for Mimi! read more

i went in for a gel manicure. i was there for total 25 minutes, I've never had a manicure go that fast. it felt extremely rushed. I asked for my lady to not cut my nails, and shape them round. she followed neither of my directions, as she cut and filed my nails square. paint was all over my fingers, and one of my nails was stuck to my finger because of the excess nail paint. she did Not massage my hands, instead slapped a ton of lotion on and did not rub it in. the gel kit was dirty and covered in nail polish and the towels were stained. i was extremely disappointed and told the man at the front desk this. he gave me a giftcard though with my entire purchase on it which was nice, but I don't want to go back. not the experience I thought I would get at the seemingly "luxury" nail spot And definitely not worth the high prices. read more

The front desk guy is so friendly and attentive! Brad did my pedicure today and he was great ! I so, so wanted to love this salon, which is housed in the new Amazon Apartments behind Albertson's. It's brand new, gorgeous, and right near my home. I had a pedicure by Ben (which was ok/good) and a full set of acrylics by Mindy (which was awful). I would give the pedicure 3 stars and the full set 1 star, so am using a combined rating of 2 stars for my overall experience. I started with the pedicure. Ben took his time and got my feet clean and toenails well trimmed. He had to have a senior gentleman working there review his work, so I believe he was finishing up his training. He took about an hour for the basic pedi. I had a glass of wine for $5 during the pedi, which was really nice, and the pedi chairs were new and amazing, with overall gorgeous finishes to look at in the salon. I think with time Ben will be a great pedicurist as he just needs a bit of practice with how heavy to massage the legs (some of us need a lighter massage) and with putting the finishing touches on the polish. I then moved to Mindy for a full set of acrylics. She did well with the length and shape, but the acrylic ended up super thick. My nails didn't look as delicate as I would like and didn't have a very good appearance given I wanted a natural look, so I requested a clear/pinkish gel topcoat. She then put 3 coats of clear on and cured each gel coat for 30 seconds. My nails ended up really, really thick, but at that point she was told three customers were waiting --- and I was ready to go home after more than 2 hours in the shop after work. When I got home, I realized the topmost coat of gel was wrinkly on all my nails, meaning the two gel coats under the top coat were not cured long enough; they probably needed a minute each. She also didn't cap the nails by swiping the gel across the ends. The thickness and quality of the set ended up disappointing, with the full set lasting just 13 days, by which time I had already had to do serious filing of every nail due to lifting and had lost two. At that 13 day mark, I ended up going to a different salon for a completely new, full set of acrylics. Overall, I would not return to this salon for anything on my fingernails, but I would return to try the pedicure at least one more time to see how that goes. read more

Such a great experience! Beautiful space! Showed up about 30min before they closed to get a pedicure and they could take me within minutes! Got a yummy glass of wine for only $5. My pedicure took about an hour and it was so enjoyable. I got the signature and I think it's worth the extra $16. Super cute place to get your nails done, order a drink and relax. I loved the atmosphere and the employees were super nice, but unfortunately I got unlucky. The guy working on my feet was more focused on the tv show rather than working on my feet and eventually poked my skin with the clippers and got a small cut. It was nothing big but I've definitely had better service elsewhere and have never gotten my skin cut from a pedicure, until now. I would definitely give their manicures a try but not their pedicures. read more

I've gone to this salon multiple times, and I'd say if you can drink then it's probably worth it, but as someone who's underage it is so not. Every time I go there is something wrong with my nails. It seems that the technicians are rushing to get it over with and not trying their hardest. It's overpriced for the work they do and as much as I want to like it, I just always seem to get a half-assed manicure. The gel I just got was applied outside the lines of my nails and lumpy. Again, I might feel differently if I could drink but I won't be going to this place again. read more

What a beautiful salon! This type of salon has been needed for some time in South Eugene. Popped in on a Sunday for a pedi when I discovered this was right in my neighborhood. I can't remember the name of the nail tech, but I had a lovely Spa Pedicure and felt pampered and not rushed. The prices are in the same range as similar type salons, i.,e., City Nails (excellent salon in NE Eugene) so I felt the price was reasonable. Looking forward to another visit! read more

I had an okay experience my first time around but it was right after they opened so I figured I'd go again to see how it was. My second time was absolutely terrible. I mad an appointment for a pedicure and full acrylics for 6:15. I arrived at 6:10 and had to wait until 6:45 before someone started my pedicure. They were very apologetic and sweet but it was a long wait. Then mid pedicure they tell me that they won't have time for the acrylic nails and I'll have to come back tomorrow. The website advertises that they're open till 9 but everyone started close up by 7:30. As she's rushing to get my shoes on one of my toes messes up. They rushed to fix it and again rushed me to get out of the chair. I asked for a discount for everything that went wrong. They offered 10% off my manicure appointment. Which is in no way worth it or help cover the cost of my pedicure. Incredibly disappointed and won't be going back here. read more

I booked Mani/pedi for 2 here looking for an enjoyable and relaxing experience. For me it was neither, pedi felt rushed and had missed steps, tech never used any kind of scrub, sugar or whatever, quickly and I mean quickly went over my heels. My daughters tech seemed to do a more thorough pedi but still felt rushed. Mani felt just as rushed, my cuticles were left ragged and then the tech painted without much skill. I had to keep pointing out a huge bump of something on my thumb that he just kept painting over. He really got irritated when I said I wanted that fixed, wiped it off and then smeared the polish over it, overall just kind of sloppy work. We were never offered a beverage of any kind yet everyone who came in after us was, I'm okay with paying for it but never offered. I felt like they were in too much of a huge hurry to bother. Overall our experience here was pretty Mediocre and we won't be back. read more

after a bad experience at a different eugene nail salon i was hesitant to get acrylics anywhere that wasn't back home in portland. however, i was able to find a same day appointment on a friday and the salon was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. i paid $51 for a gel full set and a nail kit (which i owned already and wish they would've mentioned it beforehand but its $1 so its fine). my nail tech was mimi and she seemed to know what she was doing and sized+shaped my nails perfectly just by looking at a picture. i won't lie, the reason im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because i'm pretty picky with my nails and i have generally high expectations. i originally came in wanting a light baby blue gel full set with a sparkly silver accent nail. when looking at their colors they only had the one i liked in regular polish, and although they do have a wide range of colors i'm used to having a lot more gel options. also, my nail tech was great and we had a very nice conversation+asked me if i liked the size and shape etc. and even let me try on a couple colors when i couldn't decide between two. only complaint i had was that she took a phone call close to the end of my appointment and was simultaneously doing my nails, and the difference in her skills before and during her call were pretty noticeable and i feel like my nails could've turned out better if she hadn't taken the call and lowkey rush me out. overall great salon and still liked my nails!! ill definitely try them again read more
