I took my daughter to get acrylic French tips and paid $53. When they were finished, some nails were uneven in length, the acrylic wasn't properly filed on a few (leaving bumps at the base), and her cuticles were badly damaged. Overall, it was a poor job. I considered going back to have them fix it, but given the quality of work they initially did, I wasn't confident they could do better. Rude service!!! And can't do nails!! I would give this place negative stars if I could. I was so nice and patient with this place and I used to come here for 7+ years but never again. Today is my birthday and when I woke up, every single nail was cracked and broken. Talk about cheap paint, so I go back to get them redone by the same lady. She does them again and they have the nerve to charge me $5 just to redo them, mind you, I was here the night before at 6pm with the same 3 ladies. One she re did them this is what they came out to look like. Then I asked if they could fix a nail, after they charged me $5.15, tell me it's going to be another 10-15 minute wait. Honest to GOD the worst place I've ever been. I came for an acrylic fill with 2 broken nails. One just popped off, and the other was a small chipped corner. Let me list the ways they screwed up: 1) my nails are square, and she applied the new nail tip to the one that popped off, and then filed it Oval. She didn't realize the rest of my nails were square. I pointed it out and she argued with me because the edges of some of my nails had rounded a little since my last fill. Anyone who gets acrylics knows that's totally normal. 2) She applied my nail tip with KRAZY GLUE. Not nail glue. KRAZY GLUE. Also my nail bed was slightly damaged on that nail, so KRAZY glue in an open wound basically. 3) the tips of all my nails are crooked 4)she used so much acrylic liquid that it stuck on my skin 5)some of the nails were SO THICK and lopsided so I asked if she could file them down more and she looked at me like I was crazy (or krazy if you're her) 6)she magically disappeared when I washed my hands and suddenly another nail tech was the one doing my nails. Guess what though? She ALSO SUCKED. All she had to do was apply the color. That's literally it. Two coats, top coat, bang. She must have been in a rush because she applied one gloopy thick layer and then immediately plopped a thick top coat on and set me to dry. 7)I'm super unhappy at this point, having to constantly ask them to redo huge things like lopsided nails and it being stuck on my skin so I want to leave. I ask someone to spray the drying spray on my nails. I handed her the can that was on the counter, and I told her it was empty. She said 'it's ok' and sprayed anyway. Nothing but a small ssss came out and no spray hit my nails. CUZ ITS EMPTY. And she just walked away Just go somewhere else. read more

I made my appointment today by phone with Lizzy for 2pm. I've been going to this salon for at least 2 years now and I always schedule my appointment with Lizzy because of her knowledge. When I got there at 1:50pm I waited of course then I was asked by another nail tech if she could do my pedicure because I guess Lizzy was busy. Lizzy made my appointment. While I was there Lizzy never acknowledged me, didn't apologize, she made no effort to communicate with me. After she handed her customer over to the only guy that is there to finish doing her polish, Lizzy then went to the next chair and continued to do another pedicure. Good, small nail salon to go to. They usually have hgtv, sports, or the news playing with sound, so it's easy to stay entertained while getting your nails done. I occasionally have to wait, but it's not bad. It's convenient to where I live, and unlike a lot of nail salons I go to, they don't grind my nails down a lot when refreshing gels. The guys are good at doing basic acrylic/ gels, but the girls are strong at unique designs. So if you want anything over the top, request one of the girls. read more

I am a licensed cosmetologist both in the state of Florida and Texas and I will be the first to tell you: This place is a SCAM! I had a 12pm appointment with Kayla. I didn't leave the business after 4:30pm. 4+ hours of my wasted time and money. I had a French mani/pedi. The pedicure came out fine. With the manicure everything went downhill. Kayla could not provide the manicure services I asked for and everything kept coming out wonky. The shape of the nails, the paint job, the line work, etc. After over 3 hours of sitting in her chair getting absolutely no where I asked to have another nail tech finish up my nails. The new tech just tried to quickly repaint them and I told her the shape was off. It wasn't just the paint, it was EVERYTHING! She took off the gel polish and reshaped them and repainted them.... It still looked NOTHING Like what I asked for. I told her it was better but it wasn't what I asked for. At the time of checkout (4:30pm) I was told only $10 off of my services would be given to me and they wanted me to pay $98 for the worst nails and HOURS of my time wasted. They wasted my time for over 4 and a half hours and I STILL didn't get the nail services I asked for and now want me to pay them almost $100. The shape still wasn't what I asked for, the line work was splotchy in some places and uneven, my middle nail was filed completely crooked, I have gel polish and dead skin all around my fingers, and you can still see the red polish from my previous manicure!!! I stepped outside to breathe. I didn't even get my keys out and they assumed I was leaving. I never even got in my car or unlocked it! I told them I would pay for the pedicure but charging me almost full price for awful nails and wasting hours of my time didn't seem fair and just. They called the police stating that I wasn't going to pay! I told them I would pay for my pedicure! One lady told me "your nails don't even look like shit! That little divot in your nails will pop right off! You just want to walk away with free nails!" At this point, I wasn't even going to stoop down to her level to cuss back at her, she's acknowledging mistakes in my manicure, and assuming I wasn't going to pay. I sat there and told her I would pay for my pedicure! It wasn't even about the nails at this point but more so the fact I just wasted 4 and a half hours here (and counting) to not even get what I asked for in the first place and I definitely didn't want to go back in there and have them work on my nails more! I just wanted to leave at this point. And it was agreed $20 would be taken off of my manicure. Almost half off for my manicure and paying full price for my pedicure seemed fair to me. I paid and still left a 20% tip because I believe in at least tipping 20% no matter how mad I am. If you cannot provide a service, SAY THAT FROM THE BEGINNING! Don't botch people, hold them hostage and threaten the police, and force them to pay $100 for a service they did not receive! I've attached photos of what I asked for, what I got from Kayla, and what the end result was. There's even a hair that isn't mine plastered in my nail! This place is so gross. Save your money and your TIME and please go to any reputable salon. read more

I was confused when the women who was waxing went to wax the section again, but it happened so quickly I didn't even realize it. I am a new to this area and look for the good nail salon to do my nails. Top Beauty nails is a wonderful place that I will refer. That was the first time I walked in there. I was taken care of by Queen, and she gave me an awesome personal experience. I got a regular pedicure and gel manicure. First, she choose my gel color. It was absolutely beautiful and the coat was so shinny. Most places just do a base coat, 1 or 2 color coats, and then a top coat. But she put several coats of each finger to assure that it will be last long and won't be shriveled. Second, I loved her massage skill so much. It made me feel very relaxing and I fall asleep that time. I was happy that I found her. I definitely find her to do my nails from now. I will come back there soon. read more

Worst gel manicure I have ever paid for. I did not have an appointment and just walked in but they took me within five minutes. The lady rushed through the manicure. When she was finished, I had to ask her to put another coat of polish because you could see straight through it still. It still looks horrible. Then I realized that another customer was there waiting for her, who must have had an appointment. So, she didn't really care about the job she did on mine. Will not return. Ever had "one of THOSE days"? Well, every day for the past several weeks has been one of those days. I decided tonight at around 6:50 that I needed a break from it all and just do something for myself. I went in, without an appointment, an hour before they were to close to get a full set and my eyebrows waxed. I was treated courteously, did not have to wait and the lady that did my nails and eyebrows did the best job of anyone since I have moved to Central Florida. The prices were very reasonable and this will most definitely be my new go to spot for my lady time. I am very picky about how I have my nails and she listened and was attentive to what I wanted, she even kept asking if it was okay. Once my foot heals I will go for a pedicure! I have been coming here for about three years after a friend suggested it to me. The place is not as luxurious as others but they do a great job. The only fault is, when they are busy, they do try to get everyone but just wait. Once you are sitting there, it's worth it. Just a word of advice... Don't go to a nail shop during busy hours! The woman that did my nails was nice, but I went in for a pedicure and fill in and was there for 2 and a half hours. From 3:30 until 6:00. I spent $50 and my nails look terrible. I will be going on my next day off to have the paint redone at my normal salon (which was closed for the 4th and 5th). I feel terrible complaining, as I normally don't, but it took her almost 2 hours to do my fill in alone. Two women came in and had pedicures and manicures completed from the start of my finger nails and before she'd actually began filling the acrylic. I'm so incredibly disappointed. I go here often and my nails never end up how I want them to look. My most recent visit was probably the worst. The lady who did my nails was very nice but, she cut me twice with the skin cutter, filed my nails way too short and cut too much skin off of my fingers making them look not so hot. The location is very convenient for where I live, but I have never been extremely please with the outcome of my nails. I have been a client here for years off an on , I don't have one person I go to I just see the first available , I always make an appt tho and I always tip good . The owners are really good at nails and fast and maybe it was my fault for not requesting them , but the past few times I have waited over 30 minutes after my appt time and the last tech they put me with took 2 hours to do a full set with regular polish , she actually used Krazy glue on my nails in the Krazy glue packaging ..they were thick and uneven and worse she filed the sides of my nails after I told her again and again not to and my pinky bled , and after all this all the nails came off within 5 days. The Salon isn't as clean as it use to be each tech uses different products , and cash only is preferred . I just had to write a review about this . AVOID THIS PLACE!! THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR FAILED WORK!!They have AWFUL customer service skills and take ZERO RESPONSIBILITY for their FAILED work. I go in for a full dip powder set on 4/16/21. The girl who did my nails was indifferent and rude. She was very unprofessional. She struggled to do my nails and had someone else help her. RED FLAG THERE! The dip powder was so thick, it looked like acrylic, which is not typical whatsoever in my previous experiences. I took it like a champ and tipped her anyway. I spent $48.26 for this service. 5 days later on 4/21/21, my nails started lifting. I DO NOT WASH DISHES OR PUT STRAIN ON MY NAILS. I work at a desk all day. I couldn't go in the next day, so I called on 4/23/21 to come in and have them looked at. The girl who did my nails the first time says, no we close in an hour and we are busy come tomorrow. This was a lie because I called at 6:15 pm and they close at 8:00 pm The very next day 4/24/21, I came in and at that point 2 of my nails had POPPED OFF. I talk to the lady by the desk and explain to her what was going on. I say, I would like a refund because my nails are falling off. They told me to sit down, so I did. The girl who took my call and did my nails the first time interjected and said we don't do refunds here there is a paper somewhere that says that. I respond back saying, Ok but 2 of my nails are gone and it has been lifting since day 5. She says they are going to fix it. I asked, every nail? She said YES. I wait until they can take care of my nails. They put new extensions on the 2 nails fingers with missing nails and then proceeded to add thick coats of dip powder onto the rest of my nails. They were THICKER THAN ACRYLIC. I told her to shave it down and had to keep telling her because it was too thick on one particular finger. She was giving me a snarky attitude and talked to her coworkers in her native language and they were giggling. I tipped this girl anyway. 2 DAYS LATER on 4/26/21, 4 NAILS POPPED OF MY FINGERS!!!! I immediately call and tell them I will come in the next day at 6:30 pm because I would not have made it in time after work. The lady on the phone tells me, there must be something wrong with your nails because this has never happened and they want to do acrylic nails on me. I said ok and hung up. The very next day 4/27/21, I got there and they told me the girl who "fixed" your nails doesn't want to do your nails. The owner will give you $20.00 to get your nails done somewhere else. We have spent 2 weeks trying to fix your nails and we are done. WHAT IN THE ACTUAL FUCK? I told her NO, I want my refund NOW. She said the owner needs to approve that and to talk to him the next day. $20.00 out of the $50.00 I spent??? Worst nail shop experience I have ever had. They are scamming me out of my money AND blaming my nails?? I will file a complaint against the BBB because this shit is unacceptable. Update: I just went there to speak with the owner about my refund. There was a lot of back-and-forth about how much time the technicians spent on my nails and whether or not I tipped the girls. He ended up giving me my refund in cash and said to me YOU ARE LUCKY IM IN A GOOD MOOD OR I WOULD HAVE CALLED THE COPS. I have been coming here for over 5 years. I showed up today for my 5:30pm appt with Lynn, the owner and was told by her sister that she will not be coming in today. This is not the first time that I make my 20 minute drive out there only to find out that she will not be in. Apparently, a phone call is too much to ask for! I called her husband Andy on his cell phone, but he didn't answer. I let him know that I will not be coming back again and that I will post anywhere and everywhere about their lack of customer service. Also, they have a bad habit of while you are getting your nails done, they leave you to start working on another customer and then come back to you, then go do eyebrows, then come back to you. So your 1 hour nail appt is now 1.5 - 2 hours. I hate that they don't care like they use to. read more

Okay so I have been coming to this nail salon for about a year now and yesterday I went in two hours before closing time and was rejected because supposedly they had no time. Okay that's fine I could maybe understand that. So today I go get a full set and my mother was getting to get fill in and a pedi cure, so we ask today if there is room for us and there was, they sat her down immediately for a pedi and about at most 10 minutes later they start on my full set. They started doing my nails at 4:00 and by 5:20 was when the lady FINALLY finished buffing my nails and was going to paint my nails. I had to pick up my car by 6. So I had to leave with no color. My mother who had finished her pedi was waiting for someone to do her nails because the lady that finished her toes moved on to a next person and it wasn't till 15 minutes later that they started on her fill. Now back to the lady that was doing my full set she apparently was new to doing nails. I have two crooked nails as well as several uneven ones. And on my way home around 7 I called to see if I could stop by real quick for them to just finish and paint them and was told they were too full and unable to finish their job which I had paid for when I left.
