When she finally let my wife in, more than 15 minutes late for her scheduled appointment, she got mad and frustrated at my wife because my wife had asked to be let in from the heat due to her being pregnant. She later left this reply to my wife (she's lying, she was more than 15 minutes late). She is simply a disturbing individual and does not deserve to profit from being so cruel to someone in such a debilitating position.

A Plus Nails is a clean salon, and did not smell bad (that chemical smell, ew!) like the other ones that I have been to. Each time someone walked in the door, someone would greet them and say hi. Trust the reviews! It took 3 people to do a gel manicure and pedicure. The way they cut my nails…read morewas so upsetting. Both thumbs have two different shapes and sizes. I like to have my nails short and square round, but I have a long nail bed so my nails always look great even when I don't keep them long. Anyhow, a different person did the design, and I specifically told them I wanted creamy nail polish beneath the design and they didn't listen. They also used recycled flip-flops which annoys me. They're are meant one use at a time and recycled toe separators. I use the restroom before I sat down and it was filthy. I should have left at that moment. I'm just super disappointed because I'm leaving for a 10 day vacation. The price was a lot lower than other nail salons in the area, but I would have rather pay more for quality. $52 for gel manicure and pedicure. They tried to be nice but damage was already done. Super bummed.
