I've been going to the place for a while and it's an okay spot if you're in need for a quick fix. I've never had to wait to be serviced and they work quite fast. However, I recently asked for white tip on my toes and unfortunately it was a pretty bad job. None of the lines are even and were painted on haphazardly. He only used one coat of topcoat, which means it probably won't last long. And the top coat that he applied was too thick (for my big toes he simply put two big globs) and afterwards the polish eventually settled in the corners of my toenails. Overall sloppy job and not worth the money. I would've asked for the tech to redo my toes but I was tight on time and didn't feel like making a fuss. read more

This nail salon is okay. I've been coming here for years, and it's really hit or miss. Some days I'm seen right at my appointment time. Other days I come in as a walk in and they say 10 minute wait, and I'm there waiting for 45 minutes before I decide to leave. What I get is pretty basic. White toes with gel polish, and light pink acrylic powder(number 5) with gel polish. After my nails grow out pretty long, I might get them cut short and square, but my normal style is medium/long coffin. But every time I come in the price is different. Pretty frustrating. My nails always look good and last 2+ weeks. But you never know what price or type of service you'll receive for the day. read more

Let's just say we had a less then pleasant experience. I know these salons are known to talk junk about their clients lol. Be careful what you say and who you say it about. Looks can be deceiving. But aside from all that.. my daughters toes are chipping and peeling before we even left the salon. Like wow! $25 bucks for a pedicure for a 9 year old and it can't even last the night?!? Worst pedicure I've ever gotten. Paid around $80 total for hot stone I got about 3 minutes of massage. No oil massage and barely any pressure. I know because the music was so loud and off putting and it was one full song. not relaxing at all. They also charge a pretty large service fee for using any digital form of payment and do not disclose this anywhere but on a tiny sign at the register. I was in and out in about a half hour. The salon I typically go to is way less expensive and a hot stone massage is about 90 minutes from start to finish. I went in to wax my mustache eyebrows and jawline. Spoke with one woman who then turned me over to another where she proceeded to was my entire face even though it wasn't what I asked for. She repeatedly went over the same areas twice and now I have wax burns all over my lower face and under my chin. 5 days before my birthday and going out of town. I'm praying it doesn't turn into any type of infection. Just go to European Wax Center. I went back in and received a refund and apology but that doesn't fix my face or emotional distress. read more

The nail technicians here are all outdated, unprofessional and extremely obnoxious. I know this may seem harsh, but DO NOT waste your time or your money here. There are far too many bad things to review about however I'll give you a few if you're still here after the bold "DO NOT". 1st things first, my husband and I walked in and it was as if the entire "spa" was looking at us as if we were aliens. It was almost as if they didn't expect customers being a nail spa. Secondly my husband thought he was getting a pedicure and instead he got an ice bath. The water bowl was filled with cold water. Then to top it off, almost the entire time she was giving him a pedicure she also gave him a leg wax by trying to life his dry leg wearing latex gloves. There was ZERO communication. Matter of fact, I don't think anyone spoke English. So instead of communicating with him to lift his leg she tried doing it herself and kept pulling his leg hairs. She also burned him with HOT water after the ice bath. The woman who did my nails was in absolutely everyone else's conversation instead of polishing my nails. Don't even get me started when I asked to do a basic gel manicure with marble polish. That was foreign to her and the entire spa staff came up to me one by one to tell me "no they can't do it". Which after the first time she said no, I was okay with that and asked for some colors to choose from. After 8 staff members came to look at my inspiration pic I still didn't get the color samples. I walked out with polished nails, dry hands and dead skin around the finger nails. My husband walked out with some leg hair left. You're better off doing it yourself. read more

When I walked in the place smelled like cigarette smoke. I asked for a gel manicure and showed what I wanted. The color was completely off. He only used regular polish and chrome. the chrome came off after a day and the polish started to chip after 2 days. I paid $50 for a job that I could have done better at home. I went to get my acrylics soaked off and cleaned up like any place does and I was instead forced to take off my nails with so much pain and the lady knew I was in pain and I told her to "soak it off" instead of ripping them off. She continued to rip them off. I payed $10 basically to be in pain and my nails are hurting now after I got out and I see bruising underneath. First time and last time. This is the first time me and my mother tried this salon. We went on Mother's Day, so we called ahead to make sure we could secure an appointment. We walk in it's completely packed and the people working immediately start barking orders at us to sit down. I got a regular acrylic fill and may I say it was the worst nail experience I've had in a long time. Sitting shoulder to shoulder with someone else getting their nails done is not covid safe at all. Especially because the lady next to me did not have her mask on correctly. My nail tech rushed through everything leaving very visible dips and grooves from the previous acrylic and the new fill. When I brought this to his attention he "fixed" it by caking nail polish on. The sides of my nails were jagged and not painted. My nail beds and cuticles were left bleeding as the tech was pulling my skin off with nail clippers. When I was sitting to dry my nails a lady came over and put a clear top coat on only one nail, that one nail now glows under black light for some reason. When I asked someone else about why my nail was glowing she looked at it and walked away. Now for the pedicure. My mom received a 2 min "leg rub" for her massage in her upgraded $35 spa package pedicure. Her polish was clumpy and when the lady came to check if it was dry she smudged it and never fixed it. Overall I would not recommend this place for either service and I should have never cheated on my nail tech by coming here. read more

The second time I waited for a full set 1hr and never got seen because of appointments. They lack communication. The thing is they are convenient but not nearly the best. I'm a 73 years old male and up until a couple of months ago, I always cut my toenails myself. I admit, I am old school and always thought pedicures were something women got, but not men and even more so because I served in the United States Marine Corps from April 1965 to November 1968 and completed two tours in Vietnam. Well, because it was becoming to difficult to cut my own nail (my arms must have shrunk because they just didn't seem to be long enough anymore to reach my toenails), I decided to bite the bullet and get a pedicure. Note: the big toe on my right foot was smashed in Vietnam during a combat situation and has a lot of scar tissue, is very sensitive and the nail grows in in multiple layer. Imagine my surprise when I walked in and the staff was all Vietnamese. I went ahead a got my first pedicure and was treated with total respect and was amazed at how great the pedicure was. I have been back several times since that first pedicure and had many different nail technicians do my pedicure and they have all been great. I went again today and got another pedicure, amazing as every one before today and was also very impressed by the remodeling of the shop. It is extremely clean and very professional. Also it was very busy, but although another reviewer mentioned that she has always had a long wait, I was in a chair and soaking my feet within a few minutes, so no long wait and the shop was the busiest I've ever seen it. Highly recommend this shop to both women and especially to big burly men. You will never regret biting the bullet and getting a pedicure. I am hooked for life. read more
