Oh gosh, so much nice things to say about this company! They helped me put up some curtains in a condo and it was so easy and seamless! My condo is way too restrictive on vendor access to the degree Naka does not do business there. Knowing that I still wanted their services, they worked with me so I could provide measurements and I would do the installation myself. Chris and Robert have installed roller shades in our home and rental condo and drapes in our master bedroom. They are prompt, reliable and do quality work. One of our shades had a flaw in the fabric and they replaced it ASAP. The drapery fabric would not steam out and perpetually held wrinkles, so they immediately said they would remake them in my fabric of choice! I highly recommend Naka's Drapery and here's why. They were willing to take over and complete a custom drapery project. Most companies don't want to be involved in "completing" someone else's work, which I totally understand, but they agreed and within a week we had new draperies in our dining room. The project had been going on for a year. I then discovered they sell and install window blinds. I called and within a week the windows were measured and the shades were ordered and in less than three weeks the new shades were installed. Quality workmanship and incredible customer service.
